If this RP was an anime I would imagine it as this.
John as the main Protagonist.
Yuuka as the main female lead.
X, Axl, and Renamon (and Aqua when she returns) as main characters.
Zero, Nitori, Dante, Vergil, Snake, Sheva, Sniper, Isaac, Mima, and some others as supporting characters having their own story until they meet up with the main group.
Auditor, Gate, Volgin, Xehanort, and others as the main antagonist.
John as the main Protagonist.
Yuuka as the main female lead.
X, Axl, and Renamon (and Aqua when she returns) as main characters.
Zero, Nitori, Dante, Vergil, Snake, Sheva, Sniper, Isaac, Mima, and some others as supporting characters having their own story until they meet up with the main group.

It does look like that, doesn't it.
Either way, I think John seems to be the main protagonist only because of his choices. They tend to take him into the craziest situations.

Wait, who were their rp masters? I know Remi has Solid, But who are the others' RP masters (That title sound so freaking cool. I'm shikieiki's RP master, S121 is John's RP master, so on, so forth).
