It may look like a guitar, but it is a literal Electric Guitar. It's a guitar that commands electricity and can summon unlimited amount of demonic bats. Also, it unfolds to become a scythe!

The more one strums on the guitar the stronger electricity is charged. At 1:12 in the video it shows the Nevan in it's scythe form.
