Goodmorning, everyone.

It was Zero and Nitori.
Nitori was brought to the Pentagon and worked on some robot. I think it was an exoskeleton.
After that, Zero was activated and the people working there put him through combat tests.
In the end, Nitori was the final test, but she refused to hurt Zero, so she injured herself.
The wound wouldn't heal because there was some kind of energy from Zero that wasn't allowing her to do so, but that was eventually fixed.
Then, they talked to Lt. Treawlney.
He told them about the trip to Hawaii.
Isaac then showed up and joined their group.
The next day, the left for Hawaii.

So based on what Volgin posted, I'd say that the pentagon is the ultimate test chamber for the Neo-Yakuza.

I'm not too sure about that. I'm pretty sure governments wouldn't side with the Neo-Yakuza, but I'm pretty sure they would run tests on their own.
Perhaps there's a "Mole" in the Pentagon that leaks information to the Neo-Yakuza.
