yeah, actually, from what I read, X is wounded/ill right? Renamon has something for him if so.

No it's Zero who is wounded (badly. In fact he is missing the lower half of his body and both arms. He is unable to speak due to being unconscious and still needs repairs on his databanks and other things.) X is perfectly fine at the moment.

Actually, Room 509 is the one Xehanort is in.

I think you mean Room 508.
