Let's say someone goes back in time and does something to their past selves, possibly leading to a conclusion where they don't go back in time in the first place. How could it have changed if that person didn't go back in time?
That's only one type, of the many examples.
Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

Luckely kingdom hearts time travel don't have any paradoxes at all because of the rules.
You must leave your body behind and there needs to be a body waiting for you at the destination.
You cannot change events that are destined to happen.
