"You see..." Rumia hesitated, but then spoke.
"About 700 years ago... Yukari loved a human. An ordinary human. This violated the established rule between human and Youkai, but Yukari didn't care. She wanted the man, his love, his companionship."
"The human first shunned Yukari. Even stabbed her in the stomach. But Yukari did no care. She wanted his love. His companionship. Eventually, the human saw through Yukari's caring heart, and the two started meeting each other, in secrets."
"But the human society absolutely forbid any human from interacting with a Youkai of any sort in any positive actions, unlike now. So the council decided to capture this man and hang him."
"So the man hid, hid in a small shack near the Forest of Magic. But he was cornered after a few days, when he was visited by Yukari. To prevent the human from being killed by his own kin, Yukari killed him herself, with the same knife that the human used to try to drive Yukari away."
"You must already know that Yukari has some interest in you, just make sure you don't hurt her feelings."

John was glad he was wearing his helmet, or else Rumia might tease him.
"I- I was not aware.", John awkwardly said.

Yukari woke up from her coma.
"Huh? What?" Yukari blinked repetitively, and saw John. Her face immediately turned red as she got up, stormed up to him, and took off his helmet.
"You know what? I love you, you idiot!" Yukari confessed, then rammed her lips into his.

John may have been dumbstruck by what Rumia said, but this took it to a whole other level.

John had never actually had someone show affection towards him, so he REALLY didn't know what to do.
His eyes were as wide as they could possibly be and his face was so red that he looked like a giant tomato.

Suddenly Nera jumped back crashing with the fox as Yukari went towards John
"Well.. I t went good i guess" Nera said and then looked at the fox
"So.. are you comfortable?" the vixen said blushing a bit
"You sillly, im not going to assault here on public haha" Nera said getting up with her

"Well?" Yukari asked. "What do you have to say about this?"
Waikiki Beach
"Okay. Balance myself, ride with the wave, let the wind flow..." Yuuka reminisced what Justin had told her and confronted the giant wave. "Let's do this."
"That was so cool, dude!" Justin laughed. "Never in my 20 years of surfing life have I seen a surfer more brave than you."
"Nothing biggie." Yuuka pridefully chuckled. "Where's everybody else?"
"They took their leave." The other Lansing brother said.
"Alright, I'll go after them then." Yuuka nodded. "Thanks for everything, that was fun!"
"Did you see Yuuka? That was so amazing!" Utsuho smiled and jumped around in thrill and excitement, watching Yuuka's feat from the hotel room.

John's face was very uncharacteristic from his usual calm demeanor. Even when he was at emotional extremes, he had a sort of calm aura, but now, it was gone.
John didn't know it, but he was breathing heavily and his mouth was open in surprise.
Finally, John spoke, only what he wanted to say, didn't come out.
"Ehhiiieauueh."
John closed his mouth in an instant and looked down and to the right, embarrassed by his slip-up.
He was still red and it looked like John was cooking inside of his suit.
John was almost literally melting down.
