Alright, as stated in AtWaG, I'll be gone for some time, at least a month. I was given this little of window of opportunity just to patch things up. Either way, you guys should do fine without. And by the time I get back, I'll have Otori... somewhere...

Not unless we think that they can give us contact to the outside world, but instead they do something else.

Maybe they're shards of a machine. Perhaps they're crystals that can give five minute boosts to one's abilities. Maybe even an energy source for machines.

Of course, Jason and Kris don't know that yet. Maybe Kris's crystal is one of a kind.

I never said I had a problem with the crystals. I just have a problem with the outside world contacting because... well... it kinda doesn't work. the HiveNET doesn't really use the internet, and it's not networked with computers. Really the only think I can think of would be a message going directly to Seelisch, who would be hosting the HiveNET's "server" or whatever.

Well yeah, but really, the whole "Telling people that people trapped in the HiveNET are just comatose in the real world if they die in the HiveNET" is pointless and redundant. The people outside can't do anything about it and the people inside are already hospitalized or dead.
