Eh... Tewi, Phenom probably has killed vastly more soldiers than Seki. Mainly in Fortuna and then his following kills. He's killed AT LEAST 300 soldiers. AT LEAST.

You do that, you can't teleport anymore.

I was taking into account Seki kills people on both sides of the war, innocents and unlike Phenome killing her enemies in mass quanities is ALL she does to rebel with the exception of a robbery here and there. plus if you count the battle at the begining of the story, and the nuke she set off in the active mineshaft that's around 300 too. not to mention all the battles in the past year.

Edit: Note she did say PEOPLE not soldiers

You take aggressive magic, you can't teleport. It's not that complicated.

it is not that i want agressive magic, it is that there is no point in being an apothecary and virtually defenseless when everyone regardless of what they are can just heal others on their own.

and themselves. for god's sake i cant even heal myself without external agents
