Reason: Slaughtering soldiers, causing trouble for the empire, Breaking a taboo, destroying a mine.
Bounty: proobly second on;y to Phenome's bounty
Level of Risk: Obviously very high but put it as you see fit.

3: Jason
Reason: Being the son of his father, killing multiple soldiers and aiding in the destrustion of the mine
Bounty: Fairly high i would guess
Level of risk:: I would say it's farely high in a scale of 1 - 10

4: Yomimatomo
Reason: don’t know if he is still wanted or not
Bounty: Very low according to both Book and Katrix
Level of risk: 1 or 2?
