Please don't do that. 10 years is 10 years no matter what. Besides, to even be able to cause a time paradox you need a very special object.

Although you are not here at this time most likely I'll try to explain why it would be so hard to do something like that. First of all you have to imagine time like a lake. When you use time magic you interfere with this lake, but only on a very local level. What you are talking about however would mean to throw a giant rock into the lake in the hope of that the area where you hit would stay lower. This is not the case however. The surrounding water would very quickly nullify the error. In this case there is two options left. You could get a big enough rock to affect the whole lake so there wouldn't be anything to nullify the error, which is also pretty much the same as digging a new lake. The second option is to isolate the area you want to affect. This usually means getting rid of any evidence of there ever being anything before that point. You are essentially deleting the past. Of course setting up this isolation takes up energy in it self. Therefor woth that logic you would not only need the power to change time to change time so drastically. You would also need the power over existence to erase the past, power over infinity to be able to keep it up forever, the power of information to make it so no one notices, power of balance to make sure what your create is stable and wont tip over any minute, power of life to make sure past is not a concept people can think of and lastly it would also be wise to have something to bind it all together. Some glue if you want.

As for obtaining the object, it would be possible, but it would destroy the plot because I have plans for someone else to have it. The person using the object would also loose nearly all sense of his self. He would practically be a different person.

And lastly why it would cause problems, it would mess completely with the plot of this RP as the goal of most people in the RP would change.

The ironic thing is thats pretty much repeating my concept of Time Phase except instead of a lake, I use streams/rivers.

Kind of. There is one very big difference tough. The nullification is much stronger. If I understood correctly, with time phase, you could go back and modify a document and it would remain that way for maybe a few minutes. Her it would be just "NO!!!" at once. It wouldn't leave a single trace of it ever happening.
