The funny thing is that the city I live in is the wettest (most rain) in the country, and suddenly it gets so dry that we have a forest fire.

where would you rank some of the characters (any and all characters) from any of the RPs here

50 = Demigods that I would expect a lot of game characters in AtWaG to fall around

35 - Human with Superpowers

0 = a lone fruit fly.

If anything on flan I think your not generous enough

I would put her at like 50 or 60 ish
Cole I would actually put a bit higher like 40 ish cause of his powers

If I used my characters as a benchmark to a degree, I would say he wouldn't be greater than 45 as Robin and Morgan are powerful with various magic that actually...now that I think about I think they belong on a higher tier... but he might be more of a 45 depending on his abilities...

It's kinda like just looking at the basics and saying where they would all stand

Yeah... Without due reference, it's hard to say. I only said those values because Cole is merely an ordinary person without his powers. If the correct tactics and strategies are used, he is no more than a mere ordinary person. He might have some important roles and be an overall hero (or even an anti-hero) character, but he isn't a great one or a really important one.
As for my Flandre, I can see where you're getting at. She is extremely powerful but, given the story and circumstances, she isn't very highly ranked compared to the true Flandre.

Furthermore, I divided the list into 5 increments. Because of this, I pushed my characters further down.
When I think Demi-God, I do think of demi-god. I interpreted the scale as (from 25 to 75):

25 - Human
30 - Very Skilled Human
35 - Human with Superpowers
40 - Supernatural
45 - Strong Supernatural
50 - Demigods that I would expect a lot of game characters in AtWaG to fall around
55 - Weak Reality Warper
60 - Jesus
65 - Reality Warper/Takoizu
70 - Shulk/God
75 - Creator God

I think Org. XIII would go around something around 60-70, more if they use Kingdom Hearts. I mean, some of them can make meteors fall from the sky. Of course they have to be powerful. In fact we are talking about maybe one meteor every 15 seconds.

As for DiZ maybe something around 30.

hmm with that, that would bump kenway down a few notches (As his assassin abilities aren't to the point where they could be super powers...unless you count surviving the leap of fate...)

Yeah, the ability to travel between worlds and have access to w/e kingdom hearts really can do is up there.

Well, I didn't consult your character that much before choosing. But it does seem that way according to my interpretation.
I only listed 25 to 75 as those are the ones that are set in stone and aren't too messy. I could extend it but when going past 75 in increments of 5, it gets really awkward.
How does one go from Creator God to Manipulator of All Things? There aren't that many steps between that.
