Should I have Shulk show up at the SDM on "official business" i.e. due to a vision?

If I were to introduce him here I need to give him a reason to
1. be in Japan
2. be at the SDM specifically about a library
I need some vague details of the library like a specific bookcase arrangement (like if there was a dead end or something and there were no leads and here Shulk recognizes a specific bookcase he saw in his vision that led him to the SDM in the first place.)
I hope it doesn't kill ya to think alil bit ahead on that so I could possibly have something to work on?
