"We're Peacekeepers, at our core. Were peacekeepers, anyway. Then we lost 99% of our military power when Earth detonated." Phenom continued.

While the others were busy talking about various things, Bardock was simply leaning up against a wall slightly out of the way, occasionally listening in. However a few things caught his attention. Mention of a planet... having been destroyed by an explosion... that was brought up several times. Hearing about the home planet of Phenom's men having been blown to bits reminded him of his own planet. From all the visions he remembers having, to even experiencing the blast himself, he remembered how when he confronted Frieza that day was the last time the Planet Vegeta would no longer exist outside some rather painful memories. The simple fact that Bardock's planet had also been destroyed in a similar fashion made Bardock feel a little... sympathetic with Phenom and his men.


"Damn... so you're not the only ones I guess? My planet went out the same way... except my planet was destroyed by a tyrannical bastard. Then again I'm not that surprised by the notion of planets getting blown up. Hell I've busted a few planets with a few of my past teammates..." Bardock spoke up to Phenom as he just sighed, with the painful flashbacks of the fateful day that his planet and race was pretty much completely wiped out save for a few Saiyan warriors sent to other planets... like his own son Kakarot... of whom was sent to... a planet called Earth...

At that very moment what could best be described as the biggest 'Oh crap' expression came over Bardock's face. Earth... the planet his son was sent to... he remembered hearing it from those scientists after emerging from that healing tank back on Planet Vegeta, and also the planet that... the men of Phenom's organization originates from?


Without a second thought Bardock immediately asked a single, yet seemingly important question.

"Wait did the Earth get blown up by someone similar to me in appearance and abilities? I must know!!!" Bardock practically demanded rather than asking.

Phenom shook his head and looked to Bardock, "No, in fact, you're the first person we've met that could fly."

"Like the Major said, Earth was blown up by one of our own. Fella named Damon Diavolo. Took the... actually, how he did it is classified." The Engineer added.

The pilot in the front chimed in with a notice. "We'll reach our destination in a few more minutes. We're passing through the Mesosphere right now."

"Anything else you'd like to know?" Phenom asked.

Hearing that Bardock's son Kakarot was not behind the Earth's explosion brought a bit of a disappointed frown over Bardock's face.

"Damn... then that means he was either killed along with the Earth's explosion or had hopefully made it off the planet before that happened..." Bardock said to no one in particular as he was beginning to feel a little sad by the fact that he had also potentially lost his son.

As he sat there practically drowning in his own depressing thoughts. He also began to feel a little angry in fact as indicated by the growing expression of anger that began to come over his face and for a brief second his energy spiked to quite a high amount for a brief second, just enough for anyone nearby to feel something. However when Phenom spoke up and asked if they have anymore questions, that seemed to snap Bardock out of his trance, almost completely calming down.


"I... what? Oh... no... I don't have any more questions..."

The core room was large, and despite the meltdown of the core, it was actually quite cold in the room. SiMo sprinted past the core, where a chute lied. SiMo turned for a moment towards Ethan.

"I do hope that suit has sufficient shock absorbers." SiMo then turned back to the tube, and began to slide down it. Red flashing lights were the only illumination the tube gave, as it went down a long ways, zigging and zagging in various directions. Finally, it opened out to a hundred fifty foot drop to the outside of the ship.

SiMo took the drop fairly well, leaving a small set of marks in the sand as he waited for Ethan.

The group aboard the Dropship was silent for the rest of the trip to the exosphere. Suddenly the jets cut out and the pilot spoke from up front. "Alright, we're here! Here, allow me to give you a better look!"

With the press of a few buttons, the entire dropship became transparent, save the individuals within. If one looked to the front of the craft, they could see a grand city, simply floating through space. "Welcome to Heaven, kids! The absolute pinnacle of human engineering in the 22nd century. It originally started as a floating fortress in the sky, fit with nothing but helicopter blades. Of course, our predecessors, selfish as they were, kept all the technology to themselves, but GaHDD's top minds have always been eons beyond the most intelligent of their age."

Phenom began to give the others instructions. "Now listen: As far as we're concerned, you're aliens. You will be under constant surveillance until the rest of the organization decides it can trust you. I assure you, it's all for safety purposes. We don't normally do this, but as it stands, we have no military strength, so we can't afford to be too careful. When you arrive on this station, you will do EVERYTHING that you are told, understand?"

The engineer added "It's not that you're being considered a threat or nothin'. We're just being cautious."

The pilot pulled up a hard light display in the cockpit and spoke. "Mother Goose, this is Stork 2-1, request docking permission in Hangar 3. How copy? Over."

A voice crackled within the cockpit, audible to all within the dropship. "Stork 2-1, this is Mother Goose. Good copy. Docking Permission Granted in Hangar 3, over."

"Five-by-five, Mother Goose. Stork 2-1 Aligning for approach. Out."

With that, the dropship lurched to the right and accelerated towards the hangar bays, realigning to enter through the large opening that was Hangar 3. Within, a large group of Angels was setting up equipment that resembled Customs Lines. After about 3 minutes of floating through space, the Dropship touched down within the hangar, and the air lock doors closed shut.

Phenom turned to his left and flung open the dropship door, stepping out. "Exit. Bardock first, then Runa, then Bryn. Each of you follow an Angel through one of these lines."

As the dropship was finally arrived at it's destination Bardock looked out the window and saw the grand city that is Heaven. The sheer size and magnitude of it was pretty impressive in Bardock's eyes. However he did not have much time to admire the breathtaking sight of Heaven, for Phenom began to speak, informing and instructing them of the situation. The thought of being under constant surveillance did sort of hit a sore spot with Bardock, as it reminds him of how Frieza's organization was always practically breathing down his neck. However so far it just seems like it will just be for security reasons and nothing else... which is understandable after hearing that most of the military's strength is practically non-existent currently. As such, Bardock decided to pay not too much attention to it.


"Fine. Seems fair enough. But I hope food will come soon, because I am practically starving." Bardock replied as he followed Phenom's instructions to exit the dropship before waiting for an Angel to lead him through whatever it is they need.

"From one cage to another" Bryn couldn´t help but comment such thing, yet she wasn´t in a bad mood although she did give a warn to Phenom and the Angels that could hear her "Just know that I´m following your rules because I got nothing better to do, do something fishy and I´m out with the trigger of a finger" she spoke walking forward completely relaxed. Meanwhile Runa put her hands behind her head "It won´t be so bad, in fact, if things go sour, we can simply cross the bridge when it comes"

As the group walked, the bioroid´s ship gave a signal to its pilot and she looked at one of the Angels "Looks like my ship is here and requesting permission to land, but please don´t try to order her what to do, she knows how to deal with the procedure" she said with ease "Unless an AI tries to order her around" she mumbled to herself.

All of the Angels in the Hangar collectively turned their heads toward Phenom when Bryn showed signs of potential rebelliousness. Few people outside of GaHDD were ever allowed to so recklessly talk back to Phenom on Heaven without some sort of repercussion. Normally those people ended up in casts.

Instead, though, Phenom simply walked up to Bryn and bent over, getting only a few inches away from her face. "I told you that I trust you. Not 'we', 'I'. You made the choice to come along, knowing full well that you had a ship. If you'd like to leave now, then I'll have a team escort you to Hangar 5, where your ship is docking. Otherwise, you're in our house. You play by our rules. Capis?"

Phenom took a moment to regain his composure and pointed at 3 Angels. "You three, take them through the lines. Then you... Take Bardock to the Mess hall. If you need me, pulse me. I'm looking for Lachesis." And with that he turned and left the Hangar.

The three Angels addressed their respective charges, directing them through all manner of sensors and detectors. They each wrote their respective reports on their subjects as they went down the lines.

Mara looked at the place "Another place full of wonders but alas we got things to do" she said already thinking on how to beat their timed challenge "We are outnumbered, know almost nothing of thwle situation and the click keeps ticking, I'm actually excited for this"

She just couldn't hold it, Bryn just laughed at how Phenom finished his advise/warning "Capish? Seriously?" she asked with the. Laughter going Down on her system "It has been a while since I hesrd thst" Soon the laughter ended and the bioroid calmed down "Sorry for that, but.don't worry about anything, I got what I needed with the reactions of your people, now I shall go to see my ship, thank you for your assistance" she finished heading to hangar 5 while following the procedures.

Bardock followed his given instructions and calmly followed the Angel through Heaven and towards their destination. All the while examining his surroundings, of which he found it quite impressive at how nice and clean the place looks. Obviously whatever staff this place has, they sure do know what they were doing. However as he was following his 'assigned' Angel his stomach growled quite loudly, enough for anyone close enough to hear.

"So... how far away is this Mess Hall?"



Alcyon - CY-044 | Dave's Office


Meanwhile back at the Alcyon Colony CY-044 in Dave's Office, the place was a complete and utter mess as the earthquake's that were caused by the events that transpired in the Shrine of Seasons had managed to reach all the way to the mountain range that the Colony is stationed in. Thankfully though Dave, and most everyone in the colony was unharmed if not a little shaken up. Dave had managed to hide under his desk the moment the earthquake's started, and after enough time had passed and after there was no more tremors or earthquake's Dave poked his head out from under his desk, with his hat covering his face.

"The fuck just happened!? Why the hell was there an Earthquake!? Guard's!?!... SOMEBODY!?!? Dave called out as he straightened his hat. He was desparate for any possible answers.

As the Angel led Bardock through the long and winding corridors of Heaven, he glanced around, thinking of what might be the fastest route to the Mess Hall. It wasn't uncommon for Angels to get lost on Heaven. Just like any other city, the inhabitants of Heaven had their own designated areas to attend to most of the time, and the off-gray corridors would often start to blend together into one massive labyrinth. The Angel spoke up.

"Uh... I think the fastest way is.... this way..." he said "By the way, I'm Technical Sergeant Goodwin. I caught your name was Bardock? Interesting name. I like it. Sounds like you've gone a REALLY long time without eating, buddy!"

Goodwin stopped at an intersection and looked around for a moment. "Sorry about the hold-up. I know my way around here a little, but before our little incident, I was never posted around here, so I'm still trying to map everything out in my head.... This way." He continued, leading Bardock down the next corridor. Eventually they came to a grand atrium, where one could see the stars above across the room was the mess hall, with a few Angels going about their day, eating their supper.

"There you are, Mr. Bardock. The Mess Hall. Feel free to eat as much as you like. Just watch out for the Major's appetite. His... activities require a lot of nourishment, and his metabolism is astronomical."

As Major Gaspard approached the Alcyon Colony, he noticed that the area around him was not as decimated as he had expected. The tremors here were among the most powerful, so why was the area so unscathed? It didn't really matter, anyway, all that mattered was if there were survivors about.

"Hello!?" he called out in a thick, French accent, "Is there anyone out there?" He added. He approached one of the homes and peered inside to see a family huddled in a little shelter and knocked on the window. "Hello! My name is Gaspard! I've come to assist your colony!"

"Yeah yeah... nice to meet you... just... whatever." Bardock replied in an almost uncaring manner as he ignored Goodwin as Bardock began to get a little more annoyed and bored at how Goodwin seemed a little... lost around the space station that he lives in. It was obvious that Bardock's attention was more focused on examining the interior and on getting to the Mess Hall, and thankfully it wasn't long before they made it there.


When the arrived at the Mess Hall, a almost happy and delighted grin came over his face as he paid no attention to Goodwin's remark about the Major's appetite... That didn't really matter to Bardock at all, for all he wants is food. As such Bardock quickly walked into the area where all the food is alligned much like a buffet. Without thinking Bardock quickly grabbed 2 plates, a fork, and spoon before immediately gathering as much food as he could carry... and after about a few minutes Bardock had two plates stacked to the brim with food. With their being about a foot tall stack of food on each plate. Finally having collected all the food he wants he almost blindly makes his way to a table where a few other Angel's were eating. Taking a seat, Bardock placed the plates of food on the table, and with a crack of his neck and knuckles he then began shoving the food into his mouth and began furiously chewing and swallowing the food. In the eyes of people around him, it looked like he was a ravenous animal tearing into it's prey... that or a vacuum cleaner sucking up food.

Meanwhile in the Colony Square a family was huddling in a corner of their little shelter home, obviously having just recently and obviously showing signs of having just gone through an earthquake. Before they knew it though the father of the family looked up and through the window as they heard a man calling in to them. Without any hesitation the father of the family got up and quickly ran and opened the door.

"Oh thank god! I'm so glad you're here! Please tell us how bad the damage to the entire place is! That earthquake was intense... it was kinda scary... is anybody else okay!?"

As the Angels sat and stared, wide eyed, at the ravenous beast before them, few could hardly even bite into their own meals. They were shocked at how much food Bardock had eaten in just one go. As their jaws collectively hit the table, the door opened and Phenom and Lachesis strolled in, noting Bardock's large pile of food.

"Holy crap! Phen! That guy eats almost as much as you do!" Lachesis shouted

"It's not a competition, Lachs," Phenom responded, a change in his personality being heavily apparent, "Besides, all that running around made me hungry. Let's get something to eat." He continued. The two approached the buffet and Phenom followed suit with Bardock, grabbing multiple plates and loading them up with food. All manner of meats and vegetables stacked upon each other as Phenom hoarded an ungodly amount of food. He went over to the table Bardock was sitting at and sat down, beginning on his own pile of food.

"I see you have quite the appetite, Bardock!" Phenom said as Lachesis sat down beside him, a modest turkey dinner adorning her own plate.

"I'll never understand how you men shovel so much damn food into your gullets..." Lachesis groaned.

Gaspard came to the open door and addressed the family. "Well," he started, "It looks like the worst your town got was a couple of structures jostled, maybe a few crooked buildings. Impressive architecture, you have here! I saw no corpses, so I imagine most of your townsfolk are alive. Is there someone here in charge that I may speak to?"

As Bardock was busy engorging himself on food he turned to look at Phenom as he sat down at the table with his own plate of food.

"It's not that hard. Saiyan's always eat this much before, and after a mission." Bardock casually spoke as he was practically finished with his two plates of food, only left with one rather large steak on one of his plates. That's when he noticed how Phenom was beginning to eat... in fact he began to notice how fast Phenom was eating. Almost like a Saiyan. Seeing this, Bardock quickly tore into the last steak and in a couple of bites he was done with his two plates. It was then that Bardock quickly got up and ran to get more food, and within a couple of minutes he came back with 3 plates with the same amount of food as the previous two. One in each hand, and one balancing on his right forearm.

Once he got to the table he sat the plates down and quickly began eating, obviously still hungry. However the look on his face had changed to a competitive look on his face. Almost as though he was in a race with Phenom.

The father sighed in relief upon hearing that most of the town seems to be fine aside from a few crooked buildings here and there.

"Oh that's good... Hopefully the guard's will be checking for any injures residents..." The father said as he gave a rather warm smile to Gaspard. However that warm and cheery smile quickly changed to one of... regret and distress. Almost as though he was not wanting to talk about the Chief of the colony.

"Well... there is... but... You know just follow the street and into the part of the Colony that's built into the mountain. Take one of the cabs if you need to... you really can't miss his office then. But please... be warned..."
