Rez joined in staring at Maya in disbelief. For a girl as meek as her to make such a bold offer seemed almost impossible to him, but he thought it might be a fun idea.

Mrs. Springs scanned the computer monitor in hopes of finding a suitable room for Rez to no avail. "Yeah, we don't have an open space. Sorry sweetie."
"Mrs. Springs?"
Everyone turned their heads to the doorway where a rather chubby looking old man with a large, impressive beard and a classic brown professor's suit. He was the Principal of the high school, but also one of the Computer Science class teachers as well. He was unable to come to school for the past month because of his recent surgery, but him being here now meant that he recovered to some degree.
"Mr. Baron!" Mrs. Springs shot up to greet the principal. "So good to see you. Is your stomach alright?"
"Fit as a fiddle! Doctors told me it was lucky for me to find the cancer early; otherwise I would've missed the entire class year!" Mr. Baron, the principal, guffawed heartily. "Now, what's going on in here?"
"Well you see, I'm trying to find a room for a student here," Mrs. Springs began explaining the situation. "But none of the male dormitories have a space. Maya here claims that her room has a space, but-"
Mr. Baron brushed his beard with his hands until he stopped Mrs. Springs with a rather unexpected answer. "Well I don't see why we can't have him in there. Put him in there, then."

Standing up, Rez threw his arms behind his head and swayed from side to side. "So... should I start moving in right now or something? Can I get out early so I can get everything moved in by tonight? I won't be bringing a ton of stuff. Wouldn't want to burden Maya, here, with my racket."

Misaka was worried by the challenge and potentially having to pay for something she clearly couldn't afford. She didn' even have enough money to get herself any lunch, much less food for all four of them. She had spent the last of her money on the chicken she shared with Mirabelle and now all she had left was a single cup of roman. that's when she decided she would go to the park imminently after school so to not be the last one there. She put on a fake look of confidence and spoke. "hmp. alright i'll accept your challenge." However her brave words were immediately betrayed by the rumbling of her stomach.
Misaka was worried by the challenge and potentially having to pay for something she clearly couldn't afford. Mirabelle´s deep thinking was interrupted by the sudden sound of someone´s stomach rumbling, she looked at the source and noticed that Misaka was still hungry "Hey, how come you didn´t tell me you still were hungry?" she asked to the black haired girl. The pinkette looked at her bag "I´m sure I got something here that could be of help for that" she said searching on her stuff "maybe some fruit or an energy bar.."
The pinkette´s worry about the charm was easily gone as she kept looking for some food for Misaka, but the chime of the accessory could be heard from time to time.

Misaka's confident facade quickly faded when the pink haired girl reached into her bag to offer her food once again. Misaka nervously blushed and waved her hands from side to side in front of her face, trying to dismiss Mirabelle's kind jester. "Ah no no that's alright i don't need any lunch besides i just remembered i'm on a diet ahahaha!" Her words were rather rushed as she spoke. She was hungry of cores but she didn't want to put her new friend through so much trouble. after all Mirabelle had already done so much for her. How could she possibly ask her for more. With that thought Misaka realized if she was first to the park that might mean Mirabelle would come last. If that were to happen then it would be her who had to pay for everyone's food. This left Misaka in a hard spot not knowing weather to show up first and save herself or show up last to save the pink haired girl.

Mirabelle´s search for food stopped when Misaka spoke about diets, she shivered with the mention of that word "Diet? why are you torturing yourself with that?" she asked as she snatched an energy bar from her backpack "Food is our fuel and we need it to keep living, whoever came up with that idea of not eating food must have had a problem" she said and put the bar on Misaka´s palm "I won´t take no for an answer, we all need food and we must follow what our stomachs tell us" she said with her smirk.

"Are you really sure about this, Mr. Baron?" Mrs. Springs asked frantically.
"Of course I am. I trust our senior class president." Mr. Baron made another guffaw and turned to Rez. "Ah, but you still have classes to go to, don't you? You also need another key to the dorm as well as some paperworks to file."
"Come to my office after school." Mrs. Springs referred to Rez as she rubbed her temples. "I don't know what's gotten into the principal, but if he's given you a pardon, then I don't see why I can't grant you the same dorm room as Maya."

The black haired girl was taken by surprise yet again. Despite her protests, the pink haired girl insisted that Misaka eat something. Miska wasn't used to someone being so nice and generous towards her. Perhaps this was what true friendship was like? Or maybe Mirabelle was just a really kind hearted person? Whatever it was Misaka couldn't be sure. With a blushing face she took the energy bar and bowed her head slightly to the girl. "Thank you, Mirabelle senpai."

While zipping up her backpack, Mirabelle looked at the cafeteria "This has been an interesting morning, I wonder what may come in the noon and the night, I feel it will be an eventful day"
