Reaching the building with the infirmary, Kris kept going on her mind ("All right, while the day zero so far has been a stone after the other, I have gotten some first impressions, from arrogance to joy, from excitement to fear, there are multiple emotions that make he first impression of this place so diverse, but") she tried to keep her hopes for the staff ("I wish that the first things I saw of the staff were not their usual way of being, even more from the Principal and some teachers in the Orientation, they didnīt even react when Sonya had her magic overcharge and I had to protect her and the other students, surely that small roof of ice is still there")

Then came the nurse ("She was in a bad mood, but what did she wanted me to do? those students were fighting and they needed to stop before anyone got injured.. well, that mute girl did had a problem in her arm.. arrghh!!, another stone to face, I donīt even need to think of a five minute future because SOMETHING could happen at any time") the wolf sighed ("Relax, you wanted to come here for the knowledge, nothing can go as planned, you have to adapt to the situation, even better, you got justified reasons for your actions")

Zero was making his way back slowly to Orientation. "Raylin is going to ask questions, I can see that now." Zero said as he sighs. Just then, something caught Zero's nose. "Wolf? Or is it another type of canine?" He asked himself as he walked towards the scent. After some time, a huge magical pressure came from Orientation and made Zero stop. "What a huge pressure, it feels as big as Guardian's." He said as he starts walking again. After about 3 minutes, Zero caught up to what was making the scent. As he turned the corner, he saw a female carrying another student. "What's that all about?" He asked himself as his curiosity was getting the better of him.

When she got to the buildingīs door, Kris felt being watched and then came the scent of a dragon, she faintly looked around and noticed the white haired boy who had the scent of that animal, although he had most, if not all of his body in a human form, the scents were a giveaway for a creatureīs true origin, be it a human or animal.

The redhead looked at the dragon student and then gestured to the unconscious one on her arms and the infirmary symbol at the door hoping that he would understand the situation that wasnīt that critical.

Zero was noticed by the girl and pointed to the infirmary sign. He got what she was meaning and decided to help, even though he was starting to feel uneasy around a female he doesn't know but was nice enough to open the door.

"Thanks, this day has been a ride and there are already students who need to be checked" she gestured to the student on her arms while getting inside and heading to the infirmary "I hope that the staff is competent enough to deal with that energy surge, it didnīt feel negative and the fear that came from the people was mostly because it was an unknown thing to see"

Zero followed behind the girl. "You're welcome." He said looking away, hiding his uneasiness around her. Then she mentioned that surge that happened a few minutes ago. "Probably handled by the staff." Zero replied as he closes the door.

Placing the boy on one of the beds, Kris stepped back and moved the curtain to give him some privacy "Then again, anything can happen here, I suggest you to go to the event while you can, I'm already in trouble for stopping a battle so I'll check on him" she said while making an ice sheet to check her nails, it was easy to notice the fur on the back of her hand and arm and that the nails were lomger and sharper than a human's

Zero went and sat down on the floor and leaned against a wall. "Rather not, I'll be questioned to all hell if I go now." Zero said replying to the girl. Zero then went and glanced at the girl to see what type she was. "I can smell canine from you." He said looking down to the floor.

"It is your choice then" the redhead spoke while dealing with her nails "The only impression I have gotten of the staff has been neutral bordering to negative due to how things have gone, even the nurse who sent me here isnīt in the place" she pointed out.

Then came an odd comment from the dragon and Kris couldn't help but chuckle "Well,if the ears and tail arenīt a giveaway, Iīm a wolf hybrid" she said with no problem.

"So the staff here are neutral." Zero thought. Then the girl saud that she was half wolf. "So similar to me huh?" He spoke softly to himself. Zero hasn't met any other half-breeds before, except for a few other dragon halves.

"I see that you have a mostly human body except for the eyes and white hair, unless you can change your body if the need for survival occurs" Kris spoke finishing with her nails and transforming the ice sheet into the form of a snowflake "You can expect to see a diverse library of creatures that go from normal to what some call myths, but here we are gathering for in general for the same purpose, which is learning new things." the wolf continued while looking at the snowflake.

"It's not hard to conceal parts like fur and other things." Zero said while still looking downwards. "It was harder for me to get them." Zero thought to himself.

"But why hide who you are? there is no shame on being a creature in this world now, the humans and creatures respect each other now" Kris countered now juggling the snowflake between her fingers "Surely in the future, things will go even better"

"Maybe you've had it easy but others probably haven't." Zero said as he got irritated. Of course he wouldn't know for sure since he never left his hometown before. "I'm sure having long fur during a hot summer is annoying." He said still looking down.

"Oh it is a nightmare to deal, if the fur-less ones have it bad in summer time, the ones with fur have it worse, the sweat sticks to us and the smell gets on faster, but luckily I lived on the snow filled forests in the north, so the weather was really good for me, even better in the summer when I get to wear clothes with more freedom" Kris answered quite happy with the idea "As for easy or not, there are still some who fear what is new to them, even though we have coexisted for centuries, some prefer ignorance rather than reality"
