But if there's any loose characters, I'll be happy to take on the role of Extras.

Shhh, aaaahhh... Thing is, according to shitz R' us wiki, Gensokyo is the closest world to the real world, not to mention the easiest to access. That would be one of the first worlds HM would conquer because of such. That is, unless Tricky's portals are still wherever they are...

But HM WOULDN'T be able to conquer. What, does he have a giant Rhodochrosite drill with Tanzanite supportive generator that weigh 150 megatons, carried by an astronomically large creature-ship that can hold five pentillion soldiers trained for nothing but battle, too?

But he does have an army. No, he doesn't want to destroy them, he only wants to control them. He will place his many soldiers in each world and they will (attempt to) seize control of each. No destroying. No drills. No violence towards Rans.
