Nine Tails Transformation:
In Mega Man X Command Mission Axl's ultimate techniques involved him transforming into bosses you have beaten in the game and using their strongest attack.
Nine Tails Transformation uses the Nine Fragments. A powerful laser that hits 9 times for 999 damage in the game. In the RP the laser is powerful, and last for 90 seconds. Since Axl has the White Armor he will be able to remain in this Transformation and gain extra abilities.
Nine Tails transformation with White Armor Axl grants Axl increased hand to hand combat capabilities, and increased fire power while he remains. If he gets hit 3 times he will revert back.
