Wait no I got it! Otori would get Model A! Think about it, Otori would get a Biometal that gives him twin hand cannons that fire energy shots like Axl's guns, but can be charged for added power! Along with that he would also get:

The ability to use A-Trans (basically allows him to copy another persons data and will allow them to transform into that person, much like Axl's Copy Ability, but the transformation can last as long as the user wants.)
