Still would like to know what the building is like on the outside and in. layout or something... even the material of the outer walls would be a nice description. oh and need a place so that Robin and Chung can enter that is either far away from wherever everyone is yet is still inside the lab building or something....

Well, the building has a hole in Sector 3. You can enter through there. The walls are made of metal.

Isn't Sector 3 basically at the doorstep of the battle area?
...Though isn't there something there that could cause a small/medium delay? like a somewhat large army of infantry type enemies?
