Oh yea I have something planned out for Zero and X.
After Wily helps finish repairing Zero he will infect Zero with a bit of the Maverick Virus again (or will infect him at some other point in the RP.) This though won't do anything and would be relatively harmless at first, but remember how Zero grows stronger from the virus? Well once we get into the later arcs the virus would be coursing throughout his entire body. The only thing left that would be needed to happen is for Zero's original programming to kick in. Though something would need to trigger his original programming to activate. With the Maverick Virus completely in Zero's systems and Zero's original programming active he would become Awakened Zero.
Even though he will have his original programming activated he won't be insane thanks to the Maverick Virus (which was originally a part of Zero because Wily made the virus to go with Zero) as such he will have everything needed to Awaken.
As Awakened Zero everything becomes more clear to him (he realizes that he was created to fight the creation of Dr. Light. Mega Man, then X after X came into the picture.) Meaning he would want nothing more than to fight X and only X.
When Awakened, Zero is much stronger and faster than he normally is. Meaning X will have to have his limitless potential activated in order to fight. The outcome of the fight will be relatively unknown until I think of one.
