I keep forgetting that it's been a while.

I ran somewhere around 10 mph, and got a 6 minute mile, but my average heart rate was at 197.

I'm going to be the death of me...

I havenīt gone to a gym in a long time, but a good walk through the city trains cardio and muscles really nice

Cardio isn't my strong suit anyways.

My strong suit is actually weights, quite proud of myself on that one.

Usually when I tell someone how much I'm capable of lifting, they think I'm lying.

The most I have ever lifted was around 1,100 lbs with legs. XD

Of course, I also wore out my patellar tendons, but they're almost done healing. It took about 2 weeks.
