"It is good to find someone fit to train with, sleep well?" the fox asked
"Yeah it was good, everyone is eating breakfast, follow me" with that they joined the group

Once John put away all of the components of his meal, John took his sandwiches on a plate.
John walked over to the table and sat on a cushion.
From there, he pulled the emergency release valve on the helmet, causing the helmet to make a hissing sound as it depressurized.
John took off his helmet and began to eat.

"How do I look?" Rumia asked Murasa. Murasa glanced at Rumia to find her in ripped shorts with chain accessories and black tank top with a white skull on it. Typical gothic stuff. Nothing more, nothing less.
"Hideous." Murasa chuckled, returning back to her laptop where she was on FL Studios.
"Hideous?" Rumia reiterated. "You're joking."
"Don't worry, I am joking." Murasa assured her. "Now I wonder what's for lunch."

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.
