Jason saw that the situation was starting to go south, so he decided to intervene.
He jumped up onto one of the nearby buildings and pulled out a tiny brown stick with a fuse in it.
It looked as if it was a firecracker.

Jason lit the tip by vibrating the fuse until it lit, then threw it into the air. The moment it left his hand and went 20 feet into the air, the firecracker exploded.
At that moment, Jason sped up it's shockwave, amplifying it's force and how much sound it produced.

The resulting boom was enough to get the villagers' attention. They all looked up at him, expecting to see the fire mage, but instead, they saw a boy with a strange chestplate and a red cloth wrapped around his head. The sun shined down on him and cast his shadow on the villagers. Jason then began to spin a lie of his own, one that they were from an organization that hunts Tyruss's men.

"Listen here! My friend is NOT the firestarter! You want to know why? Because we were out there when it happened!", Jason yelled as he pointed at the far rocks they were resting at a moment ago.

"Perhaps it's tempting to try and find the easiest possible explanation, namely blaming the fire mage, but is that really how you guys are going to play this? We may be in Medieval times, but we are NOT Medieval people. We use logic to dictate our actions! The fact of the matter is, someone here is trying to frame my friend!", Jason shouted.

He then turned and pointed to the water mage.

"If you REALLY want to know why we're here, it's to hunt Tyruss's men! You see, they're trying to make our lives a living hell by framing us and hunting us down while we're weak! Who is that b*tch to point the finger at my friend!? Did she see what was going on? NO! What you should know is that my friend and I are from an advanced militia group that hunts Tyruss's men! We hunt all of his spies and soldiers down and we kill them! I can't reveal my sources, due to the secrecy we need to maintain, in order to maintain operational security, but my contacts are NEVER WRONG! My contacts state that this woman is one of his many spies! They are a slippery bunch, capable of spinning lies with ease, blending in with the crows=d, and sneaking into fortified areas without being noticed! That being said, I need everyone to evacuate the area! This woman is dangerous despite her appearance! We'll try and get her away from the village, but we can't guarantee anything! Do NOT ENGAGE HER! She is dangerous! We'll take care of her! Go hide and keep your loved ones close! Keep them safe!", Jason shouted.

The most of the villagers began to quickly disperse and run to their homes, while others seemed to be unsure.

"Go! Do you want to get caught in the crossfire!?", Jason shouted at the remaining villagers.

They didn't leave, but they at least kept their distance from the scene.

Jason then turned his head to the water mage.

(I hope Seki is right about her scent...)

"So there you are." Otori closed in on Jason.

"So, you're a Tyruss rebel? Interesting... I need you to answer me something. I'm not gonna kill ya if you don't, but I'll say that if you answer me right, it can help you in your battle."

Jason heard a man shouting at him from down below him.

Jason tilted his head down to see a man with a business suit with the pants replaced with black jeans. He had dark red hair and brown eyes that looked almost as if they were orange.

"So, you're a Tyruss rebel? Interesting... I need you to answer me something. I'm not gonna kill ya if you don't, but I'll say that if you answer me right, it can help you in your battle.", the man said.

Jason was a little tense by the man's questioning, but he didn't drop his facade of being a professional hunter.

"Yes sir? What is the question? Hurry, because you should have been gone two minutes ago.", Jason said to the man.

Seki continued accelerating down towards the ground from the cover of the flame and smoke moments before she would have struck the ground and died from the impact, Seki flipped in the air so that she would be landing feet first. That alone would not be enough to save her, however the concentrated blast of fire that had been pushing her forward from her feet begin to build up into a rapidly spinning ball of flames. It was like a gas building below her feet. The ball of fire would be the fires thing to reach the ground, followed by Seki who landed directly upon it. The ball of fire dented inward like a balloon which was what broke Seki’s fall and then “popped”. This sent a large discharge of fire outwards from Seki’s feet in the form of an expanding flaming ring. Anyone within a 3 and a half foot radius (9 feet in diameter I think) would have been torn apart by he force or burnt to death. Anyone beyind that may have been sent soring through the sky with bad burns but they may have been able to survive. Jason was fast enough to escape the blast if he happened to be too close and HM or Sidna would probably have other means of survival as well. Seki knew the villagers were now coming after here, but for the most part at least these were harmless humans in Seki’s mind, she did after all kill hundreds of trained soldiers on a regular bases.

At that moment a pitchfork was sent flipping towards the air. A farmer it seemed had tried to fight back but the sudden blast of fire claimed his life and launched the pitchfork towards Seki. While it was still falling Seki quickly sniffed out the faker (Sidna) who had been guided off to the sidelines just moments ago by HM. The moment it was in reach Seki caught the falling farm tool by its rough wooden handle. She engulf the metal end of the pitchfork in yellow flames before she would have tossed the weapon in the direction of Sidna’s sent. If this came into contact with her it would have pierced her body and caused an explosion, even if she misses the explosion would have still been a problem. What Sidna did next would determine if she lived or died. Hell Master probably wouldn’t be able to save her a second time, not after either evading or falling victim To Seki’s first attack from when she landed.

Otoi then remembered every detail of HM. He began listing them, in an almost impatient tone.

"Male, tall, white shoulder-length hair, golden eyes, arrogant smirk, have you seen this man?"

Jason saw that Seki had accidentally killed a villager that seemed to not get Jason's speech and was burned to ashes by Seki's fire. The villager's body fell to the ground s he died instantly.
Jason saw the damage done by Seki and shouted in retaliation.

"Seki! Watch the collateral! I told them to leave, but you should still watch for the stragglers!", Jason shouted to Seki.

He then turned to the man standing before him and spoke.

"You better make this quick because I've got a job to do.", Jason said with a stern tone.

"Male, tall, white shoulder-length hair, golden eyes, arrogant smirk, have you seen this man?", the man impatiently said.

Jason's eyes widened as he remembered the man that pulled the duisguised green robed woman from the flames.

"I think I know who you're talking about. He helped that water mage, our target.", Jason said as he pointed in HM's last known location.

Sidna was in danger. She knew that. But she had the advantage. This was not according to Seki's plan, not at all.
She could easily create big explosions within the houses.

She then did something so it would not be to easy to get near her. She created a nearly complete vacuum around her.
This blocked out both smell and sound in addition to extinguishing any flames in the area because of lack of Oxygen.

She then created a small air tunel leading to Jason and Seki. They could not track her by the scent or sound however as the tunnel made bug turns everywhere.
"There are people in these. You saw how easily the inn burned. That was a very subtle fire in the beginning. I can create much bigger explosions that will kill the people in the houses in a instant. Do you want that?"

She then closed of the tunnel and registered any vibrations in the air outside.
If they answered she could hear it. In fact she had ears everywhere in this state. it was no use whispering

                    HM looked on in amazement.

"Heehee, Sidna, you are always entertaining to watch! So cunning... Huh?"

                    HM heard something... Someone... Familiar...

                    "... M... HM!"

HM knew who it was immediately. Now it's time...

"... Sidna... I hope you finish this match quickly. I'm going to finish some unattended business."

HM rushed off, towards the voice...

                      Jason thought about his options.

This was a dire situation, one where people could die if he wasn't quick enough. He knew that this would take quick thinking and being clever to counter.

"You know, if you do try that, I can kill you easily without you so much as creating a single flame from those chemicals of yours.", Jason said as he pulled out a handful of his two inch, nine millimeter spikes.

"I can shoot these little things faster than the speed of sound, thanks to their size. That is over seven-hundred miles per hour, something that only a speed mage can dodge. We are now at a stalemate. If you ignite the houses you die, but if you run now, you might escape. After all, I am a very good shot.", Jason said in a threatening tone.

He now waited for the woman's response. Would she kill the villagers, or would she try and preserve her life?

Seki was less then found of the way Sidna chose to fight, finding it to be somewhat cowardly and annoying. (All the more reason to kill her now) She thought to herself. Sidna seemed to fight logically while Seki thought like a mad person, she thought outside the box. Seki found se was unable to create flames in certain areas in the faker’s direction so despite her faded smell Seki still knew her approximate location. After all what else could have kept her projectile from exploding? With the heat of the sun beating down on her, Seki found the outer area around Sidna’s magic air pocket and although she couldn’t create fire inside that area for the lack of oxygen, she could still make fire in the surrounding area. With this new idea in her head Seki had nearly forgotten everything Jason had told her, her only priority now was to destroy Sidna and nothing else mattered.

                        “Welcome to my Sanctuary”

She whispered as a massive spinning vortex of fire quickly formed around Sidna’s oxygenless air bubble. Rotating walls of flame that were three feet thick raged and scorched the earth around Sidna causing the tempter around her to rise very quickly. It was like Seki was cooking her inside an oven. The human body could only take this for so long before it died off. Sidna might have been able to pull all the oxygen out of the fire, however the vortex was so large and hot that it had a slight gratitatonal pull to it, loos wood, food, alcohol, plants and even body parts were being pulled into the fire which stored some amount of oxygen inside them. Even with Sidna pulling the oxygen from the fire it would take a few minutes to actually make a difference and a bit more before she would have been able to completely kill the flame. At that point would she even be capable of putting up a fight?

Otori was running fast. He needed to find HM.

                          "HM! Dammit, where are you?!"

All of a sudden, thunderbolts began dancing to the sky.

"You shouldn't have come here..." A voice called out from the bushes.

                          "... Otori."

There he was... HM facing Otori once again.

"... HM... I came here to take you back!"

"And what makes you think I'm just going to drop my status and willingly return?"

"I didn't. That's why I'm going to have to beat sense into you!"

"Beat me? Why not kill me?! I work for Tyruss. I've been conquering for as long as I've been here. So why do you refuse to bring me to justice?!"

"What justice is there in murder, HM!?"

"That's your weakness! You refuse to kill! That's why you hold back!"

"What good is there in killing?! You're stripping the life of someone, they can't get back!"

"But if you don't, then they will kill you for sure!!!"

                          "HM, this isn't like you!"

                          "And what is 'like me?!'"

Otori stood there. He clenched his fist.

"See that?! You can't even recall what I 'used to be-'"

                          "You were a good friend!"

                          HM stood there, surprised.

"... You were fun. You brung exitement to the casino! People loved you, HM! They loved us! You, me, and Frank!"

HM then got on his knees. The pain had returned.

"How... Dare you... Assault my mind... I'll kill you!!!"

                          HM rushed to Otori.

She wasn't going to fight, only burn a few houses.

Sidna launched herself into the air with a powerful wind. When almost outside of range she made a few(5) houses explode.

"Take care of the flames, I'll catch the wind mage!", Jason shouted as he got ready.

Jason launched himself at the wind mage at 400 mph. He wasn't going to ram into her, but he was going to slow down at the last possible second and hold her.

(Okay Jason. Your mask will save you from her sleeping powder. If she tries to take it off, dodge her.)

As an extra precaution, Jason nullified all particle movement in his vicinity, as a countermeasure if the wind mage tried to steer him off course. It was very cold to Jason, but he would soon be able to stop.
