    Aeterna - IC

Aeterna - Spera - Midnight (Note: Don't do this, this is just to get me started. If you actually want to do this, just do the location)

    (Note: Fitting music: http://www.listenonrepeat.com/watch/?v=OTlpKWXaKtM)
A lone figure stood atop a small hill outside of the small town of Spera, a lit cherry the only thing illuminating his gruff face. He observed the town briefly before speaking.

"Such a nice little town..." he said in a deep voice, gruff as his appearance, "Why am I the one that has to burn this place to the ground? Couldn't Tyruss have gotten Malus or Tenebrae to do this?"

The man removed the cigar from his mouth for a moment before pressing it to his lips once more and sucking in a great deal of smoke. The cherry on the end blazed a little bit brighter before dimming down again. He removed the cigar once more and let out a heavy sigh, the smoke escaping from its prison with ease. He turned around and observed his regiment camped out in the small valley below. Three thousand troops were prepared to raid this small town all to hunt a small group of rebels that had been giving their supply caravans problems.

"In fact, I don't quite understand why Tyruss got rid of all of the more technologically advanced stuff in the HiveNET in the first place. Wouldn't it be easier to oppress and control if we had firearms?"

"Well then, it would be easier for them to fight back, wouldn't it?" Said a voice from behind the man, slightly higher than his.

"Malus, why are you just now showing up?" the man said.

"I'm not. Two of the elite guard are using their light and sound magic to project me here. You should know how I operate by now, Vohr." Malus said.

"Yeah, I suppose so... Don't like getting your hands dirty," Vohr said mockingly, "You'd rather operate from the safety of Regius. Is that why I'm here and you and Tenebrae aren't?"

"I don't want to hear it, Vohr. You were ordered out here and Tenebrae is attempting to deal with the Chainsword Girl. I hear she's not having much luck. Her troops are getting slaughtered... again."

"Well... that's about to be this town. Is this really necessary? Can't we set up a trap or something for them?" Vohr asked.

Among Tyruss' three generals, he was the most anti-violence. Or rather... he loved violence, but would prefer to keep innocent people out of it. It was bad enough that everyone who got trapped inside of the HiveNET was effectively a vegetable in reality now. The hospitals must have been chock-full. Really, this hijack was a cruel thing indeed. Those who died in the HiveNET remained alive and aware, but physically unable to wake up. Some people died during the first few days, but remained trapped anyway due to their consciousness being uploaded to the HiveNET. Living here wasn't that bad, but dying here was a fate worse than actual death now. Before you'd just wake back up. Now you sit in a pit of darkness for eternity.

"Tyruss refuses to appear weak. If there is rebellion it is crushed, not trapped. Smash Spera, Kill Ortus, Spare none of his Rebels." Malus reiterated.

"Whatever..." Vohr said as the image of Malus faded from view.

He looked down at his regiment once more. They had been reduced to using medieval siege weaponry thanks to Tyruss's changes. Because MODERN ARTILLERY WAS TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR.

"Looks like they're all set up." Vohr groaned and sharply inhaled.

    "READY!"

The soldiers went from casually strolling about to readying themselves on horses and equipping their weapons and whatnot. It looked like Vohr has just kicked a Hornets' Nest... or maybe knocked over an anthill.

    "READY!!"

The troops organized themselves, the cavalry and infantry riding and running up to him, lining up with him. The artillery in the back remained. Vohr raised his left hand, right in pocket, and snapped his fingers. A flame sparked outward and upward, spreading and growing in the air when it reached a certain height, creating a vertical curtain of flame. Thousands of shadows were cast on the valley below, an eerie sight, indeed. Vohr reached up to his cigar with his right hand, removed it from his mouth once more before throwing it on the ground and smashing it with his foot. His arm came down with it, in a long, downward sweep directed at Spera.

    "ATTACK!!!"

Immediately following his cry, the catapults fired simultaneously. 15 stones were thrown into the air, through the curtain, and directly at Spera. As the now flaming rocks smashed through homes, they lit the town ablaze. Not far behind were the infantry and torch-carrying cavalry. As they entered the town, they immediately set everything they could on fire. Spera became a sea of flame, the inhabitants crying out in fear or pain. Though... it was not actual pain. What existed of their minds told them that they were experiencing pain, though, so they felt it despite having no nerves in this virtual space. The raid went on for 15 minutes before there was an explosion in the middle of the town. Vohr ordered a runner to find out what the issue was, but noticed a horse already leaving the city, rider on back.

"Sir... it's Ortus. He's engaged our forces in the town square."

"Dammit, soldier, your orders are to KILL. ALL. REBELS. I don't care if it's Phenom or Goddamn Santa Clause. You kill it, you hear me?" Vohr snapped

"That's the thing, though, sir... there were so few in the town who fought back, we're beginning to believe that Phenom IS Phenom's Rebels. A proper fighting force barely exists in that place!"

"You're telling me that one man has enough power to fight off all of you?" asked a surprised Vohr.

"Well... I don't know about strength, but.... he's fast. Too fast."

"Dammit, I knew Malus should have done this instead. Speed is his thing." Vohr groaned. "Do whatever you have to do. I want Phenom dead."

    "Yessir"

      Neo Vegas

This is surprising. No thugs. This is the town of criminals and not once have I seen an alleyway not infested with loan sharks.

      "Hey, you!!!"

      Up, I knew it.

I spoke back. "Yea? What is it? Come on, I don't have all day!"

"Oh, a tough guy, ah? I'll teach you to mess with the Grey Zebras!"

... I almost broke out laughing.

"... Um, ah, *clears throat* well... I guess not... Um... Your name sucks, bro."

"What!? Oh, you're gettin' it now, punk!"

He rushed at me with a punch. I grabbed it and twisted it so hard he fell on his back.

"Well then, I see you don't have your gang with you."

      "That's where you're wrong, punk!"

Out of the shadows, a bunch of thugs came at me.

      Works every time.

I threw the guy up and used my iron bat to hit someone unconscious. When the guy landed, I moved to the side and let another thug take the hit. Then I spin kicked another thug in the face, knocking another thug back. One more. I took out a rope that I recovered on the last battle and threw it at another thug, wrapping his legs and tripping him. Then walked over to the guy.

"Ya know, this may have just been another fight, but I'll give ya credit: yo made me laugh a bit."

I walked off with the guy cursing his ass off while the others writhed in agony.

Then I came across a place that always turned my stomach: a place where I met a good friend who turned bad...

Somewhere in the forest - Everbloom Forest - Aeterna

A lone person walked through the forest as it lightly rained. The sounds of various birds and other animals could be heard, as well as the faint pattering of rain on the trees and ground. He trodded through the mud with his black, Titanium alloy plated boots, careful not to slip and fall. He already had enough problems, he didn't need another one clouding his mind.

This boy's name was Jason. Jason Stone.

Jason continued his fast paced trek through the muddy forest, trying to put as much distance between him and his home as possible.

        His home... not anymore.

Jason's home was now abandoned, along with the Titanium mines. Tyruss's men came to the Titanium mines, demanding ownership of them. Jason's father, Thomas, refused. He was not about to let them take his livelihood, his way to provide for him and Jason. When the squad leader of Tyruss's men attacked, Thomas destroyed them with his manipulation of gravity. He crushed them inside of their own suits of armor. Fearing retribution, Thomas rushed to create the best armor and weapons he had ever made. Unfortunately, Tyruss's men arrived sooner than expected. Thomas hid Jason in the basement of the house and tried to fend them off, but they were prepared that time. Jason saw as they butchered his father. The last thing his father saw was his son looking up from the cracks in between the floorboards. Jason then heard Tyruss's men as they yelled out, "find the boy." Jason didn't know what they meant, he didn't really care. He only had his father in mind. Upon seeing the light leave Thomas's eyes and feeling his blood trickle onto his forehead, Jason snapped. He killed 36 of Tyruss's men. Jason didn't know how he did it, but he killed them all. After the bloodbath, Jason knew that he had to leave. More of Tyruss's men would storm the Titanium mines and his home, and this time, they would kill him. Jason packed everything he needed, including his father's unfinished weapons and armor. He then buried his father's remains and abandoned his home.

Upon the thought of his father's death, Jason began to feel sick. His stomach turned as he remembered seeing the various slash marks and burns on his father. He became light-headed and the world around him felt as if it was spinning faster and faster.

Jason sat on a nearby log and continued to think. He couldn't help it, it had happened yesterday. His father was gone... gone forever. He was taken away by the greed and malice of the one named Tyruss.

Jason broke down and cried as he sat on the log.

He had already lost his mother at the age of three, and now his father at the age of nineteen. Why was the world unfair!? What did he do to deserve this!? Nothing!
Not only was the real world a pile of sh*t, this one was as well! He didn't know who Tyruss was, but whoever he was, he was going to die horribly for what he had done!

Jason leaned forward, put his elbows on his knees, and held his forehead with both hands. He was lost in despair.

"...so, the bloke said, get out my room, or I'll report to the innkeeper, when I was the innkeeper myself!" A madame wearing an apron laughed, and the people in the inn guffawed rowdily. The inn was a shady little place, with dusty corners and cobwebs on the ceiling. But it was a hub of entertainment and center of information for everyone in the town.

"Rosmerta, you tell that boy to get the fuck out or shut the fuck up." Gravel, a rough man in his 40s, grumbled as he snickered and drank his mead from one corner. "Scum like those, probably one of them Tyruss' men."

"I did tell that boy to stop whining." Rosmerta, the innkeeper, smirked. "I have a witness to: didn't I lecture that man, Nicole?"

Nicole looked up and smiled. Anybody who saw Nicole would call her mystically beautiful, almost otherworldly; with jet black hair and purple bridge, big scarlet eyes, and smooth complexion that is sunken a little bit on the cheeks. She usually wore something casual, like today, where she fashioned herself with ribboned sleeveless and long skinny jeans. She was tall, as tall as other men, and her legs were longer than average. She always carried a guitar with her, complete with case and everything. She preferred people to not touch her guitar without her permission, and something about her made others to oblige with her request.

"Yes, yes you did." Nicole nodded, tapping on her empty glass. Rosmerta came over to fill it back up with scotch whiskey. "Was a fine lecture too. Should've seen his face: all red and embarrassed."

"Oh, you flatter me. It's really you that's a good orator, not me."

"Hey, Nicole, play us a song!" Gravel laughed.

The crowd cheered and hooted as Nicole chuckled and uncased her guitar. The guitar, shining from the inn's dim light, shone brightly. The body of the guitar was mahogany, with turquoise gems studded to it. The neck of the guitar was black and red stripes, along with the same design crossing the head. Something about the guitar gave off Nicole and it as a perfect pair from the heaven; Nicole as the angel and the guitar as the angel's tool of worship...

"What song should I play..." Nicole thought out loud. "How about The Day I Broke the Ale?"

The crowd went wild. Nicole drew her breath, then began to play.

            Spera - 12:15 AM

Phenom stood, combat ready, in Spera's Town Square, surrounded by hundreds of Regiusian troops. He wore a sinister grin as he peered at them from just under his brow.

"I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to condemn you to an eternity in the Log-out void." He said under his breath.

"Did anyone hear what he said!?" Called one of the soldiers. He was immediately skewered by falling piece of debris from the Town Hall behind Phenom. Manipulating it's speed, he stopped it when it was level with him, aimed it at the soldier shoved it, and forced it to half-sonic speeds. The soldier was pinned to the building behind him. Phenom resumed his combat stance when it started to rain. As the soldiers mumbled in fear, Phenom looked up at the sky with a grin on his face. He looked back at the soldiers.

"What's wrong!? Aren't your orders to kill me!? COME ON! KILL ME!" He shouted.

Some of the soldiers looked at each other before charging Phenom. The first two were crushed by an unseen force. Phenom caused the rain above them to fall at several times the speed of sound, which caused them to build up enough mass to smash the soldiers. He quickly sidestepped and parried the next soldiers downward swing from behind, ducking under the now suspended arm and following up with a slash at the soldier's stomach with his short sword. The short sword sailed into the next move: a double parry followed by Phenom rolling through the legs of one of two soldiers. He slashed one's back deeply with his broadsword, dubbed "Bast" and sunk his short sword "Ard" into the base of the other soldier's neck.

"WHO'S NEXT!" Phenom cried out. He watched three of the soldiers flee on horseback and immediately rocketed three pebbles in their direction, striking the rear two like a cannon at close range, but missing the third. "Tch... damn aim's getting worse." Another group of soldiers took this opportunity to attack Phenom. He grinned and welcomed their attack with his steel.

Vohr watched the siege from his hilltop command post, smoking another cigar. He took a deep puff of smoke and blew three rings before creating a stream a fire in his throat and rising it up through the smoke rings. The rain was coming down. That was going to be a problem if they needed him to fight. He heard galloping approaching.

"Again?" He groaned, "What is it this time..."

Vohr stood up and waited to meet the runner and hear his report.

"Sir! W-we can't stop him, he's too much! H-he crushed them with RAIN!" the runner panted.

"Crushed them? With rain? Was it a lot of rain?" Vohr asked. He had his suspicions of what exactly has these grunts in such a fuss, but he needed to make sure. Speed magic would be nicer to deal with that water magic.

"No, sir! No more than is falling now..."

"So it is speed magic... this will be difficult. Speed magic is very rare and very powerful... but at least it's not water magic."

Vohr stepped out from under his tent of a command post and motioned the runner to him.

            "What do you need sir?"

            "Nothing."

"Wha... OH NO NO NO, PLEASE SIR IT'S NOT MY FAU- AAAAAAAAH!"

As the soldier pleaded for his life, Vohr snapped his fingers and the soldier burst into flames. He took the horse and headed back into the still burning ruins of Spera.

"If you want something done right..."

Walking through the rocky region, Kris was whistling calmly, the starry night was her scenario and the moon her light, the huntress was surrounded by nothing but the night´s darkness, no other sounds were heard aside from any nocturnal being hiding to its resting home.

Suddenly a rabbit at atleast 15 meters away appeared on the road, the little creature was eating some roots completely ignoring the huntress ("These creatures seem to be more used to nothing happening than in the snow forests") she thought while taking an arrow from her quiver. Silently putting it on her bow and drawing it. Taking a deep breath, she focused on her target, Kris let her air flow and loosened the arraw whistling to the animal and hit it dead mark on it´s side.

The huntress walked to her reward and pulled out the arrow while taking care of her future meal and put it in he backpack.

Moving towards a nearby town, the huntress needed to trade some stuff for money and supplies, surely she would get what she needed with whatever she got in her stuff. the town was slowly getting bigger as she kept walking searching for an inn to rest a bit.

Now in the town, the huntress heard some music in one of the building ("That must be the inn") she thought and entered the place. There was a girl playing a guitar and many people were hearing her with joy. Kris sat on a chair near the bar table "I would like some water please" she asked calmly to the owner

                Everbloom Forest

Off to the far end of the forest where Seki resided, Tenebrae was again leading her attack against the troublesome girl whom danced in the blood of her victims. She zigzagged from tree to tree, jumping from the sides of their trunks in confusing yet oddly graceful movements. As she danced in the air, small orbs of fire scattered the area, admitting from her body. The rainbow colored orbs of flam didn’t seem very deadly at first, however the moment they made contact with a physical form they would self-destruct causing a moderate explosion that was capable of destroying large stones. While the onslaught continued one of the nameless grunts manages to work his way close enough to Seki to attempt a form of Melee attack. The man wielding both a long sword and a large shield jumped directly forward dashing just past her her body and skillfully avoiding her ongoing barrage of attacks. He held firmly to his trusty blade as he did a wide outward swing to his left, rear side where Seki was standing, aiming to cut her spine. Seki’s body moved like a snake as her entire body summersaulted backwards to the point it was parallel with the ground. The sword hardly grazed the girl’s hair. She landed on her head and proceeded to roll back onto her knees, at which point she immediately launched herself four feet above the ground. With sword in hand she took hold of the chain at the end of her grip and roughly jerked it, causing the swords teath to begin rapidly spinning like a chainsaw.

                “BOW DOWN TO CHAINSAW-SAMA!!”

She screamed as her blade roared with power and became engulfed in a hot flame. Taking the grip in both hands Seki fell towards the man swinging with both hands her flaming chainsword directly at his skull. The man was skilled and quick enough to put his own blade between himself and Seki. However the force of her entire body coming down at that one spot caused his arm to be pushed backwards and the the flaming blade connected to the man’s face casing it to be torn and burnt beyond recognition. It wasn’t long after that before the soldier died and Seki, for a moment used his corpse to block arrows and magic projectiles coming from the next wave of enemies. Seki relieved the dead man of his shield and took it into her free hand. The shied began to glow with a bright yellow flame, as she pushed the man aside and tossed the shield towards the oncoming group like a shuriken being thrown by a skilled ninja. The glowing shield traveled towards the men, spinning at a high speed before it hit the soldier in the front center of the new wave of enemies. It knocked him off his feet and sent him backwards in the air a few inches before the shield exploded ferociously. The explosion scattered the flaming and broken body parts of the nameless grunts around the forest like leaves on the ground in fall. The explosion had killed the majority of the that wave of enemies and sent the survivors flying off in alternate directions.

“Hehehe” Seki laughed with a grin on her face “The fire is so pretty. I wonder how many people I’ll get to burn.”

By a stream- Everbloom Forest - Aeterna

Yomi looked up from his book, instinctively shutting of the artificial light he had created to read in the night. He thought he had heard a strange sound, breaking the normal rhythm of the night sounds that he had attuned to. Then the sound came again, it was a sob. ("That was strange, who would be crying in the middle of the night in the forest.") He got up and dusted off his jeans. shrugged on his jacket and set off, taking only a moment to bend the light around himself to become invisible.

He silently ghosted through the forest, used by now to moving silently. Then he spotted an older boy sitting on a log, his face hidden in his hands. He had a belt with many objects attached and had a strange assortment of what seemed to be weapons and armors with him. Yomi sighed, yet another person who came into the forest and disturbed the peace, no doubt when the older boy needed, water he would head to the stream and probably discover his little shelter in a clearing. Yomi was tempted to either interact with the boy or make use of his own light magic to scare the boy away. But he shook his head and turned back, he wanted to remain as Yomi and not become Matomo as of yet, what with the current state aeterna is in, it would be unwise to revert into a reckless state, it would be better to remain unnoticed. It was hard enough when the occasional patrol went through, now there were these random loners wondering around, just the prevous week there was another person passing by, this girl who somehow lit a fire without any other external agent, probably some fire magic user, she carried a strange combination of a sword/chainsaw and a doll.

He packed up his meager store of berries and fruits (as he had been unable to hunt, nor did he feel a desire to do so) , and his books, into the pack, picked up his huthvirn, the only physical weapon he was comfortable with and set off, following the stream downriver, to find yet another good spot to find set up his 'camp'.

("i am going to need to find a new stream soon, this stream is going to reach that city where the patrols come from soon")thought Yomi, while trying to think of any of his old camps he could use.

Sidna got up from the chair she was sitting in. She thought she had all the knowledge she needed for now.
She had developed several methods to make a fireball with wind magic. Now she just needed the ingredients for one of the methods and she was ready to go.

She began walking towards the local store. She only needed a candle this time. Nothing too special. When she arrived at the store she was greeted by a man behind the disk.
"What do you want today?" he asked. "Only a candle for today. I need the wax as it is slow burning and I don't have to limit the accessibility of oxygen while using it" she answered.
The man quickly found a candle for her. "Have you heard the there was a kid that escaped from Tyruss's men? Certantly something for you. You don't really have anything else to do anyway." the man recommended.
"Sorry, I don't hunt kids. They aren't really any fun. Can't put up a propper fight" she answered. "Ah, but this kid is special. He took down 36 of Tyruss's men" he continued, trying to get her to hunt down the boy.
"I'll think about it" she answered and with that she left the store and headed for the south district. This was where she had her training ground.

Regius South District - Sidna's training ground

When she arrived at the training grounds there was a old man waiting. "Why do you keep coming teacher? Don't you have other pupils too?" she asked the old man.
"I do, but I want to see you train. Maybe I can even get a glimse of pure wind magic for once. You know, you're not a fire mage. If you wanted to manipulate fire then you should have done so when you learned magic.
You are even better known as a fire mage than a wind mage. It's only us that have watched you train closely that know that you are really using wind magic" he said trying to make her use more pure wind magic.

Sidna simply ignored him and began making the fire ball. The first method consisted of making a ball of grass and dripping some liquid wax on it to make it burn for a longer time.
She then set fire to it using her staff and levitated it in her hand using wind to keep it in the air. The next step was to prepare a path of oxygen that the fireball was going to travel at. Then it was just throwing the ball.

The ball flew straight for the old man, stopping only a few meters in the air in front of him where it exploded from all the oxygen. "If the enemy don't know I'm a wind mage then they can't prepare properly." she finally answered him. "You don't scare me. You hear that. Those flimsy fireballs of you don't scare me. Now show me some proper wind magic. Summon a tornado or something." he said angry at her for trowing a fireball at him.

Sidna had had it. She was tiered of the old man's talking. She just wanted to train in peace. She walked up to the old man, put a hand on his shoulder and made a invisible bubble of vacuum around his head so that he only had a lilited amount of oxygen. "Is that enough for you? If not I have something else here too." She said as she found a bottle labeled ammonia and inserted some into the man's bubble. Of course there was a few small holes that let him breath, he just had to be careful. "If it makes you happy I'll work on tornadoes next time, fire tornadoes that is" she said in an evil tone whole continuing the training.

Somewhere in the forest - Everbloom Forest - Aeterna

Jason cried in the dark for what seemed to be two hours.

The rain had finally subsided and the forest quieted so that the only thing you could hear was the faint sound of insects and the water dripping off of the trees.

Jason gathered himself and stood up, wiping the tears away from his eyes.

(I-I've got to keep moving. Tyruss's men will be looking for me. They're probably at my house by now...)

By a stream- Everbloom Forest - Aeterna

Jason walked over to the stream and crouched down, not wanting to dirty his pants by kneeling.

He then began to wash away his tears with the cool water by cupping his hands and putting his face into them.

After that, he drank from the stream.

After training some time and perfecting the fireball Sidna gathered her supplies and got ready to hunt. It had been some time since she had been alone hunting for someone, but she enjoyed it.
It meant that she got to keep all the fun to herself. She walked into the house of a speed magician she knew. He excelled greatly in transporting persons over large distances.

"Good day Sidna, what brings you here today?" the man greeted. "I need a transport. I'm going on kid hunting." she answered. "That child that killed all off those men I assume.
Just promise me that you'll be careful. Don't want to see you getting killed or something like that." he said. He then proceeded to transport Sidna to the old house where the child had once lived.

Once there she met a few men looking trough the building after clues. She walked up to one of the men to ask about the situation. "How is it going here? Do you have idea about where he went?" she asked.
"No, we don't even have a single trace. The dogs can't locate the smell either as the wind seems to be blowing the wrong direction. We're assuming he went into the forest, but without a trace we can't track him."
Sidna then proceeded to turn the wind until the dogs got a trace. "Do you mind me taking one of the dogs. I want to try to approach him alone first" she asked. "No problem, the dogs are trained so they'll come back to use if you tell them to" he said.
Sidna then walked into the forest following the dog.

"One batch of ice cold water, coming right up." Rosmerta opened a barrel filled with cold water and filled a cup with it. "You want anything to drink with that?"

Right then, Nicole finished her performance. The townfolks loved it, hooting and cheering.

                          "Soul-stirring." Gravel sniffed.

"Encore!" A scrawny man wearing a miner's hat suggested.

The townfolks in the inn began to shout in unison: "Encore!" "Come on, one more song!"

"Then how about that one song, Freda's Freedom? I know you guys love it." Nicole laughed, removing the pick and relying on her fingers for the song.

The crowd cheered: "Yeah!" "That song!" "Alright!", and Nicole began playing.

After Jason finished drinking, he thought up of an eventuality.

(I don't have anything to carry water. I need to find something in the forest to use. Maybe I can find an animal and tan it for leather.)

Jason walked through the forest until he heard the snapping noise of a twig to his far left.

He darted his head to his left, thinking that Tyruss's men must have found him, but he was pleasantly surprised.

What he saw was a deer, quietly walking through the forest.

Perhaps it was heading to it's den, or found that night was the best time to come out, due to it's predators being either asleep or elsewhere.

(Sorry buddy, but this is the wild. I need you in order to survive...)

Jason pulled a metal spike out of one of his pouches, aimed it at the deer, and threw it.

As it flew through the air, Jason augmented it's velocity, causing it to fly at 600 mph, sub-sonic speeds.

The metal spike slammed right into the deer's head, killing it instantly. The deer dropped to the ground and laid there.

Jason walked over to the deer, pulled out the metal spike, and began his work.

Jason cut a large section of skin off of the deer's torso.
He then went back to the river to rinse the blood and dirt off, being very thorough.
Once he finished, he then began to remove the deer's fur. Jason focused on the molecules that held the fur together, causing them to vibrate faster and faster. The fur then burst into flames and withered away.
He then washed it again, then singed the whole length of soon-to-be leather.
He then began imitating the process of using a chromium sulphate bath, causing the animal skin to quickly turn into leather before his eyes.
Once that was finished, he then turned the leather into a water pouch and filled it with water.

It took him an hour or two, but now he had a way to store water.

Jason put the water-skin away and continued his walk. He didn't have a destination in mind, but he was happy, just as long as he got away from home.

The huntress took the water and looked at it with calm "Thank you" she said to the owner and started letting the liquid go into her mouth, the refreshing water was something she desired for quite a long time.

Kris then looked at the bard playing another song for her crowd and listened to it while drinking her beverage ("Would you look at that, one of the last bards in this world and plays quite good, must be a natural") she chuckled a bit and took of her quiver to check her arrows

Tightening each leather strap of the arrows and sharpening the many points was soemething Kris could do almost with her eyes closed as she touched the small wooden cilinder, the wood was resistant and easy to prepare as she looked at her recently used arrow.

Finishing her drink, the huntress then started sharpening her ebony sword while whistling calmly to enjoy the time
