    Name: SUSTIC

    Timezone: EST

NPC Character of Choice: Mega Man Volnutt AKA just "Mega Man" most of the time. People may also call him Volnutt if they wish.

Game of Origin: Mega Man Legends

Power: Interchangeable weapons: Mega Man can equip a variety of different weapons for different purposes and situations. His default weapon is the Mega Buster, a standard cannon mounted from the left arm. With modifications from Roll Caskett, he can replace his right arm with a number of other weaponry. Roll can build new weapons to him using parts that he finds.

Body equipment: Mega Man can equip upgrades to his main body for easier tasks, such as battle and traveling purposes. Such additions include built in roller skates for higher speed, helmets, different levels of body armor, and upgrading the amount of damage the body can take.

Shield system: The game depicts Mega Man with a barrier system (shown by a blue capsule bar on the game screen) that lowers enemy damage and recoil. However, the bar is limited in power, and when decreased entirely without time to recharge, must be repaired by a recovery item.

Strength and speed: Unlike other members of the Mega Man series, Mega Man is not able to wall kick or perform dash maneuvers. His default speed is on par with a healthy, athletic human, and his strength is proportional to his size.

Mega Man Volnutt is typically more human in terms of abilities than the other Mega Men of the other Mega Man series. However what he lacks in terms of actual speed, and pure fire power he makes up for in his high versatility. On top of that, but Mega Man Volnutt is also a skilled treasure hunter due to his previous career as a Digger (a Treasure Hunter of sorts in the Legends series of Mega Man games.)

    Weapons:
Mega Buster: A typical arm cannon that can change between gun and hand mode at will. In hand mode it looks just like his normal hand, while in Mega Buster mode it takes the form of a high powered energy arm cannon. The Mega Buster can fire small bullets of energy. The bullets can be highly powerful, but slow. Fast and Accurate, but weak. Or it can be Powerful and Fast, but inaccurate. All depending on what parts he has equipped into his arm cannon.

    Weaknesses:
This Mega Man may seem pretty capable, and he is... but he is still vulnerable to many things.

For one his shielding system isn't the best, and when it is depleted completely he must have it repaired. Aside from that he is also vulnerable to almost all things humans and machines are vulnerable too. He is sort of a cyborg of sorts as he can be affected by things like poisoning, and EMP's. However EMP's seem to only affect his armor. Without his armor though he is like any ordinary human.

Even then Mega Man isn't the kind of guy to fight, only fighting as a true last resort. Which can be quite troublesome at times...

Appearance: http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb2...L3VolnuttE.png (Mega Buster is also shown in the picture.)

Personality: This version of Mega Man has lived two completely different lives. This is in contrast to all his other incarnations in the other series where he lives only one life and one basic role throughout the duration of the series. His first life as Mega Man Trigger is quite similar to that of the Maverick Hunters in the Mega Man X series where his role on Elysium was to protect the Master System from Aberrant Units as well as serve as the Master's special assistant. Thus, Trigger was one of the greatest and highest ranking Purifier Units, much like X was as a Maverick Hunter.

On the other hand, his second life as Mega Man Volnutt is actually closer in similarity to another key aspect of both the original Mega Man and X. Mega Man Volnutt does not like fighting and only does so as a last resort (as evidenced by his regret for "not taking it easy" on the Bonnes in the first game, when they fall after Focke-Wulf's defeat). Other than that however, Mega Man Volnutt is simply another Digger in search of adventure, Refractors, and other treasure just like all the rest on Terra. He also cares deeply about Roll and does his best to keep her happy, especially when she is despairing about her parents. Roll also cares about Mega Man, to the point of stating in her diary that she secretly loves him.

    Morality: True Good.

    Biography:
    As Mega Man Trigger:
A long time ago, Mega Man Volnutt was known as Mega Man Trigger. Trigger's primary function was as a Purifier Unit (Irregular Hunter in the Japanese version) on a synthetic planet called Elysium (or Heaven in the Japanese versions), a place that housed what is called the "Master System". The purpose of the Master System was to watch over the Carbons (essentially the equivalent to humans, though artificially created) on Terra. His job as a Purifier Unit was to eliminate any Aberrant Units (Irregulars in the Japanese version) that threatened the Master System. Trigger was also always close to the the Master throughout his tenure as a Purifier Unit. One day, the Master requested Mega Man to travel with him to Terra so he could see the Carbons, even though the Master could not survive long outside of Elysium. They used a shuttle pod and landed in Calbania Island, where the Master compares the life of the Carbons with Elysium, and realizes that while he lived in luxury for 3000 years, Elysium was cold and sterile, while the Carbons are happy even with hardship, pain, aging, and subsequently dying, and decides to give Mega Man the final command to destroy the Master System to make things right again. Before dying, the Master gives his genetic code sample to protect Mega Man, and orders him to delete all data in Elysium's library.

After the Master's death, Mega Man Trigger tried to fulfill his dying wish. The units from the System tried to stop Trigger, thinking he became an Aberrant Unit. As time went by, Yuna (Mother Unit of Terra) decided to take a neutral position, neither helping nor fighting against Trigger. Frustrated with Yuna's decision, Sera (Mother Unit of Elysium) traveled to Terra herself to stop Mega Man, and the two fought each other to a standstill, expending all their energy. Trigger's original body was almost totally destroyed in the fight, and all his parameters had to be reset to heal (similar to formatting a hard drive), transforming him into a baby without any memory of the past. To avoid his memory being wiped out and make sure Sera would never find the Master's genetic code, Trigger transferred his essential data files to Data. Yuna took the opportunity to seal both inside stasis fields, with Mega Man and Data being sealed inside a ruin in Nino Island and Sera with Geetz in Forbidden Island, where they stayed for a long period.

    As Mega Man Volnutt:

Several years later, Barrell Caskett was researching the ruins in Nino Island without the Guildmaster's permission, and found a diamond-shaped object near the entrance. When he touched the object, it melted away and awoke Mega Man and Data from their suspended animation. As Barrell had broken into the ruins without permission he could not reveal where he had found them, so he took the two under his care. Barrell's granddaughter Roll Caskett insisted on naming the baby after one of her favorite video game characters, so the child was named Mega Man Volnutt (In the Japanese version, Barrell named him Rock to make a pun with Roll). Mega Man was raised as Barrell's adopted grandson and as soon as he was old enough he embarked on the life of a Digger, searching for Refractors and other resources for the Caskett family as well as defeating Reaverbots in his many adventures.

In Mega Man Legends after exiting a digout in a tower, the Flutter began to malfunction and crashed on Kattelox Island, where the first game takes place. Mega Man helped to protect the island from the attack of the Bonnes, a pirate family searching for legendary treasure supposedly hidden in the ruins of the island, and that if its seals are broken, a terrible disaster will occur. Before facing the pirates, Mega Man meets Tron Bonne and helps her escape from the dog Paprika, and she develops a crush on him. The island's city mayor, Amelia, is an old friend of Barrell and gives them a Digger's License to allow them to search the ruins for parts to fix the Flutter. By Amelia's request, Mega Man also investigates the ruins of the island to learn about its past and if the legends are true, fighting against the Bonnes and Reaverbots during his search. When the Main Gate is opened he encounters MegaMan Juno, a mysterious person who knows about his past life as Mega Man Trigger. Juno captures Mega Man in order to keep him out of the way while he prepares to use Eden to eliminate everyone on the island. Mega Man is freed by the Bonnes and he fights against Juno to save Kattelox Island. After Juno's defeat, Data reveals he knows about Mega Man's past but can't reveal it to him yet, but when the time comes, he will tell him everything, including his mission. The game ends with Mega Man and his family leaving the island aboard the Flutter.

In the second game, Barrell and his friend Verner Von Bluecher travel to Forbidden Island aboard the airship Sulphur-Bottom in the hopes of finding the Mother Lode. Unfortunately, the airship becomes stuck in the storm that perpetually surrounds the island when it is attacked by Gatz and "Matilda"—a woman who looks like Roll's long-lost mother. Mega Man and Roll go to Calinca to try to find a way to rescue the Sulphur-Bottom and to discover if Matilda really is Roll's missing mother. In order to get through the storm Roll plans to create a Dropship. While searching for parts at the Junk Shop in Calinca they encounter Joe, a man with amnesia who was also creating a Dropship. After Mega Man and Roll save him, he gives his Dropship to them as thanks. After traveling through Forbidden Island, Mega Man accidentally freed Sera and Geetz when he stopped the storm surrounding the island to prevent the Sulphur-Bottom from crashing. They were taken inside the Sulphur-Bottom where Geetz says they need to obtain four keys to unlock the Mother Lode. Bluecher requests that Mega Man search for the keys, and so he embarks on a journey that sees him fighting against Reaverbots and pirates to obtain them. After all of the keys have been collected Sera and Geetz turn on Mega Man. As Geetz engages him in battle Sera escapes to Elysium with the keys. At the conclusion of their fight Geetz explodes, causing heavy damage to Mega Man. Working together Yuna and Data are able to repair him, and during the repair process Mega Man recovers part of his memories as Trigger. Once restored to full strength, Mega Man follows Sera to Elysium to stop her from using the Carbon Reinitialization Program. At the end of the game Mega Man is left trapped on Elysium along with Yuna and Sera, while the enigmatic Elder System begins to reactivate. Back on Terra, Roll and Tron began working together on a rocket to rescue Mega Man.

Now in the real world he had escaped Elysium, and had been brought into the real world. Of which he had met a few people who he now travels with... hoping to find his friend Roll, and search for some nice treasure hopefully along the way.

Traumas: Originally being trapped on Elysium at the end of Legends 2, and when he somewhat when he regained his memories as Mega Man Trigger (though it didn't have as big of an impact on him.

"Been a while since I made an app" app

        Spoiler:

Name: Sir Hotschafft Von Hugenstein the 4thWriggle Nightbug

        Timezone: PST

        NPC: Ellis

Game of Origin: Left 4 Dead 2

Power: Knowledge of almost every firearm in existence

Weaknesses: Ellis is the most normal Character. With absolutely no augmentations, he is most often the fragil one of the group. However, he seems to survive from being hit by a concrete block from a Tank, pummeled by a Charger, leaped by a Hunter, ridden on by a Jockey, strangled by a Smoker, puked on by a Boomer, and get spat on with highly noxious acid by a Spitter... At the same time.

Appearance: A picture. Thousand words. Look that quote up.

Personality: Goofy, easygoing, and playful, Ellis cracks jokes and tells stories about his buddy "Keith"... Even at the most inappropriate times. He is optimistic... Almost overly so, and he thinks of every challenge along the way as some sort of big dare to overcome so he can impress his friends. He believes in his agility and his strength from working as an auto mechanic, and he firmly believes in his so-called "immortality."

Biography: I strongly urge you to read his wiki page.

After being rescued by CEDA in New Orleans, Ellis bid farewell to his three partners: Rochelle, Nick, and Coach, and began his journey towards England to hide and lay low for a few weeks and watch the process of the zombie apocalypse dying down from afar. But, as he began entering that airplane, he is knocked out by an unknown force. The last thing he saw was a lady with a smile on her face before he passed out.

Hours later, he woke up to realize that he was in the future. How cool! But... How is he going to get back? He decided to wander about. Good, at least by the year 2042, those damn zombies won't be around anymore. But how are people recognizing him? Is he a hero, vanquisher of all zombies and other sons-of-bitches?

It turns out that he was a video game character, and that he was warped here by unknown force. How cool is that? It's just like Team Fortress 2... Except better yet, he was in the future!

But future is a tough place. To get around, he needed money. He could work as an auto mechanic like back in Savannah, but that's boring. He's in the future, of course he need to make mischiefs! Ooh, wait until my buddy Keith hears these!

"Did I tell you about the time my buddy Keith and I went to a land full of super hot chicks with mystical powers? I don't know what it's called, but he asked one of the chicks out for a date. 95% of his body on a third-degree burn. I'm glad I didn't tick her off." - Ellis

        Traumas: Zombies.

          Game of Origin: Fallout 3

Power: He has all the abilities a human has, and then some. Due to the radiation he has been exposed to, he has many different mutations and can develop into benign mutations as he increases in power (leveling up). These are his current abilities as of this point. --------->(Max Hale)

He also has a Pip-Boy 3000 which allows him to access tactical data on his ststus, his surroundings, his current missions, his inventory, and many other things. The Pip-Boy 3000 also gives him the ability to use V.A.T.S. (Vault-Tech Advanced Targeting System), a system that allows him to calculate the chances of him hitting a target, as well as "pausing" time.

(Videos of V.A.T.S. being explained further, as well as gameplay footage.)

          Equipment:
          Spoiler:

          Weapons

          Armor/Apparel
          Spoiler:
Winterized T-51b Power Armor (Helm: CHA +1, Rad Resist +8; Suit: Rad Resist +25), T-45d Power Armor (Suit: Strength +2, Agility -2, Radiation Resistance +10; Helmet: Rad Resist +3), (Chinese Stealth Armor (+15 Sneak, +5 Stealth Field while crouching), Wanderer's Leather Armor (+10 Small Guns), and Vault Jumpsuit (+2 Melee Weapons, +2 Speech).

          Aid

          Misc.
          Spoiler:
Various junk items and garbage. (I REALLY don't want to try and list all these...)

          Ammo
          Spoiler:
          10mm (600), .44 cal (300), .556mm (1800), Shotgun Shells (12 Gauge) (600), .308 cal (250), Darts (50), Mini Nukes (30), Flamer Fuel (600), Electron Charge Packs (ECPs) (300), 5mm (2400), Alien Power Modules (1000), Microfusion Cells (400), 2mm (250), and Energy Cells (500).

Weaknesses: He is very durable for a human, but he can easily be killed by a bullet or two to the head, getting stabbed multiple times, and many things like that.

          Appearance:

Personality: It depends on his mood. Sometime he'll be calm and serious, and sometimes he'll be talkative and nice, to an extent. In a sense, he has many masks and faces, one for any situation at hand. Due to the incredibly harsh environment of his world, he can be a little bit of a cynic, and in most cases, can come off as slightly callous. Despite that, he is a good person and will fight for what is morally right. He's not called the "Last, Best Hope of Humanity" for nothing.

          Morality: Good.

Biography: *Insert Fallout 3 Plot +DLC's here* After all that, he was suddenly transported to the real world, where he is now a treasure hunter/mercenary.

Traumas: The death of his father.

Notes: I will be using a random number generator to calculate how often he will hit someone in VATS, so if he autohits, that's why. It's kind of like Spartan Time, only "more precise". Of course, in the game, it doesn't take a person's agility into account. I'll need feedback on this. I also calculated all his perks with it. (RNG)

I'll also have him add armor modules to his armor, kind of like with the PPA mod. THAT is how the armor should have been.

Sorry for making another app, but S1 made me want to just by reminding me of him... I think it would be fun to have a absolutely insane character in the RP.

Name: SUSTIC for the last damn time!

            Timezone: EST

NPC Character of Choice: Krieg the Psycho... or just Krieg.

            Game of Origin: Borderlands 2

Power: Krieg is... dangerous if you get close to him... really dangerous. Physically Krieg is incredibly strong capable of ripping people in two, as well as oddly being capable of sustaining some pretty serious injuries... for example getting shot in the shoulder by a handgun and all won't really phase him all too much, while stronger weapons will definitely be a better choice. These abilities are mostly LIKELY due to whatever experiments that were conducted on him in his past.

Aside from this he has an odd resistance to fire... which just... makes him angry... he still gets hurt by the fire... but it makes him angrier... he still gets hurt by it though... but if you set him on fire you better run fast.

To top it all off he has some pretty decent aim with most firearms... mostly SMG's... Though he specializes in up close and personal hand-to-hand combat.

Weapons: The Buzz Axe (as seen in picture for appearance): A special axe that is crafted out of spare parts. It is a mix between a traditional axe... and well... buzz saw... It is also his preferred weapon.

Weaknesses: Krieg despite his brute strength, and physical resistance to pain he is still human... an insane human that has a tendency to spout things about bicycles made out of human flesh, and bodily fluids. Even with his CQC skills his insanity can get the better of him... actually it always gets the better of him. He has a tendency to not fight strategically. As he is almost always seen using brute force to rip his opponents apart if possible. Since he is still human he is quite susceptible to things like poisons, and even a simple gunshot to the head can kill him.

Appearance: He stands at a tall 6ft 4.

Personality: Krieg is... absolutely insane in every sense of the term. He can't go for almost a single minute without screaming something about ripping flesh, killing someone, or just spouting random nonsense from his mouth. Though Krieg was not always the insane psychopath that he was. Before he was supposedly a normal, and calm guy until he was experimented on severely, with the experiments he went through causing him to lose almost all his sanity. All that is left of his former psyche is a literal a literal inner voice which forces Krieg to only kill the deserving, and help others. The voice remarks that he remembers helping people, getting paid with loot, and other Vault-hunter-esque pursuits. This inner voice also states that if the now insane Krieg were to ever even HARM an innocent person on purpose, that the inner voice will take control, and commit suicide to kill them both. This shows that the inner voice is desperately trying to help Krieg regain his sanity, even if it won't be much.

            Spoiler:
            http://images.wikia.com/borderlands/images/1/11/Idle_If_you_ever_kill_an_innocent_person%2C_I_will _destroy_us.ogg

Morality: May not act like it, but he is a Chaotic, unpredictable good. Thanks to that inner voice keeping Krieg in control, he will not harm an innocent person. Hell he will even help the innocent. However against people who aren't so innocent... well... let's say it might end in a bloody mess unless someone stops him.

Biography: In his graphic backstory, Krieg is shown wandering the wastelands wielding only his buzz axe, killing bandits and other hostiles along the way. The inner voice seemed to have far less influence on his actions, barely able to keep his blood lusting vessel targeting hostiles over non-combatants. After narrowly avoiding getting splattered, Krieg sees Maya at a train station. Krieg's inner voice somehow knew she was a Siren and a Vault Hunter, and told Krieg to ally himself with her. Krieg, however, screamed at the top of his lungs, "I'm the conductor of the POOP train!". Maya misinterprets this as being hostile and opens fire at Krieg, only to attract a pack of rats.

Too focused on Krieg, Maya does not see the cannibalistic bandits approach from behind. Somehow Krieg's inner voice, with some difficulty, managed to influence his darker side to warn Maya by shouting, "Turn around, pretty lady!" and he defends Maya, butchering the rats and terrifying one of them unconscious. After helping Krieg finish off the rest of them, Maya softens up to the madman, and Krieg's inner self gains hope that perhaps he can regain himself, though his outer self was too preoccupied screaming about ribcages and cockatiels to express it. Afterwards he is seen clinging to the side of the train, which explains how he ended up in Windshear Waste after the train explosion.

After that Krieg, and the other Vault Hunters had done many things from helping the Crimson Raiders, a group of people led by Roland. One of the original Vault Hunters who was leading the Crimson Raiders against the tyrannical Hyperion Corporation. Over the course of the game Krieg and the other Vault Hunters (Maya, Salvador, Axton, Zer0, and Gaige) had helped the Crimson Raiders against Handsome Jack, the leader of the Hyperion Corp. By the end Krieg had also helped the other Vault Hunters fight The Warrior, and Handsome Jack. Successfully killing The Warrior which was a powerful being sealed within the 2nd Vault.

Right after The Warrior was defeated however Krieg was sent to the real world where he now roams the streets of the US... aimlessly... while occasionally spouting something insane...

Traumas: Whatever was done to make him the insane man that he is today.

Notes: Okay sorry if this app seems... not very detailed especially when compared to some of my other apps which aren't all too detailed to begin with. Even then Krieg's profile page only has his bio from before the game started, and the beginning of the game. It also does not list his actual capabilities, so I had to go by what his skills are like. So... yeah...

I also might start him out in California, or somewhere else. Depending on who wants to interact with him first.

              NPC Character: The Witch

              Origin: Left 4 Dead Series

Power: The Witch is by all means no girl to flirt with. Her claws can incapacitate any human with a single swipe in game. She runs significantly faster than any human, to the point that she can keep up to augmented humans and superhumans. She is also about ten times more durable than normal humans.

Weaknesses: First of all, Witches are sensitive to light. She is easily startled by intense ray of light during night-time. Second, while Witches are extremely powerful and agile, they lack any way to attack from far away. Third, Witches are relatively weak against fire which makes her less agile.

Well this is gonna be tough to respond to.

The Witch is often times reclusive, keeping to herself. She does not like to associate herself with anyone but the one and only person...

              Biography:

There once was a girl who had a boyfriend. The couple was known to be very sweet to each other, going on a date almost every day. Then the Outbreak happened. The poor girl was abandoned by her boyfriend who chose his life over her girlfriend and fled the town, leaving the girl all alone. Heartbroken, the girl ran headfirst into the Common Infected swarming the city for suicide...

              And turned into a Witch.

Crying more bitterly so than any other Witches, even the Infected dared not to approach her for the fear that they might trigger her to become aggressive as well. She wandered the town of Rayford, Georgia, crying of her memories of her pre-Infection that she still cherishes and striking any Survivors that gets in her path and even some Common Infected that manage to rub her in the wrong way...

              Until she met Ellis.

Ellis, along with his partners Nick, Coach, and Rochelle, was passing by Rayford to grab supplies and get to the other side of the bridge to fill up a generator for the bridge so that their car can pass through. They met the Witch at the Riverbank, near the park. With no shotgun to quickly dispatch her, the group decided to bypass her and leave her be...

Until Ellis realized that the Witch was the most beautiful zombie he has ever seen.

Next to Zoey, of course. But Zoey isn't a zombie.

Despite the rest of the group's warning, Ellis prepared a bouquet made of roses from a bush. He slowly approached the Witch who, noticing Ellis, growled at him intimidatingly. Ellis placed the bouquet down on the ground, telling the Witch: "Listen, we just want to pass by. Please don't get angry at us." The Witch stopped growling, reached over to the bouquet, and started weeping again. No matter how close the survivals got to her, the Witch would not be startled. Thankful that the Witch would let them pass by, the group proceeded, complimenting Ellis for his quick thinking.

In the saferoom that connected the Riverbank to the Underground, Ellis noticed that there was a fifth figure amongst their group. It was the Witch from before, who silently stalked Ellis all the way to the saferoom. She did not display any hostile behaviors; in fact, she might've took down some of the Common Infected without the Survivors' notice. Surprised by the behavior, but still dubious of the Witch's reasons, the group reluctantly allowed the Witch to travel along with them until their rescue.

The Witch followed Ellis wherever they went, occasionally helping them survive through a horde. The Witch's alliance was made clear when the Witch single-handedly held off a Tank in the Fairgrounds. To distinguish her from other Witches, Ellis cut her hair short, helped her in proper clothes (which most likely would end up torn apart by her 12-inch long nails,) and even give her a name: Trinity. The Survivors began to take a liking for the Witch, especially Ellis, who took care of the Witch more often so than the other Survivors. The Witch too took a liking for the Survivors, forming a mutual relationship between the five. The group of Survivors, now with a Witch by their side, safely arrived at New Orleans where the Survivors were rescued.

              But the Witch wasn't.

Even though the Witch was docile. Even though the Witch looked like a human, acted like a human, and fought with humans, she was, to the eyes of society, still Infected and had to be quarantined.

So Ellis had to leave the Witch behind and get rescued to New York.

The Witch was heartbroken again. The only non-Infected Survivors that ever cared for her were ripped away from her. Normal Witches put into this kind of psychological strain would break and suicide. But another emotion, unknown to the Witch, overcame her desire to suicide. That emotion was the desire to socialize.

So she began her journey to find Ellis. Hearing bits and pieces of information about New York being the safe haven for the Survivors not infected by the Outbreak, the Witch slowly but surely made her way from New Orleans to New York City, carefully progressing so that the Survivors do not notice her and begin attacking her. It took her two months to get to the air strip where Ellis was supposed to board an airplane to England.

The plane had already left, leaving the Witch unable to chase him.

              For Infected can't swim.

The Witch began breaking down into tears, her crying heard all across the air field. When the security tried to dispatch her by killing her, a strange lady appeared, protecting the Witch from any sort of aggression. The lady asked the Witch what was wrong. The Witch couldn't respond, for she could not speak. She could only growl. The lady hypothesized that the Witch was looking for the Character that she just sent to the real world, and sent the Witch there as well, so that the Witch can reconcile with Ellis.

Now, the Witch wanders aimlessly around the real world, looking for the one and only Survivor that she can truly feel safe with.

              Ellis.

"Trinity is the smartest and the most beautiful Witch I have ever met. Not that that's saying much. But she is god damn beautiful." - Ellis.

              Trauma:

Because of the memory of her ex-boyfriend, the Witch is very negative towards human relationships. She will hardly make any friends with any humans or Characters, except Ellis and, through him, Ellis' friends.

Right, I'm going to post this concept here before I add it onto Cole's app.

                Karma
Karma is a mechanic in inFamous that determines how the story of inFamous plays out and as to what powers Cole has. Cole has six karmic states in the game and a half state if Cole chose to reactivate the Raysphere. These six states are: Hero, Champion, Guardian, Thug, Outlaw, and Infamous.

                Karmic States
Hero is the utmost good karmic state. In this state, Cole has access to all of his good karma abilities and has a high level of patience and calmness to him. He is the paragon of Lawful Good in this state.

Champion is the 2nd most good karmic state. This is what I will use as Cole's default state. In this state, Cole has access to most of his good karma abilities except for those that may only be used by Hero Karma. Cole is patient and calm but can be quick to act. He is a Chaotic Good in this state.

Guardian is the basic good karmic state. This is when Cole denies himself of his heroic duties and slacks off. His touch with his good side decreases and some of his usual good karma abilities are locked off. This will usually occur if Cole loses his motivation and will or if something occurs that makes Cole unwillful. Cole becomes a Neutral in this state.

Thug is the basic evil karma state. This is when Cole starts to distrust people and acts on his own. He does not care about anyone, save for himself. His basic abilities are replaced with those of evil karma abilities and his electricity starts to turn a light tint of red. Cole is a Chaotic Neutral in this state.

Outlaw is the 2nd evil karma state. This is when Cole becomes highly angry or chaotic. Beyond a state that is at a controllable level. In this state, Cole has access to most of his evil karma abilities and is not to be trusted. Cole becomes highly impatient and wishes nothing but for his inner chaos to end. Even if it means harm anyone in his way. Cole's lighting has now changed to a full red colour now. Cole is a Neutral Evil in this state.

Infamous is the utmost evil state. This state will be modified to Cole's TRUE infamous state in the first inFamous game (where Cole activates the Raysphere again). Cole has been taken over by his inner malice and chaos. He feels nothing but pain around him. Pain in his body from all the fighting and pain in his soul. If there was anything to describe Cole in a few words, it would be: Malum Incarnate. Cole is the paragon of unbound chaos and fury. It evens reflects in his abilities and his electricity. Cole has access to every evil karma ability possible and his electricity is now a sheer black with a red outline.

                Powers
                Spoiler:

                Hero:
                • Cole's Shock Grenades can restrain targets upon explosion. This helps for non-lethal takedowns or for a greater opening in combat.
                • Cole's Shockwave polarises the air around its target(s). This allows for safer blasting of people to save them or blasting foes a greater distance away from Cole.
                • Cole's Megawatt Hammer (Rocket-like projectiles) create a force that blast people away. Allowing for rocket jumps and to blast people away from a point to save them.
                • Cole gets access to the Overload Burst. A high current blast of electrical energy that arcs through metal objects and damages anyone close to them. Very effective and quick at taking out enemies but can lead to major civilian casualties.
                • Cole's Arc Restraint is much more effective. It can restrain more powerful opponents with greater ease. But it can still be broken. It just takes more effort.

                Thug:
                • Cole's Shock Grenades split into 3 weaker grenades. This allows for more destruction at the cost of less damage.
                • Cole's Shockwave hurts its target(s) as well as blasting them away.
                • Cole's Megawatt Hammer is more destructive. It can destroy buildings and do major damage to the environment.

                Outlaw:
                • Cole's basic lightning bolt has a chance to cause an explosion. The current and energy of the electricity cause a reaction from the air which result in combustion. These explosions are not that harmful but will cause a force of explosion that may result in the target becoming disoriented or knocked down. This will only happen occasionally when firing his bolts. So do not expect an explosion from every single attack Cole pulls off. These explosions can be from the whim of the RPer receiving the bolts or of myself.
                • The Shock Grenades now split into 5 grenades. Each of them still weaker than a single Good Karma grenade but they are highly destructive and dangerous.
                • Cole's Arc Restraint no longer works. Not that Cole would use it considering that he would want his target dead rather than alive.

                Infamous:
                • Cole's lightning bolts are almost guaranteed to cause explosions. These explosions still have the same effect and force as the Outlaw level explosions do. They are just more frequent.
                • Cole's Shock Grenades now split into 7 grenades.
                • Cole has access to the Arc Lightning. A continuous stream of electricity much like the Emperor's from Star Wars. This ability is highly damaging and lethal to most extents but it drains a lot of Cole's energy. Cole would only use this if he wanted his target to be dead. Nothing more, nothing less.

                Other Notes:
These changes in karma will not happen often. Depending on how the story plays, you may not even see all of these karmic states. The most common ones will either be Champion or Outlaw. The rarest will be Infamous or Guardian due to their nature. Here are images of Cole's evil electricity appearances.

                  Comment

Name: Haseo, his PKK (Player Killer Killer) nickname is "Terror of Death"

Timezone: Since I'm in Michigan and that's in (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) guess that's mine.

NPC Character of Choice: Haseo Xth Form

Game of Origin: .Hack//G.U. (Form is from Vol. 3: Redemption)

                    Job Class: Adept Rogue

                    Power:
Weapon Change - Allows quick weapon swap in battle

Rengeki (連撃) - Japanese for "combo attack", is a type of special attack in The World R:2. After breaking the opponent's defenses through a series of combo attacks, purple and black rings will surround the opponent, during which a player can perform a Rengeki by activating one of their combat skills. This doubles damage done by the attacker for the duration of the skill and also increases the experience gained at the end of the fight (a Rengeki bonus). Physical damage-based classes with higher attack speeds and lower attack power, such as Tribal Grappler and Twin Blade, have an easier time achieving Rengeki through their speed, while slower classes such as Edge Punisher may need extra help despite the fewer number of hits they require. Dual Gunner usually has the easiest time with combos, but is offset by the fact that it takes a large number of regular attacks before a Rengeki opportunity arises. The magic-based classes Harvest Cleric and Shadow Warlock have the hardest time inducing Rengeki and often need to fall back on their spells for help in order to do so, though the Macabre Dancer class lacks this weakness. Rengeki is achieved based on the number of hits delivered and what weapons and skills contributed rather than damage dealt, much like Protect Break in the original games, but unlike Protect Break, Rengeki will only become available after a regular attack. Skills can contribute to inducing Rengeki, but cannot activate the rings. Certain weapon modifications allow any class to perform Rengeki after much less than the usual number of regular attacks, but these same modifications don't affect skills.

Awakenings (覚醒) are special attacks in the .hack//G.U. games that can be performed when the Morale bar is full. The bar can be filled by performing Rengeki attacks with other party members that are alive to bare witness, fulfilling other conditions and actions that party members like, and/or by performing Hangeki in the Arena. These attacks, for the length of their duration, strip the enemy of equipment effects and any abilities other than walking, rendering them helpless to whatever onslaught they may face. They also cure any status ailments affecting the living members of the party using the Awakening, that they may have had prior to the attack.

Beast Awakening (武獣覚醒) - The speed and attack power of the awakened party is increased for the duration of the Awakening. It is commonly used in the Arena. In Reminisce and Redemption, Beast Awakening only requires at least half of the Morale bar to be filled before it can be used, but the less Morale a player has going into an Awakening, the faster the drain on that Morale will be, shortening the Awakening's duration even further.

Demon Awakening (魔導覚醒) - The leader of the attacking party casts a first level attack spell at the enemy repeatedly for the duration of the Awakening by tapping attack. The spell chosen always opposes the element of the first keyword. In the Arena, it is completely random on each use because there are no area words whatsoever for accessing the three Palaces. Allies cannot help out during this Awakening. Instead, they are locked by the leader's side in an attack pose. In Reminisce and Redemption, Demon Awakening only requires at least half of the Morale bar to be filled before it can be used, but the less Morale a player has going into an Awakening, the faster the drain on Morale will be, shortening the Awakening's duration even further.

Avatar Awakening - Drains Virus Cores from enemies. Everyone has Virus Cores. Golden-Yellow Aura will surround him.
Atfer using Awakening, He gets Virus Cores (number depends on emeny size) to power up his stats and weapons. Boost are permanent but are limited.

Avatar Summoning (Avatar: Skeith) Haseo's data reconfigures into Skieth. Can't be destroyed but when badly injured, revert backs into Haseo. Only uses against giant enemies.
                    Spoiler:

Morale Gauge - Allows Awakenings to be used. Fills on Rengekis and Spells. Rengeki fills it more and Spells fills it less. Allows Beast and Demon to be used when half filled but will deplete faster. Allows Avatar to be used when filled.

Area Hacking - By consuming Virus Cores, Can open gates to the Outer Dungeons which can connect him to other places. When using Area Hacking in an Outer Dungeon, opens a gate to the real world.

                    Weapons:
Empty Skies (Dual Swords, 2 of them of course)
                    Spoiler:

Silad (Broadsword, White double edge with red edges and red lines going up and down the sword, couldn't find an image.)

Shadowy Death (Scythe, minus the lighting)
                    Spoiler:

DG-X (Dual Guns, 18 shots before reloading, Closer he is, the more damage they do.)
                    Spoiler:

Haseo will use DG-X most of the time.

                    Weaknesses: Mostly Mortal.

                    Appearance:
                    Spoiler:

Personality: Haseo is a cold person, but holds a soft spot for Shino. He finds it hard to get close to people. Though not as warm, he is a great leader and is willing to risk everything for his friends. When Shino was attacked by Tri-Edge, he stopped at nothing to find out what happened to her and tried get his revenge. As he progressed, Haseo learned to trust his new friends and grew as a person.

                    Morality: Lawful Good

Biography: When Haseo began playing The World, he was approached by two players IYOTEN and Asta, who offered to help teach him the game. On their adventure however, the two betrayed Haseo and PKed him. The mysterious player Ovan appeared, PKKing them and reviving Haseo. Eight months later, following the events of Roots, Haseo is shown attacking a group of PKers lead by Bordeaux, a PKer from Kestrel. Haseo PKs Bordeaux when she doesn't give any information to him concerning Tri-Edge. Upon returning to Mac-Anu Haseo meets Sakaki who proceeds to lecture him about PKKing, this is when Haseo first meets Atoli originally mistaking her Shino though Sakaki dismisses this explaining that sometimes players have similar PCs. Sakaki's lecture is cut short when Haseo gets a short mail from Ovan asking to meet, when Haseo meets up with Ovan he finds out that Tri-Edge would be returning to the Hulle Granz Cathedral which Haseo promptly teleports to.

Upon arriving at the cathedral Haseo is reminiscing about Shino when his thoughts are interrupted by the arrival of Tri-Edge who begins to combat Haseo, Haseo uses all of his skills and weapons on Tri-Edge but he is far too great an opponent and ends up Data Draining Haseo. When Haseo regains consciousness he finds his PC has been re-formatted and he has lost all of his data including his e-mails, then when he logs into the world again he finds he has lost all of his levels, items, abilities and member addresses putting him back where he began when he first joined "The World R:2".

Haseo bumps into the Guildmaster of Canard, Silabus, who persuades Haseo to join the guild, which Haseo does as he realizes that the fastest way for him to regain his former power would be with the help of Canard. Silabus and his friend a co-guild member Gaspard originally mock Haseo for saying he is "The Terror Of Death" because of his low level but soon find out he is telling the truth about having all of his Data destroyed when they are confronted by Bordeaux with her 2 henchmen, Bordeaux is about to PK Haseo and his friends when Pi arrives and tells Bordeaux that members from Moon Tree may soon be arriving, after the PKers have left Pi meets Haseo and tells him he has a great power within his character. After this he is befriended by Atoli, who attempts to make Haseo understand the true purpose of Moon Tree. He also becomes targeted by Bordeaux, still trying to get revenge after her failed attempt earlier. On a mission with Atoli they come across a Tri-Edge sign which transports them to Indieglut Lugh where they see Endrance, this is where Haseo first sees AIDA and he and Atoli are attacked but are saved at the last minute by Kuhn who summons his Avatar Magus and repels AIDA. Kuhn later recruits him into the mysterious organization "G.U." which Haseo grudgingly agrees to help in order to get information of Shino and Tri-Edge.

During the tournament, he also develops rivalries with the ex-PK Matsu and the ex-Emperor Alkaid, and he exposes the Emperor Endrance to be an AIDA-PC. The legendary Emperor, Antares, also takes him under his wing, helping him unlock his Edge Punisher form once again. However, in an attempt to prove herself to Haseo, Atoli disappears searching for Tri-Edge. "G.U." is able to track her down, to a mysterious room, but when they arrive Azure Kite appears and attacks them. They defeat him, and he crumbles into pieces. Haseo is disheartened that even though "Tri-Edge" is defeated, there is no change in Shino's state.

Letting down their guard after defeating Azure Kite, the group is shocked when an AIDA emerges, steals Atoli's Epitaph, and escapes from the room. The incident places all the players of The World onto a mirror AIDA Server, and no one is able to log out. "G.U." succeeds in transferring everyone back to the original server, but even escaping to the real world, Atoli finds that her arm is now paralyzed. It later becomes clear that the Holy Palace Emperor, Sirius, is infected by the AIDA in possession of Atoli's Epitaph. With help from Endrance, Haseo is able to defeat Sirius and retrieve Atoli's Epitaph, but not before an AIDA-infected Bordeaux PKs Alkaid, causing her to become a Lost One in Haseo's arms, much like Shino before her. After the tournament, Sakaki, who had been behind the actions of Bordeaux, used Atoli to take over Moon Tree's @HOME, turning it into an AIDA Server. Haseo and "G.U.", however, free Atoli and defeat Sakaki. At this point, Ovan appears again, to reveal that he is the true "Tri-Edge" that Haseo has been looking for, and is the one behind all of Sakaki's actions. Haseo fights Ovan, but it ultimately ends in a draw as neither is powerful enough to defeat the other.

During this time, "G.U." is taken over by Sakaki, entrusted with the position by the CyberConnect Corporation due to his ability to "control" the AIDA. Haseo participates in Sakaki's PK tournament to defeat him once and for all and fights through a large number of PKers in oder to get to Taihaku. During the title match Haseo realises that the AIDa controlling Taihaku is really in his Blade much like the cat "Mia" was to Endrance. After Battling AIDA Haseo is weakened and Sakaki Descends to the battle ring to finish Haseo off while he can't fight back, then Haseo (with the help of his friends) recovers and fights the AIDA controlling Sakaki and defeats him once and for all. He then tracks down Ovan in the room where his sister Aina is kept, and is finally able to defeat him. Ovan reveals that the reason he needed Haseo to defeat him was so that he could unleash his Avatar Corbenik's true power, "Rebirth", so as to cause the entire Internet to reset. This results in the destruction of all AIDA, curing himself and his sister Aina, which seems to have been Ovan's original goal. The shock wave from the "Rebirth" causes Haseo and his PC to be heavily damaged, in this dazed state Zelkova leads Haseo into a conversation with his Avatar Skeith taking on the form of Sora, however Haseo tells him that he's determined to go on and that he's taking Skeith with him, this leads to the 2 fusing to create Haseos ultimate form, the Xth form, as well as upgrading Skeith. The effects of "Rebirth", however, unleashes another threat, Cubia, into not only the The World, but the entire Internet. After fighting his way through Cubias outer shell and then battling through repeated encounters with "Doppelganger" Haseo and the other Epitaph Users are able to defeat Cubia, with help from Ovan, who sacrifices himself to stop the monster.

After Haseo and the others defeated Cubia, Haseo received an e-mail from Shino who's waiting at Hulle Granz Cathedral. When he arrived there followed by Atoli, he was torn between his feelings for Atoli and Shino. When Atoli left heartbroken, Shino offered to restart the Twilight Brigade with just the two of them to find Ovan. When Haseo didn't give any reply, Shino said that she saw everything through Ovan's left arm and told him to be honest with himself, helped Haseo to realized his feelings and chased after Atoli.

Traumas: When people talk about Shino, it reminds him that he was powerless to save her.

Notes: I'm awake and on most of the time so I can post almost right away. Virus Cores don't effect anyone in anyway possible, it's just corrupted data.

The elements are the resistance and strength to them.

                    Skeith's Attacks
Slash: Turns the 7 swords on his back into one large scythe to launch up to 4 energy waves at the opponent.
Chakram: By charging his scythe, Skeith can fire a disk-like energy blast from his scythe after his 3-slash combo. Takes 4 seconds to charge.
Slash Shield: The scythe can be used as a projectile deflector, by slashing at the incoming projectiles. Doesn't block Melee.
Energy Machine Gun: Rapidly fires energy blasts out of both hands. May stun the opponent. Infinite ammo. 10 shots every 2 seconds. Stun depends on enemy.
Homing Shot: A multi-shot and multi-target homing projectile weapon that uses the 7 sword-like projectiles sticking out of Skeith's back. The longer it charges, the stronger it gets. May stun the opponent.
Data Drain: Skeith transforms the 7 swords into a data drain cannon. On firing, the cannon opens up to reveal the data drain eye of which launches a huge ball of energy at his opponents when they protect break. Protect break happens when enemy's HP is low and their defense is broken.

I figured that out and since Neo has Zero in this, I went with his name not to confuse people and any timezone will do so I'll leave that up to the GM.

Okay so what about me having Zero, and you going with something else?

                            BTW like Cucoo said.

The Name and Timezone is for your Forums account name, and the timezone is for your real life timezone. Not for where your character will be.

Don't you have maverick hunter Zero in this?

You should've said RL Timeline when the app was being made. I thought it was timezone for IC. Anyways, I'm in the same timezone as SUS and Kristia.

you could have looked at prior apps...like the ones on that page above yours...and seen what it meant.

That aside, what country/Continent (depending on how specific ya want to be) do you want to start in? Pick one. There's something anywhere.
