    @Zekai

    Here you go. This is the descriptions I made for Prometheus Labs.

    Despite being shocked that she arrived in the "real world", she at least had a rough idea how such a thing was possible. With no way to go home, Dr. Halsey thought it would be best to simply try and adjust to this world. Thanks to her reputation as one of the most intelligent women of the 26th century, along with her success in the SPARTAN-II Program and MJOLNIR, it was easy for her to get funding for her projects. Within a month, she had already founded Prometheus Labs, a research center and base of operations for the SPARTANs. After a couple months, she learned that Spartan-B312, otherwise known as Noble Six, survived Reach and was transported to the real world as well, and decided to invite him to stay at the Labs. Six accepted, and with his help, she began training a new breed of Spartans. The new Spartans were extraordinary people recruited from all around the world. Soon, word of Prometheus Labs's success, breakthroughs, and current research attracted even more scientists, volunteers for Spartan eligibility, and workers, accelerating the Labs's growth to dizzying heights, and at the helm of it all was Dr. Catherine Elizabeth Halsey. All of the scientists under her authority were a great boon to the Labs's progress, but none could solve the problems Dr. Halsey could. While in Prometheus Labs, Dr. Halsey also developed an experimental MJOLNIR armor system, a new breed a Spartan, the SPARTAN-Vs, and many other things.

    In the past four months, Dr. Catherine Halsey has built up Prometheus Labs's defenses, greatly improved its security, and has helped a boy by the name of Chung develop a large Disfrozen Portal.

    It's on the outskirts of the city on a slightly hilly area. Not too much, but just a little hilly.

    Prometheus Labs is run by Dr. Halsey, who decided to "do things the right way" and decided to create another SPARTAN Program. The Labs were originally a research and development facility, but after the SPARTAN Program became active, they had all these super soldiers. Instead of wasting their talent, The Labs created a new sort of division, a military division. And that is the story of Prometheus Labs.

      6 (filled) Grand Soulgems

      Weaknesses: The Dovahkiin is a pretty tough person all around and is incredibly durable for a human, even exceeding what a normal human should be capable of in terms of strength and endurance, due to his heroic status and the environment he lived in. That being said, he can still be killed by things such as bullets, or overwhelming damage.

      Appearance:

      Personality: The Dovahkiin is stalwart and strong-willed. When not in combat, he holds a slightly serious, yet friendly demeanor, like one would expect from a seasoned warrior. He believes in helping others and standing up for those who don't have the power to stand up for themselves, and is incredibly loyal to his friends.

      Morality: Neutral Good.

      Biography: The Dovahkiin's journey started when he was captured by The Imperial Legion and was about to be put to death for being a suspected enemy of The Empire. Just as the headsman raised his axe to decapitate The Dovahkiin, the black dragon, Alduin, attacked everyone in the village, killing ang burning everyone and everything in his wake. After The Dovahkiin escaped, he soon found himself in the middle of both a civil war, and an age old prophecy stating how a hero, The Dragonborn, would save all of Tamriel from Alduin, Eater of Worlds. As time passed, The Dovahkiin's power quickly grew as he became the hero Tamriel needed. The Dovahkiin would help those in need, no matter how small the task, and after he grew strong enough, The Dovahkiin fought Alduin and defeated him him. Soon after saving Tamriel, The Dovahkiin once again found himself stuck in the middle of a prophecy. This time, The Dovahkiin had to stop a group of powerful vampires from blotting out the sun and plunging Tamriel into eternal night. Soon after defeating the vampires and foiling their plot, The Dovahkiin traveled to Solstheim, where he encountered Miraak, the very first Dragonborn, and with the help of Hermaeus Mora, the Daedric Prince of forbidden knowledge, The Dovahkiin was able to defeat him. Soon after defeating Miraak, The Dovahkiin was suddenly transported to the real world. THis new world was strange for him and was very difficult to adapt to, but with the help of some newly acquired friends, The Dovahkiin is slowly adapting, trying to find his way in this strange new world.

      Traumas: The Dovahkiin doesn't necessarily have any traumas, but he does tend to get frustrated with the real world, how he seems so out of place in it. It bothers him how all he knew was just a story, but not as much as him not fitting in, not being able to understand how the modern world works. Other than that, he is also a little unnerved by anything that reminds him of Hermaeus Mora. Hermaeus Mora had an unnerving presence, and this was perhaps the only time where The Dovahkiin felt nervous, or even felt fear.

      Notes: The Dovahkiin follows a leveling system. I tried to implement the one from Skyrim, but without important pieces of info, I'm stuck, so I decided to use Oblivion's leveling system, where increasing any of the skills a total of ten times triggers a level-up.

        Name: SUSTIC

        Timezone: EST

        NPC Character of Choice: Maximilian AKA Max

        Game of Origin: Dark Cloud 2

        Power: Max does not possess any actual magical abilities, or superhuman powers. However he has many skills that can make him a valuable asset in most standard situations (like survival situations.) For one he is a skilled mechanic, being capable of fixing, repairing, building new pieces of equipment, mechs, and other things which is quite good for his age (in game he is 14 in the RP he will be about 17.) Other than that Maximilian (or Max for short) has a penchant for photography which is where he gets most of his ideas for new weapons, and inventions. He's also quite good at fishing though that won't have all too much interesting uses. Max also possesses some skill with a gun, but nothing all too remarkable. Alongside that but Max has gained some experience in using... wrenches as efficient weapons in combat.

        Max does have one other ability though. An ability that can only be used in specific locations where the flow of time is weakened. With the Red Atlamillia, the Atlamillia of the Earth (AKA the red pendant Max has) is a magical artifact that allows the user (and anyone within a short distance of 2 yards of him) to be sent 100 years EXACT into the future. However since it can only be used in locations where the flow of time and space are weakened makes it not very reliable (unless there was also intense magical power flowing through it.) So Max will not very likely use this ability in the RP unless plot requires it.

        Weapons: Bell Trigger:
        http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb2...ll_Trigger.png
        A revolver type handgun (in the game it's a Low-Tier weapon but is useful when you first get it.) It fires standard 9mm rounds, and can hold 6 shots. It got it's name due to it's bell shaped design (and the fact it makes a small bell chime when fired.) It's generally weak, but gives Maximilian to close the distance in combat.

        Battle Wrench:
        http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb2...tle_Wrench.png
        Made out of Machine Pressed Steel it's quite durable, allowing it to be able to withstand some serious damage in combat. Weighing in at about 12-15 pounds, and with a length of 3ft it is Max's preferred tool... and melee weapon.

        Weaknesses: Even with all of his skills Max is still a human much like everyone else. Meaning he can be stopped dead in his tracks quite easily with a simple knife to the throat, or bullet through the head or heart. Luckily he has just enough combat experience to get him by in most combat situations (he fought a giant clown robot that spat bombs, killer animated balloons that can resist being shot at with a gun, and fires homing missiles) and won... though that was just sheer luck, and faulty programming on the creator of the clown robots fault.

        Appearance: http://img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb2...ud_2_-_Max.png
        He stands at a pretty average 6ft 0.

        Personality: Max can be most described as young, adventurous, kind, and full of energy. He is eager to help almost anyone in need, be it a friend or stranger (as long as the stranger doesn't well... try to kill anyone.) He was willing to give up his circus ticket which he had worked hard to get (despite being rich), to a kid who was really wanting to see the circus but didn't have one (though the kid was later revealed to be a disguised Monica.) This shows that Max is indeed kind, willing to put others before himself in most situations. He is also quite full of energy which is quite common for his age, and he is almost always willing to go out to see the world. Which he got to do in his game. Also despite him being rich and all in his game he never once took advantage of his wealth.

        Morality: Heroic Good.

        Biography: Before the events of Dark Cloud 2 (or Dark Chronicle) Max's mother, Elena, was sent to the past to protect Gerald, the holder of the Red Atlamillia. The two eventually fell in love and this eventually resulted in them having a child. This child was Max, the future wielder of the Red Atlamillia.

        Elena lived with Max until he reached the age of 5, but she then was forced to return to her own time due to the intensifying war with Emperor Griffon. Max, in his predictable curious nature vowed to leave Palm Brinks in his life in the hopes of finding her. Gerald, knowing Max wouldn't understand, refused to tell Max. This led to a slight twinge of unpleasantly between Max and his father whenever the subject arose. Gerald was still a loving father regardless. As he grew up, he became close friends with Cedric and Donny.

        When Gerald realized his Atlamillia had chosen Max over him, he gave the stone to his son and told him to "always wear it". The following day, he attends the circus in his town, only to discover the ring master of the circus, Flotsam, threatening Mayor Need into searching for a certain stone in the local Zelmite Mines. Flotsam, noticing Max's Altamillia chased after him. During the chase, Flotsam tempts Max with information of his mother. Max, remembering the words of a red-haired little boy he had met very shortly before the circus, vehemently declined Flotsam's offer and runs away. He sees Donny motioning to him from within an alley way by Cedric's Shop and trusts his friend.

        Donny leads him into the Underground Channel, which is infested with monsters. Of course, the specific place in which Max was led to by Donny is Donny's secret hideout/base. Max decides to advance to the other side and see the outside world, though a part of him knows his other and main reason for leaving was to find his mom. After getting about halfway through the dungeon, Max runs into Flotsam again. this time he has a circus elephant with him that Max can't fight against. Flotsam once again tempts Max with info about his mother but Max refuses to give Flotsam the Atlamillia. Suddenly, Cedric arrives on the ride pod, "Steve". Though, it isn't quite done and it is just enough to get Max and Cedric back to Cedric's Shop. With the help of Cedric, Max finishes the Ridepod, beats Linda, and escapes the channel. On board the Blackstone One, Cedric explains what had happened in the "outside world", and Max meets Monica Raybrandt for the first time when she stops Flotsam from destroying the train. This includes cutting him to pieces and burning him while he falls off the train. Needless to say, Flotsam doesn't quite survive. Not that that stops him from coming back in the form of Metal Flotsam in Chapter 8.

        Max helps with the restoration of Jurak Mall and Starlight Temple, and after restoring Lunatic Wisdom Laboratories, he discovers his mother is from the future, and sets out to restore Gundorada Workshop. He asks her to return to his own time, but she declines, saying she's needed in her own time. Max becomes frustrated and refuses to say goodbye to her when he and Monica set out to fight Griffon 10,000 years in the past. By the end of Chapter 7, however, he has come to terms with her decision, and promises to write all about his adventures and leave them at Kazarov Stonehenge, where she'll be able to read them in the future. It is then revealed in the end that Dark Cloud 2 (Dark Chronicle) is the game form of Max's letter to his mother, which explains the heavy emphasis on Max's side of the story and why he is the one who narrates during crucial cutscenes.

        Now he is in the real world, and was separated from Monica, Cedric, and other people he knew and loved. After about 3 years of being in the real world, and 2 Months ago Max had heard about Gensokyo as well as the high tech Kappa Village. After hearing this he had set out to go to Gensokyo, and after finally getting enough money to go to Japan he had instantly made his way to Gensokyo's location. Luckily since the boundary separating Gensokyo from the world had been vanished Max was able to find it. 2 weeks ago he had started working as a helper around the Kappa Village, learning everything he can when it comes to mechanics from the Kappa's.

        Traumas: Finding out that his mother was originally from the future, and had to go back to her time in the future. This was quite heartbreaking for him, but he did understand why she needed to go back to her own time. Also being separated from his friends and family from his game when he was brought into the real world.

        Notes: This will be my last app FOR NOW. I recently rediscovered Dark Cloud 2 for the PS2 in my closet, and I really wanted to bring Max into the RP because well... I really like Max as a character. (Even if he might be your stereotypical good-guy character.)

            @SUS

            I don't see anything wrong with it. There's 2/3 so you and me both need one more.

              @Zekai

              Thanks. I also looked over at your app once more, and I find that it is also of acceptable quality. So I guess that makes 3/3 for you.

                Can you edit post #2 on the first page where all the accepted apps are at with links to them so if anyone needs to look at them, they don't have to go through searching the OOC for them? Oh and don't forget to add mine to it as well.

                  Yeah I have to archive all these apps
                  What you see there is just the list of names.
                  The fact I have to edit apps that aren't in the uniform format makes it harder and a bit longer to do.

                    All I'm asking is put links to where the apps are at. I know I'll have to look at them a few times for appearances before I post replies once I finish reading this IC.

                    EDIT: Example - Haseo

                      What you see in post two is a list of names only. The links are ineffective since the apps span more than one post
                      The archives has it all.
                      Except the new ones.

                        @Zekai

                        Yeah there is a completely separate thread for ATWAG that contains ALL the apps (excluding the newer apps) in it. So just check there when we update it and post a link for you.

                          Well, Volgin can stop bullets, so I guess I'll use that.

                            There is? Well, that makes things easier I guess.

                              The link to the archives is right there above the list of names.
                              It's under the header of that section.

                              That's why I was saying I need to archive all these new apps...which is annoying cause I have to add spoiler tags to the ones that don't have them.
                              *insert glare at everyone that doesn't do this*

                                Uhh, Wonder? The turrets shoot 20mm rounds at Mach 40, at rapid fire speeds. They shoot white phosphorous rounds, plasma rounds, super-acid rounds, disintegration rounds, and many other types.

                                These bullets cannot really be blocked. 0_0
