Remember, I'm always the one to underpower, so I probably would gimp them to what I think would be a balance.
ACO WRAITH:
- "Replica Horizon" Capable of pulling items from games, but nothing much larger than hand held items.
- Stealth Camo: Pulled from Metal Gear series and modified to make the user perfectly invisible to any sensor except those worn by fellow agents which are calibrated to detect invisible agents in the area. (And for you loop hole exploitists, detect, not reveal their exact location)
- Ability Suppressing Toxin: Designed and modified for each game character to suppress or counter their abilities so that they would be only as powerful as Humans.
- ACO Radar: Calibrated to detect game characters in an area. Cannot pinpoint their location.
...I don't know what else they would need. I mean, for me that covers most bases in my book of situations, but I know that it won't be =w=

I couldn't help but try and find a loophole for the stealth camo, and I think I might have, but it's only for the people at Prometheus Labs.
John wouldn't have it, considering that his armor is actually vastly outdated. His armor is more like a relic than suitable armor, compared to the true GEN 2 series.

Not too sure, they are supposed to be powerful tough so 300 might be a little bit little. Remember that they are not the only ones that have re-created the Horizon incident. Org. XIII also have one too.

Think in terms of Takoizu.
How long would 300 normal humans last against her?

A difference I wanted between PALADIN and WRAITH is the fact that PALADIN somehow got funding probably via the Replica Horizon, while WRAITH is just a sort of split off group that isn't as well funded and don't exactly have a leader.
