As the lights flickered out and the room was coated in darkness, and Carmelita landed on the next platform. It was clear this was going to get harder as the new platform Carmelita just jumped to was also beginning to move. However instead of moving straight up, this one was beginning to descend at a speed that almost made it seemed that it was just falling out of the air. Though it didn't start to descend instantly. As there was still a little bit of time for Carmelita to make the jump to the 3rd platform. Which thankfully due to the 2 small lights on it, made it's general position in the darkness clear.

If Carmelita was not fast enough the 2nd platform would end up crashing not just into the sewage, but also the spikes barely visible within said sewage.



Paris, France | Wily's Castle

As Alphys led Crash Man through Wily's castle, and into her personal lab. Crash Man just looked on as he saw the Medic working on prepping his first test with the sample Alphys had give him earlier. The way the Medic was setting up his equipment almost made the man look like some kind of evil mad scientist from the movies. As Alphys and Crash Man walked past the Medic, Crash Man leaned down to talk to Alphys.

"Uh... Alphys... who's the creepy guy?"

Feeling the shift of the platform going down, Carmelita barely had time to react as she felt gravity taking both the platform and herself. Quick reactions made the Inspector jump to the next platform, she could feel the strain used on the more powerful jump on her legs, eyes scanning the whole area to make her path.

With a quick, swift act Carmelita managed to leap successfully to the next platform. However this red platform seemed more stable, as it didn't even seem to budge as it hovered there in the air thanks to the small thrusters on the sides. Thank god... as she was only half way across this pit of sewage, spikes, and god knows what else... Not only that but the lights were beginning to flicker back on. However inbetween the flashes of light as the lights began to flicker on, the sound of a door could be heard sliding open before closing. The sound of two pairs of metal footprints could also be heard.

When the lights finally flickered back on, Carmelita could see on the other side of the room, the side she's trying to reach. Standing next to the door were two robotic soldiers holding shields, and possessed... an arm cannon. They looked similar to Proto Man, but these robots were... green.

They were the Sniper Joe series of robots.




They were holding their shields in front of them, much like a member of the pollice would hold a Riot Shield.

Managing to balance herself on the platform, Carmelita now took notice of the two robots, while they had a similar design as Proto ("It must be the general design for their kind, I will have to ask him about it after we deal with whoever has this whole lair.") the inspector thought and had her pistol ready, waiting for the guards to act first.
