Here's a character thingy plus some other stuff. Want to get some perspective on it.

              SIVA Project Records/Description

SIVA is a self assembling and replicating nanotechnology designed by Eternum, a private corporation dedicated to creating a colony on a planet or planetoid that is not Earth. Our own moon, Mars, and beyond, prep is being made After World War 3, the advent of Infinitus energy and for some, a need for safety, the project skyrocketed in popularity, not just with Eternum officials, but many avid folks who desired something new, rather than a war-torn world.

SIVA when directed can make practically anything. Habitats, equipment, repairs, all made of a single incredibly flexible material. You give it a command, and it executes that command until the next is given. All it requires is some matter for conversion, and it can work flawlessly. This material can be something advanced like steel, concrete, rubble, or even more mundane things such as dirt, water, and even living beings, if desperate.

SIVA mites can communicate to each other via electrical signals either by direct contact or through the air. This network all follows the same set of commands given, unless otherwise directed to.

It doesn’t expire, degrade or forget it’s commands, and with no need for an external power source, any problem a deep-space colonist could have, SIVA could fix.

SIVA was named for the (late) Chief Engineer on the project, Sival Andors. It is not an acronym, as many believe.

Late in the project, the world’s government bought out the company and thus the project. To some, it was a letdown, however many others believed this would put even more funding towards the project,

Space travel was not their concern, however. SIVA had endless applications. One of high interest was militarization.

Body armor, weapon enhancement, near instant barricades, the possibilities continued.

After a test of exposure to try and “enhance” a human, they gained a central control unit. Now all that was left was to make it compliant, and they wouldn’t even need to program sets individually, rather have the nanomachines reprogrammed on the fly. The central control unit is -[REDACTED]

REST OF DOCUMENT IS CLASSIFIED, ONLY PERSONNEL LEVEL 8 AND UP ARE ALLOWED ACCESS.

              OPENING DOCUMENT: MOORWOOD

              Name: Aleria Moorwood

              Race: Human

              Age: 28

              Biography
: Aleria lived a simple life. Grew up, went to school. She was always a tinkerer, messing with things, trying to improve them. Multiple degrees in engineering and programming made them a quality candidate, and the company Eternum hired them for work on the SIVA project.

They tinkered with it’s code and it’s physical attributes, submitting new iteration after new iteration.

Even after the government buyout, they continued to work dutifully, their insight into the ins and outs of SIVA very valuable. However, those higher on the chain of commands had ideas for them.

They wanted a central control/processing unit. Something to help control SIVA on the fly. Aleria was their first choice. After luring them into a testing room with the guise of there being a “problem” with an experiment, they sealed them in, leaving SIVA to convert them into what they desired. It did so, despite her pleads, her screams and wails of agony as parts of her were taken apart molecule by molecule.

By the end of it, she looked nothing like before, muscles replaced with a variant of SIVA, her lower half completely gone and the pigment in their hair extracted. They were bound to a wall of SIVA, a net of it to act as a base. They spoke to them like she was a machine, issuing commands.

Did they think the SIVA wiped her? Aleria went along with it however, assuming a more monotone and cold voice, despite the agony wracking through them. If they showed a single sign they were still themselves, they were dead.

Between the pain and orders, she internally planned, especially as the directors began using a system of SIVA throughout the facility to control most electrical systems. Their wires extended throughout the system, and they planned and planned in response, something finally coming together as they learned the extent of their capabilities.

They made schematics for armor to be constructed immediately when needed. A more direct control system below them served as disguise for a large set of armored legs. Weapons were constucted. And after months of pain, stress, and forced to comply with their captors? Aleria was ready.

In a singular moment, they initiated it. Explosion wracked the building as wires throughout the building created volatile charges of energy. They armored themselves, dismounting from their perch to the legs, which disconnected from the station.

They blasted their way out of the facility, mowing down many to attempted to stop her. They subjected her to months of torture and experimentation, she wasn't going to feel remorse for any of them.

After leaving dead and a practically demolished building in their wake, the government tried to cover up what they could, and the SIVA project was discontinued.

Aleria is still at large, their location unknown. But they are being hunted. They are too dangerous to be left alive, so Aleria is on the move, looking for somewhere where they can stop and truly hide.

Appearance: Similar to this, however her visible eye is a bright glowing red and they are far more pale.

Personality: Aleria before was considered brave, always taking risks in their tinkering, and accepting the consequences for what came after. They always cared about others, making time to help colleagues even when busy. They were dutiful, rarely ever skipping a day of work, even when sick. If there was anyone who deserved the title: Employee of the Month, it would likely be her.

However, after the conversion, they’re far more cautious, fearful of other humans and always trying to plan ahead instead of risking their life. They're honestly paranoid, unwilling to fully trust anyone after the betrayal and months of agony they were forced to go through. It would take quite a fair bit of time for them to open up to such ideas again.

Abilities: Aleria has the ability to control, use and create SIVA mites, able to make structures, equipment, armor and much more. Larger structures, such as buildings, vehicles and similar things require far more time and focus than others. They can make a barricade in a few seconds, but a house might take closer to 30 minutes.

Another notable thing they can make are volatile charges. These can be thrown like a grenade, or Aleria can place them or generate them along wires and manually detonate them. Explosion is fairly large, also leaves a cloud of SIVA mites which aggressively attack anything within their radius (other than Aleria).

Short range teleport via use of conductive SIVA mites and a rapid disassembly and reassembly process. It only works for themselves and other non-organic matter and has a range of around 35 feet.

Spider-legs can latch onto walls/ceiling and move along them normally. Aleria does get somewhat disoriented from doing this, however.

Skills: Notably, they are an excellent engineer and programmer. They like the physical work more than programming, but can do both at equal measure.

They do enjoy cooking, despite their real lack of need for it personally anymore. It's more just for the taste.

Other: Has been seen to create a variety of weapons using SIVA. Examples follow:

1: An automatic rifle, kills cause the corpse to become a breeding ground for SIVA mites, aggressively seeking out Aleria’s foes. https://imgur.com/1cIpqi5

2: Long range semi-auto rifle. Holding down the trigger charges up a shot, causing the area around the impact zone to be infested with a cloud of mites. https://imgur.com/tm4Ujqi

3: Directed energy weapon. Requires a charge-up, and fires a large bolt of energy at the target. Very powerful, can easily penetrate the hulls of advanced tanks and robotic foes. Mites can generate at the target area for additional damage. https://imgur.com/xmzom1e

4: Greatsword, Aleria wields this large blade with one hand. If the slash is not lethal, the SIVA mites every swing leaves behind can be, eating away at an opponent’s flesh or infesting electronics and converting them. https://imgur.com/WgPuOTP

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.

You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

                Spoiler:

                Name: Mikoto Misaka

                Race: Esper

                Age: 15

Appearance: She stands at 5 foot 3 inches or 161 centimeters with brown hair and matching eyes. She has a slim figure with flawless skin. Despite having hit puberty she still has the figure of a prepubescent with only the slightest signs of breasts and no pubic hair. She blames this on her simply being a late bloomer.
                Spoiler:

Personality: At first glance Misaka would seem like your typical teenage school girl, however there is nothing typical about her. Despite being one of the strongest espers of her caliber she always pulls her punches when facing an enemy. Misaka is not a violent person and doesn't fight to kill, however she has no problem using her powers to stun or disable others if she's feeling threatened or really annoyed. Despite acting mature and responsible around others she's attracted to childish things. Anything from toys to kid-like clothing simply because she finds it cute and usually in her size. She has a competitive streak to go along with her childish nature. She hates losing but isn't a poor sport about it. That being said she'll always try her hardest to win simply for the gratification.

She's selfless to a fault, putting others before herself even when it's inconvenient or dangerous to her all while asking for nothing in return. the one exception to the rle being her collection of cute frog memorabilia. Anything from keychains to finger puppets. She's been slowly growing her collection since she was little and now more than ever she clings to them. The frogs seem to have sacramental value in some way.

She has a big soft heart and always tries to be polite around friend and stranger alike, though she'll be a lot more casual around friends and family. She also has a sort temper if you know how to push her buttons. Lastly Misaka is an absolute tsundare for the guy she likes (whoever that may end up being) and can't help herself but act the part around her. She can lie to herself but she can't lie to her crush as it's obvious the way she acts around them.

                Biography:
                Spoiler:

Misaka was born and raised in the united states despite being of Japanes heritage. Her father Tabigake and her mother Misuzu met in California after the psychic incident forced Misuzu, who was a physic herself to flee her home and country. She entered the country under a fake name, using her telepathy to stealth and trick her way out of one country and into another. With the world governments being one a legal citizenship in a : foreign country wouldn't be enough to protect her, she had to disappear. Tabigake was a consultant and activist working with the psychics in the US to try and make the situation better, not through violence but through legislation. He worked tirelessly to spread the word of what the government was doing it and appealed to people across the world, but especially in America to push back against what the government was doing. He was a wise and clever man who knew alot about politics and the internet, and his influence threatened to turn the masses against the government desperate to control them.

Tabigake was the first to find Misuzu after she had made it to america, to California. She was alone, hungry and doing what little work she could to get by. She was poor but not quite homeless. She was rather good looking and managed to land a job working at a bar as the entertainment. People would come to hear her sing, play the piano and occasionally dance. At first she refused to do anything degrading but as desperation sank in she had began to swallow more and more of her dignity to get by.

When Tabigake saw her though, heard her singing on the stage, his drunken mind fell head over heels for her. He walked right up to her in his drunken state and started flirting with her in a sloppy manner. normally Misuzu wouldn't have given him the time of day, just another drunken slob of a man flirting with her in the most unromantic place in the world. But she didn't have anywhere to sleep that night. Usually she would have slept in the upper floors of the bar in her cramped little apartment. Although it wasn't really an apartment, more of a small room with a bed, toilet and bathtub. But the harsh cold of winter had sat in and the heater for her room was broken. If she stayed there she ran the risk of getting sick, and if she got sick she couldn't work and if sh couldn't work... with this in mind she accepted the drunken man's advances, letting him buy her drinks and food as he talked about this that and the other.

Misuzu eventually went back to Tabigake's house, intending to drug his drink to make him fall asleep. However things changed. By the time she had driven them back to Tabigake's home the man had sobered up. seemed like unlike 905 of the rifraf that went into that bar, he actually knew how to drink responsibly and what his limit was. His mannerisms improved, but he still acted like the perfect gentlemen. He invited her inside and offered her food, drink and a place to stay for the night. Though he never once put the moves on her. Shocked and surprised by his selfless hospitality, the girl lied awake at night wondering what kind of man he really was. She considered the possibility of him being some kind of killer rapist lunatic, but it didnt' feel like that at all. His kindness felt genuine and warm in a way she couldn't describe. She got up to get herself a glass of water, maybe a little snack to help her sleep, and this was when she noticed. His living room wall was covered in different photos, newspaper clippings and other memorabilia of the milestones he had reached in his fight to help espers in America. She remembered choosing this area because of it's growing acceptance towards her kind and the writing on the wall told her who was partly responsible for all that happening. It had all been scribbles on the wall to her before, but now that she actually read it, the words were filled with such deep meaning

The next morning when she awoke she asked Tabigake about the writing and pictures all over the wall. He talked to her about it as he prepared breakfast, home made flapjacks! He told her all about what was going on in California, about the psychics and how it was wrong what the government was trying to do to them. He went into detail about several things they had done, together to help them out and expose the government for what they were doing, committing genocide. She listened quietly for what seemed like forever to her, taking in every word, smiling. The man grew a bit worried when he heard her go silent though. He peaked back at her to get a read on her face and asked what she thought about the crisis. Finally looking him in the eye, she blushed for a moment. She had been deep in thought and the question had caught her off guard. After a bit of rather cute fidgeting though the embarrassed psychic finally confused her secret through a telepathic message she placed directly into his mind. In only a moment she shared her whole story. Why she was here, where she had come from and her struggles to find a job with no proof of identity or documentation.

Tabigake looked at her with a frown and stepped towards her. Misuzu inside his head, but she still couldn't tell what she was thinking. Without warning the man reached down and pulled the girl into a tight, but gentle hug. He apologized, telling her how sorry he was that she had been through so much in such a short amount of time. She was shocked at first, but then she held him back, letting out her stress and sorrow as she wept into his shoulder.

Later that day he took her to meet a few members of the psychic community. That was where she met a man named Shirogi and a woman named Alexis who had just had a son together. They and many other welcomed her into their community like she was a new member of the family. They made a a new ID for her and helped her find a respectable job that gave decent pay. she helped Alexis as a lab assistant. She did anything from fetching food and coffee, to helping with research and even babysitting her infant son. She stayed at Tabigake's house for a while, insisting she pay him rent despite his protests. He would have been happy to let her stay there for free, but she was insistent that she pay. Eventually though after arguing about it, the two of them grew closer and closer, they even started dating. But even now she refused to be a freeloader.

They went on like this for some time with Misuzu paying rent and Tabigake taking care of her. But after about a year things changed. Tabigake hadn't brought up the money thing in some time, having seemed to give up the argument with the more stubborn Misuzu. She was about to throw her usual arguments back at him, but he stopped her. He looked her dead in the eye as he reached into his pocket. "I don't want you to pay rent anymore because I don't want to be your landlord." he told her, pulling out a small box and getting down onto one knee. He opened the box showing her a beautiful golden ring with a small diamond. It wasn't the biggest fanciest ring ever, but he clearly worked hard to get it for her. Her eyes wide and her mouth agape, she stood there. It took her a few moments to process what was happening, she read his mind, once, twice thrice to confirm it. Tears grew in her eyes as he made her cry tears of joy now for the second time. She cringed to him with overwhelming joy, accepting the ring and his love.

The two of them had a beautiful wedding Alexis being her bride's maid and her son the ring barer. It was a happy day, perhaps the happiest of her life, rivaled only by the birth of her daughter Misaka a year later. They hadn't intended to get pregnant so early, they were even worried about having a child. Were they ready? could they provide for a child? but the moment they saw little Misaka's face, they knew everything would be alright.

Misaka grew up healthy and happy young toddler. She loved and adored all the cute and fluffy stuffed animals her dad gave her. She liked hugs and piggy back rides and playing with her white haired friend. On her 4th birthday her father gave her a cute little hair clip in the shape of an anime frog face. The girl loved all of her father's gifts, but she loved this one most of all. It was special to her. Not only was it cute, but it looked like the little frog pen her dad used to sign papers and documents. She always tried to play with it which of cores she could not, both because Tabigake needed his pen and because pens like this one weren't safe for children. But now she had her own and she could be just like daddy.

Misaka and her white haired friend were really close as well. They treated each other like brother and sister despite not being related. There wasn't anything too spectacular or special about the friendship. It was what you would typically expect from a couple of young children. Alex usually kept an eye on Misaka, having to keep an eye on her, include her in whatever he was doing or play something they could both play. This usually wasn't a big deal but sometimes it did make him upset. But Misaka followed him wherever they went so of cores he had to be more careful whenever she was around.

Despite this restriction though, he really enjoyed her company. Misaka often compared him to some kind of super hero with his neat esper powers. They were still young and growing but Alex cold already move small objects with his abilities and Misaka's own powers were just being discovered. She could make very weak static herself and had some control over already existing electricity, such as the kinds that come in glass balls that people like to touch and pretend they have super powers.

Her mother and father were very proud, always encouraging her to practice her abilities. Sadly this didn't last long as that very same year the infinite line attacked. It was a dark and terrible night, one that some claimed to be cursed. the government knew i's popularity and reputation in the public eye was becoming quite tainted to match their ugly reality. One of the main contributing factors was a single man with a large and growing influence. Tabigake Misaka had become a real thorn in the side of the government, bringing to light many of their shady practices and exposing their true motives, a world power where the top 1% had all the power to control people, information and public opinions.

He had to be taken care of, silenced by any means necessary. The infinite line soldiers had been trained to seek out and destroy the growing psychic threat, and this was the perfect excuse to get rid of them. IP# 95 and three other soldiers were all sent to attack the laboratory where Misuzu and Alexis worked. Misaka and her father were there as well, playing in the back room while the adults worked. Misaka's mother and father took turns watching the children. They were playing the latest Mario party games, occasionally switching out to play Mario Kart or Kirby Air ride 2. Misaka eventually fell asleep and was tucked away in her bed by her mother. Alex was getting rather tired himself, about to turn in for the night. all he needed was a hug and a kiss from his mother before he could go off to bed. But no sooner had he gotten his hug that the men sent to kill Misaka's father had arrived. The laboratory wasn't part of some army base or run for the sake of the military. The labs were dedicated to studying psychic abilities for the sake and benefit of the community. as such the only thing protecting it from invaders were the few security guards they had hired to keep out common thugs and thieves. even though a few of them had telekinetic powers, they were no match for the military trained super human soldiers that stormed the building.

The soldier known as Hercules sat and waited for the signal. Once his allies had shut of all security systems inside the building, he sprung into action, breaking through the walls of the building and trampling anyone in his way. When the majority of the security team was dealt with,, he interrogated the last man standing, breaking his bones one by one until he revealed the location their primary objective. Tabigake and Alexis were in the lab when this started happening, they could hear the large man coming and quickly hid Alex in one of the cabinets under the sink. When Hercules came in the room, Alexis stood near the back on the other end, putting herself between the super soldier and the cabinet her son was hiding in while Tabigake stood at the door, trying to protect the both of them.

He spoke to the man, trying to reason with him, convince him to stop. he already knew he couldn't take this soldier in a fight so his only hope was to try and appeal to his morality and common sense if he had any. But Herc would have none of it. He had been before warned about this man's "lies" and power of deception. Even when Tabigake's words of reason cracked the armor and challenged what he believed, he pressed on, believing it to be a trick. Hercules grabbed Tabigake by the neck with one hand, lifting him off the ground, hanging him with his armor clad hand. As he hang there, slowly dying, Alexis ran over to them, trying desperately to pry Tabigake from the man's iron grip, only to get herself pushed away with the mans free hand. In fact Hercules pushed her so hard that she was sent off her feet, neck first into a wall at about 45MPH, dying soon after the impact broke her neck.

The commotion woke the sleeping Misaka, confused and a bit scared of all the loud noises. She could tell something was wrong. When she finally opened her eyes, her mother was holding her tight and Shiroji detaching the window from the wall to allow them an escape. "mommy what's going on?" she softly asked in her groggy confusion. Misuzu quickly shushed her though, telling her to be very quiet. tears in her eyes Misaka went silent with a whimper. She didnt' know what was going on but she hadn't gotten enough sleep, she was cranky and she knew something was bothering her mother. a few more moments and Shiroji had removed the window from the wall and pushed it out. It was one of those public windows that didn't open and was only meant for you to look out of, but it was installed after the rest of the building was constructed, meaning it was held together with screws and nuts that could be taken apart.

He turned to Misuzu and told her to run, but then they heard it. Shiroji's 6 year old son, despite his better judgment cried out when he saw his mother's fate. He quickly covered his mouth to muffle his cries of sorrow, but it was too late. As Hercules made his way over to the sink, Misuzu quickly passed her only daughter to Shiroji and told him to run, he tried to protest at first but Misu quickly reminded him that she was the only one with any power to stop them. Begrudgingly he took Misaka and left the building, running as fast as his legs would carry him for backup. But no matter where he went it was all the same. Espers from all over the state were dropping like flies in similar super soldier attacks. Poor little Misaka couldn't understand what was happening. Was this some sort of nightmare that she could wake up from? Where was mommy? daddy? her
                best friend?

Misuzu ran out into the lab area, in one last desperate attempt to stop this man and save the crying six year old under he sink. Hercules had found Alex, lifting him six feet in the air by his shirt with one hand, ready to strike and obliterate the small child in front of him. Alex lost control of his bladder, wetting himself in pure fear. Misuzu kept herself hidden at first, attacking his mind from a distance in an attempt to take him out sooner than later. However it seemed her usual tactics weren't going to work for her. The infinite line appeared to be resistant to mind control through brain washing, and Hercules was a very determined man. Sensing what was happening he quickly recognized Misuzu as the more prevalent threat and sought her out using the thermal vision in his armor. He dropped Alex from six feet within the air, not breaking any bones but spraining his ankle in the process. He must have landed on it funny, either that or he's a 7 days to die character. Hercules found Misuzu hiding behind a wall, punching his way through it and grabbing her from the other side. He pulled her body through the wall and tossed her into the one on the other side of the room, breaking most of her ribs and a lot of her bones and damaging her spine.

She was hurt badly, she couldn't move or even feel her legs. She had managed to see inside the man's mind but she couldn't control him, calm him down or make him stop. But one thing she saw inside him, his one weakness that her dead husband planted in him showed. She took all the doubts in his mind and brought them to the front of his conscious. While in his mind she quickly and decisively defeated his very world belief. In mere moments she convinced him that everything he knew was a lie. She shared her experiences with him, her memories, her fears, and the trials she had overcome.

All of this stopped Hercules dead in his tracks, suddenly it was clear to him hat he was doing. When his three team mates rushed in to finish the job he started, Hercules stopped him, almost instantly killing the other three soldiers in a vain and foolish attempt to redeem himself. It wasn't until after the fact that he realized spilling more blood only made things worse for him. His mind broken, he left. Alex stayed hidden under the sink until the next morning. Shirojji and Misaka had ran all over, never finding a sol capable of helping. By the time he returned to the lab it was already morning, he found his wife and Misaka's father dead there, along with the bodies of the other three soldiers. Misuzu was alive, barely. Alex was still hiding under the sink, too afraid to come out. he had seen the whole thing, his mother dying right in front of him and Misuzu risking her own life to save his. After that however he passed out from stress. The last thing he remembered was seeing the soldier with a 95 on his armor slamming Misaka's mother into the hard wall.

Shiroji called an ambulance for Misu. She was alive but she was in really bad shape. It would take years of physical therapy for her to be able to walk again, and even then she'd likely never be able to live an active lifestyle the way she used too. Still Misaka and everyone else were relived to see her alive. Misaka had a fit when they told her she couldn't ride in the ambulance with her. They took Alex to the ER as well, just to make sure he was alright. As if by some miracle though he was just fine. His ankle was sprained rather badly and it seemed like he was coming down with a cold, but Misuzu had saved his life.

Misaka was perfectly fine thanks to Shiroji, surviving without a scratch on her. the 4 year old esper still didnt' fully understand the reality of what happened that night, only that her mommy ad close friend were hurt. Her father was still missing. She hadn't seen his corps or the other corpses. Shiiro sheltered her from them for now, at least until they were prepared for the funeral when they'ed be a it more...presentable.

The following weeks were very difficult for Misaka. She attended her father's funeral and visited her mother in the hospital. Her mother embraced her, doing all she could to comfort her while she laid beaten and broken in her bed. Misuzu's life savings, and the savings of her dead husband went towards paying her medical bills and paying for the funeral. But she was broke, and with no way to work Misaka was left to fend for herself, or at least she would have been if not for Shiroji. It was at this time that Shiroji and a handful of volunteers began working on a new project, this was the birth of project esper. But things were different now, the psychics could no longer defy them openly with the super soldiers running amok and killing them off. The survivors went into hiding, some underground and some in plain sight under false identities. Misaka, Alex and a three other young psychics were brought to the new underground research facility.

It wasn't much at first, just a hole in the ground made to look like an office building. the construction had only just began when they moved in, only a few of the rooms were finished and almost none of it was furnished yet. the place was empty and depressing, filling some of the children with a sense of dread and loss, like they would never get their old lives back. Some of them liked it more than others. Over the next few weeks however the team at Project Esper worked tirelessly to expand the base and fill it with more welcoming decorations. For the time being, Misaka stuck close to Alex. He was her only comfort in this dark time, and Alex took comfort in her presence as well. As long as they had each other it made them feel less alone.

She started making friends with the other kids do, being the little charmer she was, she had little trouble befriending the other children, even if they were all older than she was. After the first three weeks were over they had a respectable base going with working pluming, power and fully furnished bathrooms and bedrooms. Each of the children had a room now, which they shared with one other child.

Everything was ready, there was just one more thing to be done. Shiroji and a few of the other staff gathered he children in the cafeteria to speak with them. It was time they reviled what they were here for. They told them about their plans for Project esper, how they could train the children to become powerful psychics, to become espers. They told them of the great things they could do. They could be heroes! They could save the other psychics and defeat the government and their horrid creations. At the time Misaka just went along with it because everyone else was doing it. The idea was scary too her, but then she learned the truth about her situation. Her mother couldn't pay for her medical bills and Misaka was far too young to work for the money. However, if project esper got funding from the psychic community, there was hope for her after all. Shiroji assured Misaka that weather or not she participated in project esper that he would personalty take care of her mother, but Misaka WANTED to help.

Misaka may have been young at the time, but even she knew that the more workers a they had, the more money they could make. She didnt' fully understand how it worked, but if it could help her mother than she would do whatever it took. From that day forward Misaka and the others began their training. They learned to master their powers and were further augmented to be able to use them. Misaka's augments and training mostly revolved around her stamina and learning to produce more energy. She studied electricity and the many ways it had been used in history. For heaters, to magnets and even rail guns. As she grew so too did her power. Her brain was further augmented and her eyes were treated to improve her vision to 20-20 and made her reaction time 8 times better than the average human with the potential to be slightly better during an adrenaline rush.

Misaka learned many tricks such as creating an elector magnetic shield around herself that was capable of blocking gunfire from most man operated firearms. Anything bigger than that such as tank or aircraft mounted guns can and will break through her shield. She learned how to manipulate magnetism and even to move her limbs by sending electric signals to the nerves in her body. But perhaps her most powerful ability, and the one she got her code name for was the railgun ability. after studying the inner workings of railguns for many years, Misaka finally learned how to take a metal object and launch it just like a railgun. With this she managed to launch projectiles at her enemies faster than the speed of sound and making her one of the hardest hitters on her team.

She grew close with her fellow espers, seeing them as her new family. They trained, ate succeeded and failed together. Despite being the youngest esper there, Misaka was ranked third strongest due to her railgun ability. While it's debatable weather or not she's more skilled or experienced than the espers ranked below her, no one can deny the sheer destructive force of her railgun.

In the current year Misaka's recently turned 15. Project esper has become a respectable base and the espers a powerful team. Misaka's mother is still recovering but slowly she's recovering. With all the work Misaka, Alex and the other espers were doing, Misaka managed to make enough money to pay her medical bills, all while having enough money to live comfortably in the labs. With no rent to pay she usually spends her money on food and more cartoon frog memorabilia. She started a collection after her father died that's only grown and grown as time passed. Her collection grew to the point of being an obsession where she gets overly excited any time she sees a cute frog toy, keychain or accessory she doesn't already have.

Her life has been pretty good up to this point, working when she needs too and having fun whenever she can. With her head held high and her hopes even higher, she pushes on into the unknown future.

Abilities: Misaka's has the esper power of electromastery, giving her the power to generate and command electricity to do a number of things. As if being able to blast enemies with lightning wasn't enough, Misaka can use her power to create electro magnetic shields around her body capable of blocking man held firearms. The shield however has limits and can shatter if she takes sustained fire from full auto weapons or just a few high caliber sniper rounds. Since their durability relies on her own abilities she can make them stronger if she chooses to focus on them, however this will in tern make her attacks weaker if she can even attack at all. She can magnetize metal objects and her own body to move them them, control electronics to an extent and even manipulate lightning during a storm. By far her most powerful ability however is the attack that earned her the name "Railgun." if she has a metal projectile in her hand she can summon her electricity to shoot the object like an actual rail gun which is capable of pricing heavy tank armor and tearing apart people unfortunate enough just to be close to the projectile.

Misaka's raw energy has been measured at 230 billion joules which can be enhanced or drained depending on a number of factors sch as mood, how much food and rest she has gotten fatigue and so on. Like every other esper she will get tired the more she uses her power, meaning she can't just keep shooting lightning forever.

As stated in her bio she has 20-20 vision and can react 8 times faster than a normal human, This helps her keep up with super human enemies and evade some attacks if needed

Skills: Misaka is a skilled hacker and a novice cook. If a connection is linked to the computer she wants to hack into it, she can manipulate the energy within the device she's connected too, even from several miles away. she can't use it after a certain point however meaning she does have to be within about 10 miles away from the target computer and have an active digital connection to it.

Her cuteness and natural innocent charm make it easier for her to persuade certain people.

Misaka has been trained to use multiple types of firearms from pistols to hunting rifles and shotguns. She prefers not using them but could easily pick one up and use it with the same efficiency of a trained police officer if she needed too.

Other: If you think I'm bullshitting on the energy level I'd like to point out that I made her a LOT weaker than she actually is in the anime. How much weaker you ask? In IP i gave her the energy of 280 billion joules. In the Anime she would need to be able to genorate at least 580 Quintilian joules or 580 thousand terajoules.

@Katrix:There's been a number of complaints from other players regaurding your last post. I'm going to list them here and give you a chance fix/explain the issues.

1: Metagaming. You'r character seemed to know who a lot of people before they identified themselves. I can understand her knowing who Alexx and Jason are since Jason was in the escort and Alex has made a name for himself as a terrorist but neither Senna nor Sam have given their IP numbers. Hajime is the only one to have mentioned his out loud once when he was talking into a radio requesting backup. If she overheard him say it or tuned into the same frequency to monitor him then that's fine but that should be mentioned in your post so we know. It's also questionable how she knew that Alex and Jason were fighting when it's possible that Jason being the stealthy basterd he is could have gotten away from them and prevented the fight from happening or they could have made peace and worked together. By the time they started fighting they were already several kilometers away due to how fast they were moving during the chase and how long it took for Alex to catch up. Giving she's a super smart AI and all it's possible that she predicted this happening with a high probability based on all the information she has on both Alex and Jason but I don't know how she could possibly know that yes they were in fact fighting. If she is capable of seeing this somehow then you failed to explain how she is seeing it.

2: Godmodding and Shoehorning. I get you were out of the fray for a while and there is a lot of time in which you character could have acted and wasn't able to because you weren't posting. So if you want to say that she had called for he drones earlier on and they had just arrived that is fine. However assuming these drones are combat drones, which your post seems to be implying it's kind of silly to think that a road full of super soldiers couldn't have seen them comping. having the super soldiers suddenly and abruptly surrounded before they have a chance to do anything is just silly and forces those characters to be incompetent to no fault of the player controlling them.

3: Lack of detail. The drones also lack and kind of a description. are they flying? do they walk? what sort of weapons and armor do they have? The only thing we know for sure is that their connected to the internet which we can learn from you app but that doesn't tell us enough about how threatening the drones are or how cautious the soldiers should be around them. for all i know you could be imagining a heavily armed assultron while i'm imagining a cute little protectron with a pistol. Please clarify this in your post.

I get what you're saying in some cases, and I can alter those points, but I'd also like to point out a few things myself. First off, Alex and Jason fighting would be obvious to any aerial observer (which Sidna is at the moment). I mean, trees are being uprooted, shaken of their leaves and thrown at speeds much faster than naturally possible, shock waves the strength of a small earthquake and so on. Jason might be stealthy, but Accelerator is anything but. If they are not fighting then they sure as hell are having a good time.

As for the IP numbers, Sidna doesn't need to know their IP numbers. This is the same person/AI that followed them from the first day they were born to the day they escaped. Hearing that a person says he's IP-13 says nothing for her. Instead, seeing a persons ability, or hearing they're voice or personality are just as good if not better indicators. I can remove Sam as I agree that it's even just for Sidna just a guess at this point, however for the other two it's hard for her not to notice.

The drones complaints are all valid though, and I'll fix that.

The problem was more with how the post was made, at least from my point of view. Like it makes sense that if she watched them sort of growing up or being created then sure she could probably recognize them. voice and facial recognition even now are getting more impressive. the problem was that these things weren't being explained. For example when I had Alex notice and follow Jason I was careful to explain that he did so using echo location. When Senna deduced that Alex and Jason were fighting it's because she saw trees falling over. If you don't write these things out it can, and in this case it did look like you were metagaming. I don't think you intended that because given a little thought it could make sense that she knows some of these things.

So uhh thanks for responding and in the future try to make these things a bit more clear. Thanks.

Yeah sorry about that. I guess I tend to jump the gun a bit much on those things. I don't have any problems on people calling it out either, as it helps recognize areas where one can improve. Constructive criticism is always welcome.

I would also say to watch the shoe-horning. Some people do have certain things planned, and that can lead to some rather awkward issues later. From what I have heard, I think it would have better if you talked to the people involved and made a plan to come in. Talking things out generally tends to keep things running smooth for all involved.

Edit: Posted before your message appeared. Sorry. Just as long as you know to ease up a bit on these things, everything should be fine.

noticed the post was changed, but I'll note something, it's cheery not cherry. Also cheery and kidlike could also mean that they could be a child, don't just make your character assume a person that quickly.

Countless frequencies. "Hellooooo? Is there any cake over there". Any person having worked on the Infinite Project would know who she was at that point.

ummmm, countless frequencies? how is sidna reading all of them? how is she sifting though every frequency at once and figuring out the garbage from the useful? I understand I am being defensive here, but these things kinda need to be addressed.
