Also, how are dorms set up? Are they buildings for two rooms each or just one big building with multiple rooms like a hotel with a kitchen and bedrooms, similar to a flat? I just want to clear this up wit myself, since it's not exactly described well ^^;

Fitting three? Then how come every room only has two people in each as it appears now? :/

Blame SUSTIC, he sets up the rooms.

The third space is occupied by unnamed, unnoticed generic NPCs that wander around just to make the university seem like it actually has students.

Not just that, but some people want specific rooms with certain characters, and among other things I haven't assigned anyone to a room for 3 people yet.

Currently some of the Dorm's don't have 3 people in them just yet. Must dorms have 2 people per room CURRENTLY. Depending on what people wants, I will give them a dorm that already has 2 other characters in it. Currently all NPC students have dorms that aren't lined up with actual official characters.

Somewhat like Zekai said. Their are two dorm building's. One for the men, and one for the women. Each dorm "room" is more like an apartment. With each room having 1 bath/washroom, 3 bedrooms, 1 (small) living room, and a single kitchen.

I really don't know about that. It seems that if you go with that, a lot of students are going to end up in a room by themselves. I say that you should force random characters together to a room, unless it conflicts with a preference or a room limit. I think that forcing characters to room with other characters will create a situation in which they will have to talk or do something together and that may improve the activeness, even if the conversation is a simple line stating that the character is a loner and doesn't want to talk to the other to which the other replies with a simple affirmative answer.

I only give people rooms that they want IF they ask. Most of the time I usually do just end up giving random rooms to others. Besides most of my NPC's are there to help give other characters something to do. In the even that everyone has their dorm rooms, and some dorm's only have 2 students in them, I still have a backup with one of my NPC's by having them getting move/already been living in that Dorm.

Like I said, some people want their character to share a dorm with another person's. Sometimes one person will have 2 characters that they want to share with another person's room (thus making 3.) I know that Zekai has that situation with some of his characters (most likely when it comes to females.) Besides I also have a lot of characters myself that haven't gotten their dorm key yet. I'm personally waiting until everyone else gets their dorms. When that happens, I will be giving my remaining OFFICIAL characters dorm numbers to help fill in the whole "3 people per room."

For example my character Cale will be sharing a room with Jason. I could either give Wonder's character Allen that room, or I can give Andrew that room to fill that room up.

Then there are other characters Drake, Hajime, Lily, Dave, and a few others I have that I can easily use to fill up rooms if they need that to happen. Besides I also have a lot of NPC's that are students in the event that I need to fill up a room (and to give an RPer who doesn't have a roommate, or only has 1 other roommate something more to do.)

Besides I also love making apps, in the event that I do not have enough NPC's, or even enough characters I am always able to make another NPC.

Trust me I have a system in place that I am going by. When someone doesn't request a dorm for their character, I'll just give their character a random room (like with Flan's character. I just chose a random room.)
