    Trinity Soul University - Orientation

Noting the Headmaster's speech, Trista was uncertain as to whether or not he remembered the little girl from a short while ago. Considering what he had just been through and his position at this university, it was undoubted that the Headmaster would be rather forgetful in his line of work. Whatever the case may be, Trista merely had to work with it even if the Headmaster presented but a lack of familiarity towards her.

"My, uh..." Trista hesitantly introduced herself, "M-My name is... i-is... Trista... T-Trista Lundin. I'm... I-I'm not entirely sure if you remember but... I met you just earlier... n-near the Entrance. I was hoping I could... I could... speak to you. About a... few things. If it's not too much to ask for." Needless to say, Trista could barely find the courage nor the strength to speak her mind out in the open. And from it, Trista could not speak as clearly as she wished she could. If anything, Trista felt like more a fool whenever she spoke, only serving to her detriment. In fact, her self-caused embarrassment and shame was showing outwardly. Her arms wrapped around her body and her eyes fleeting.

Cecilia smiled before seeing a familiar figure running up to her. "Ah, Lynne! I'm sorry you had to sit here by yourself... I kinda wandered off without you!" The brunette hugged her friend back, smiling before blinking. "Oh right, so Sephiroth, this is my room mate Lynne! She can't speak but she can draw extremely well!" She let go of Lynne, smiling. "And Lynne, this is Sephorith. I kinda bumped into her while wandering. Ah, but, let's all go out to get lunch! I'll go get my purse, since it has my cards in it! I'll be right back, okay~?" She waved cheerfully as she jogged lightly to her dorm room, going inside and grabbing her purse and stuff. 'Ah, I hope we can all be good friends,' Cecilia thought to herself, smiling as she sat down on her bed. “Uwah, Sephorith looks so cute… I don’t even know if this is how love starts but maybe it is? I’ll have to get changed into one of my cuter outfits then! I-if I’m really in love, I’ll have to do my very best to impress her!” The short girl started looking through all her stuff, trying to pick the correct dress. “It can’t been too revealing…” she muttered, tossing aside a dress with a low neck line. “Aha! This one should be perfect. And I’ll have to let my hair down and everything! Oooh, I’m going to look so cute!” Changing into the dress, she blushed, pulling it over her head. “What if she doesn’t like me? What do I do then? Even books can’t prepare me for that, I guess..” The dress was a light blue with puffy short sleeves. The top had a frilly look to it with a bow on the back of her neck that’s ribbon tied around her neck. “Ah, the stockings… I’ll wear the sheer ones. They’re the cutest with this dress!” Pulling on her stockings, Cecilia let her hair down. Her hair down was mostly straight until the end, where it became wavy. Running a brush through her hair, she sighed a little. “I wonder if those two will get along, I really hope so…” Adding the final touch, she put a light blue bow clip to hold back some of her bangs. Looking in the mirror, Cecilia smiled at her outfit. “It looks just like the ones in the lolita magazines I would get treated to. I’m so happy for that. I hope she likes this outfit and finds it cute…”

With Cecilia entering the dorm room to change, Sephiroth and Lynne were left with each other. While Lynne seemed stoic about it, which she is like all the time, Sephiroth looked very awkward to be around Lynne. Mustering up courage, Sephiroth asked a question.

"So... that girl Cecilia told me you can't speak...? Is that true?" Sephiroth questioned. Lynne stayed silent, fiddling with her sketchbook, not answering. That answers that question. Sephiroth thought. Longer period of silence caused Sephiroth to make an analysis on Lynne.

I can detect something inhumane in her. Sephiroth observed. Something dark... it must be dangerous, considering that she is hiding them from everyone, even Cecilia. I hope it's not something violent... I don't want her to get hurt...

Sephiroth's mind eventually drifted from Lynne to Cecilia and how... impeccable she was. I've never seen someone so cheery and bubbly; it's such a nice surprise. She was jumping up and down... I wonder if she's like that normally or if she was happy to meet someone like me in particular. I hope it's the latter.

Eventually, Sephiroth's mind started filling with lust. I... I can't stop thinking about her... her hand... they were so soft. I bet the rest of her body is just as soft, if not softer. Like a baby's blanket... no, silk will describe the texture better. I could still feel it on my hand... I wish I can feel her hand again. No, I want to feel her entire body. I want to devour her. I will make her mine. All mine.

Cecilia drew her purse into her chest and took a deep breath. "Alright, Ceci, time to go out there and do your best!" she muttered to herself, stepping out of the room and locking the door. 'It's strange though, falling for another girl... But really, she's so pretty, and I really wanna play with her hair...' the brunette blushed, thinking to herself before shaking her head. 'Is it really alright to fall in love with a stranger at first site?' Bounding over to her two friends, she waved her purse, smiling. "Look, I have money to buy us all lunch now! Let's go find a place with a tasty menu, I'd really like that." Looking from Lynne to Sephiroth, she grabbed their hands and gently pulled them towards the Restaurant District. "Hey, Sephiroth, do you have a nickname you want to go by?" the short and bouncy girl asked, looking at her. "Cause if you two want, you can use my nickname, Ceci!"

Adalinda placed both of her bags down at her feet, examining the campus with almost a slight sneer. "It's no castle, but I suppose it will have to do." She glanced at the smart phone she had bought, taking note of the time. Ada was dressed in a regal looking mini dress, with black sheer tights and black boots that went up to her knees. "I already missed orientation, that's too bad. Well, I'll have to figure out where to get the dorm..." Stopping, she sniffed the air, making a disgusted look. "What kind of creatures are they even letting in these days... No matter, the campus is large." Picking her bags back up, she began walking towards the main building. Her long blonde hair brushed against her legs, her silvery wings pulled in close to her back as she walked while her red eyes search the area for the one smell that stood out the most, another dragon that she had never met before. 'Where... Where is it...? That, that smell...' Ada's thoughts were centered around finding out whether this other dragon is a pureblood or not. 'I just can't believe they disowned me, the youngest and most powerful out of my stupid siblings... I should have suffocated them all... Wait, no, that would defeat my reasons for coming here. I want to be good,' Ada thought, sighing a little. 'It doesn't matter, I'll try to start fresh. Without them, of course...'

There she is. Sephiroth suspended her lustful thoughts when she saw Cecilia in a new dress. How adorable. Her in that new dress... it suits her so well.

"A nickname...?" Sephiroth blanked for a second when Cecilia asked her for her nickname... what is the world is a nickname? "I'm sorry, I don't have a 'nickname', whatever that means."

            Haeundae | Busan, Korea

Volkia opened her eyes to immediately be greeted by a piercing headache. Volkia remembers now; while every other spatial mages denied Volkia's plea to go to the mundane world, one eccentric wizard agreed to send her there for free. He did warn her that there may be a minor tingling... how could anyone call this headache a minor tingling?

Volkia wobbled on her foot and stood up to look around where she could be, her head still ringing with pain. She was in a rather dark tunnel with a railway going into the darkness. On the walls made of strange stone-like material were a torch of sorts hanging on the wall, although they looked brighter than any kind of torches, illuminating the darkness like a star. Volkia stared at the lamps, entranced by how pretty the light was until her superior dragonkin hearing caused her to look behind her. Next to her, across the railway, a rectangular vehicle dashed through with incredible speed. Were they really trains? Volkia thought as the train quickly passed her. But it was so fast... as fast as the dragons' flight. Impressive... mundane world has some fascinating objects... I wonder if they're run by magic?

Volkia continued walking without a destination in mind until cool wind blew behind her... wait, behind her?

Volkia checked herself to find that she was missing a lot of things. Firstly, she did not have her hardened blood staff with her; which was pivotal to her combat. Sure, she can create a new one, but it'll leave her drained for a long time... which will leave her defenseless. Secondly, she was missing every single piece of her outfit, being her jacket and her swimwear that she was so fond of. Gone.

"What?" Volkia asked in confusion. What happened to her things? Did that kooky old mage steal them in the middle of her travel to the mundane world? How would that even be possible? If her clothes WERE stolen by that wizard, how is she going to find a new set of attire to cover herself? A lot of thoughts ran across her mind as she looked around, fidgeting and saying little phrases like "What do I do?" and "Oh no".

"거기 누구 있나? (Someone there?)" A deep voice called out, causing Volkia to freeze in fear. If whoever was calling out was a human, she could easily overwhelm him by strength if need be. But if it was a supernatural being like herself, Volkia will have problem trying to fight him off if this stranger decided to be hostile.

Volkia turned around. Illuminated by the lamp was seemingly a human, about a few meters away from her. In closer detail, the man seemed to be in his 60s, with stubby beard and unkempt hair. He was wearing a dirty set of sweatpants and a jacket with the symbol of a deer engraved on it. He reeked of alcohol, even from the distance. Volkia could see the man's eyes frown as he too noticed Volkia and immediately commented:

"아니 왠 젊은 여자가 옷 다 벌거벗고 있노? (Why's such a young girl like you running around naked?)" The homeless man inquired. He didn't seem to be very hostile, only curious. Unfortunately, Volkia had no idea what this man was asking her.

"I... I'm sorry but I don't understand what you are saying." Volkia fidgeted, hoping that this homeless man could understand English to some degree. After all, it was the standard language of Kosmo Magicko when Morgana Le Fay introduced it to the world quite a long time ago.

"하이고, 외국인이셨네. (Oh, so you're a foreigner.)" The homeless man gave a quick laugh, then proceeded to slur his tongue in his desperate attempt to make conversation. "I know English little bit. You American?"

American? What is that? There were no region in Kosmo Magicko named America...

"No, I'm... I'm not an American." Volkia answered, then quickly initiated with the topic of interest. Guessing game will have to wait. "Do you... know who stole my clothes?"

"Stole?" The homeless man was taken aback. "Who stole clothes?"

"I- I don't know. I had something on before coming here, but somebody took them." Volkia confessed, hypothesizing what happened.

The homeless man rubbed his chin and muttered something in the same unknowable language. He definitely looked perplexed, but eager to help.

"I don't know." The homeless man answered truthfully to Volkia's dismay. However, his next phrase gave Volkia a bit more hope. "But I think someone know. Follow me."

As the homeless man passed by Volkia and continued the way where Volkia was heading to originally, Volkia wondered if she can really trust this stranger. While the threat of being a trap was still there, Volkia had no other choice. Unsure but putting trust in the homeless man she acquainted with just now, Volkia followed him.

Cecilia giggled, remembering that Sephiroth was not actually a human. "Oh right, I should explain what a nickname is. Well, it's kinda a name that a close friend gives you! It can be short for a full name or a name that represents someone!" She smiled, still tugging the two with her. "Oh, do you want to tel us about yourself? We can all get to know each other before we even sit down for lunch!" The brunette blushed a light pink, thinking about the taller girl. 'I want to know more about her... Maybe even get her a present at some point... That would be so nice...'

Ada blinked, standing ten feet from the main doors. "I wonder if I should get my dorm room first just to place my stuff down..." Her stomach began to growl and her cheeks got a little pink with embarrassment. "A-ack, not now, I shouldn't be this hungry... Maybe if I go get a snack first? But where might everything be located out. I guess missing that orientation was pretty bad..." she muttered, tilting her head a little to the side. "Let's see... There could be a map somewhere, right?"

"Gladly." Sephiroth giggled and began to introduce herself as the three girls walked.

"As you know, my name is Sephiroth. However, since your friend here doesn't know, I think it's appropriate to say my name." Sephiroth started. "This may come off as a little confusing, but I was born about 2 weeks ago. We Greater Dryads are born gaining a few years of age in appearance. The older the Greater Dryad looks at birth, the more powerful she is. According to my mentor Matriarch Melial, the most powerful Greater Dryad took the form of an early teenager when she was first born, but when I was born, I took the form of how I am now."

"Right now, my Dryad community is being constantly threatened by humans that are deforesting the land and hurting the nature. I can understand their need of resources, but sometimes I wonder why they don't communicate with the Dryads and ask them to supply the lumber for them... and the humans aren't the only people that are harassing my Dryad tribe. Feral wyverns, werewolves, and others that plan on destruction of my forest... I lack power to protect my tribe, so I came to this university: to reach my potential early so my people won't suffer anymore."

The homeless man trodded forward, with Volkia tailing behind him. He wasn't very inquisitive of where Volkia came from, which she was glad to know. The less she reveal about herself, the better. However, there was one thing she wanted to know about this new acquaintance of hers.

"Pardon me, sir..." Volkia asked. "Do you have a name?"

"Name?" The homeless man answered without turning back. He took a turn, entering a narrower path. "Call me Jack."

"Jack?" Volkia repeated. The name was short, but its' simplicity made the name easy to remember. "Jack... thank you for helping me but, where are you taking me?"

"My friend." Jack answered bluntly as he slammed on an iron fence. "어이! 나 왔어! (Hey! I'm here!)"

A few seconds later, another homeless man stepped out holding a handhold lamp. Unlike Jack, this homeless man was younger and looked relatively cleaner. He was wearing a mens' tank top with a pair of baggy track pants along with slippers. While this was a very simple set of outfits, it was better than Volkia's current outfit of... nothing.

"성님. (Bro.)" The younger man nodded, then noticed Volkia behind Jack. "이분은 누구셔? (Who is this person?)"

"누가 자기 옷을 훔쳐갔다고 하는데. (She says someone stole her clothes.)" Jack answered, introducing Volkia to this younger and more muscular man. "외국인인가봐, 한국어를 못해. (She must be a foreigner; she cannot speak Korean.)"

At Jack's answer, the younger man stepped forward and eyed Volkia, not out of lust but more out of curiosity. With his interest sated, he introduced himself.

"Hello." The younger man eloquently spoke English, which took Volkia by surprise as she flinched up. "My name is Jaewon."

"I- wow, you can speak English rather well." Volkia noted in a pleasant surprise.

"I used to work as a translator, until the company I worked for took a huge loss." Jaewon responded with a sheepish chuckle. Surely, presence of a naked woman made him shy. "So you say someone stole your clothes?"

"Yes, well, I- it's a long story." Volkia revealed. "But to make it short, when I woke up, the clothes I was wearing went missing along with my staff."

Jaewon listened to what Volkia had to say and, when Volkia mentioned the staff, his eyes widened as he took a closer look at Volkia. "Oh. You're that person."

"That person?" Volkia repeated in confusion.

"Yeah. I was coming back from scavenging in the nearby beach, when I saw someone I know take off a girl's clothes: your clothes. You were knocked out cold. I thought he was trying to rape you, so I shouted at him. He ran away with your clothes, but he must've forgot to take this."

Jaewon answered Volkia's confusion and took a long, black staff out from behind a large stack of boxes. It was Volkia's staff, which she turns into assortment of weapons when in combat.

"I'm assuming this is yours?" Jaewon made a smirk as he tossed the staff to Volkia, who snatched it from the air with ease. Perhaps the most essential half of her inventory was now recovered, which made Volkia so happy she pounced Jaewon.

"Thank you so much!" Volkia shouted happily, her eyes almost tearing up. Jaewon was knocked back, but he stayed upright as he chuckled at Volkia's actions. "Now we need to find my clothes."

"I can help you get them back." Jaewon announced as he let go of Volkia's grasp. "I know where the thief could've taken your clothes."

                  "You do? Where?" Volkia demanded.

"Him and a group of thugs are camped out on the other side of the tunnel." Jaewon informed. "They're all criminals... mugging things from pedestrians, breaking into people's homes while their owners are out on the beach... and that's only the crimes I've seen them commit. Who knows what other deeds they did? They're all horrendous people that won't hesitate to kill you, so we best be careful."

Volkia was originally planning on just taking back her clothes, but if Jaewon's claims are true, then those thugs need to pay the price of committing crimes with their blood. "It's okay," Volkia smiled, twirling her staff expertly. It felt right, to have her weapon at the ready. "If a fight arises, I can handle it."

Jaewon smiled and turned away. "Alright, let me get a few things ready."

Volkia smiled back and left through the iron fence, waiting back by the railway.

"성님. (Hey, bro.)" While preparing to guide Volkia to get her clothes back, Jaewon asked Jack who was sitting in a one-room house resting. "저분, 용인이재? (That girl, she's a dragonkin, isn't she?)"

Jack chuckled. "살다살다, 인간세계에서 마법세계로 가는건 들어봤어도, 그 반대는 처음이네. (I've seen people from mundane world entering Kosmo Magicko, but I've never in my life seen the opposite until now.)"

"성님은 그립나? (Do you miss it, bro?)" Jaewon asked, draping a matching track jacket over his tank top.

"옛날? 그립지 당연히. (The old days? Of course I do.)" Jack answered as he pulled out a cigarette from his pocket. "햐... 그 다이치 그놈, 잘지내나 모르겄네. (Damn... I wonder if that dude Daichi is doing okay.)"

"Well, I don't really understand why people would cut down trees without at the very least replanting..." Her cheerful smile became a confused frown. "I mean, what if they learned they were harming the earth?" 'I didn't realize how bad things had been getting. I want to help her but at the same time, I want to just kiss her... W-wait what am I even thinking!' her thoughts became jumbled. "A-ah, I'll tell you about me now! I came here to learn how to use my blood magic! I'm the first half witch in my family, and the first one to have a magic type other than light magic. I kinda got kicked out of my town because of an incident in the woods. I-I didn't mean to but it just kind of happened, heh... Not much I could do. I lost all of the few friends I had, but I'm making new friends so that makes me happy!"

Ada frowned, looking around. "Come on, Adalinda, you can do this. Just think, where would the nearest map be." She glanced down at her bags, becoming less thrilled to be carrying them herself. "Couldn't I have taken someone to help me with these bags as well? Doing it myself is utterly embarrassing..." she muttered, sneering. 'I'm still no commoner, I'm a noble and should be treated as such...' Ada thought bitterly, her tiny fangs popping out just a bit. She watched as students ran to and fro, most of them seeming to know the campus. But being the proud and stubborn noble she is, she went off on her own, slowly trying to figure out her way to a place where she could get a snack. However, she didn't get very far, catching the faint scent of the other dragon. Her red eyes narrowed, her thoughts pointed, 'And what is this other dragon... The scent has something else mixed with it. I've certainly never smelled anything this... Putrid back home. Then again, the nobles always smell nicer to me.'

It was impressive to know that, despite the relative hardship that she had, Cecilia still held on and remained so cheerful. I wonder if she can endure me- Sephiroth couldn't help but imagine until she dispersed the thought. No, stop it, dirty thoughts! Don't give me any more temptations!

"Our allies are very... conservative. Because they live farther into the forest, they are not as concerned about the humans' deforestation." Sephiroth said with a hint of sorrow. "All the more reason for me to gain my power quickly so that I can thwart any more invasions."

                      "..."

Lynne has been silent this entire time, but her silence was technically broken when she pointed at their destination, the Restaurant District. With red brick roads, trendy-looking buildings, and the variety of students' outward appearances that visits the place, the Restaurant District resembled an exotic streets of a European country. Music and dancing were at every corner, giving the district a bit of a rowdy feeling, but at the same time the district looked serene and quiet with benches where students relax and maybe find a love of their life.

Train Tunnel, Haeundae | Busan, Korea

"Here we are." Jaewon announced as he and Volkia arrived at a worn two-story building outside of the tunnel similar to where Jack and Jaewon stayed at. The building was surrounded by an iron fence that was rusty, noting the lack of care for the place. There were some DO NOT ENTER signs written in Korean as well as some takeout food brochures hanging on the other side of the fence, with a closed gate blocking the two from entering. "The Seven Star gang... the most notorious gang in Busan. Some of their members who can't afford to live in better places flock here. I think I counted about a dozen people in total."

"And one of them stole my clothes." Volkia groaned. Suddenly, she felt a bit embarrassed. "Let's hope we don't get into a fight."

"Yeah." Jaewon nodded and slammed the iron fence gate once, twice, three times. A few seconds passed, and a large man with bulky muscles came to answer. He was topless, and on his bulging arms rested two tattoos: a swirling dragon, one on each arm.

"오, 이게 누구고? (Well well well, look who it is?) The thug who answered the door snickered and arrogantly flexed his shoulder muscles. "무슨 일로 우릴 찾으셨을까? 엉? (What brings you to find us? Huh?)"

"느그들 중 한명이 여자 강간하고 다닌다는데, (I heard one of you were going around raping women.)" Jaewon frowned, showing the gang that he's all business. "그놈 좀 볼수 있나? (Can I see him?)"

The thug at the gate looked at Jaewon, saw Volkia behind him, then smirked. "이쁜 여자 데리고 들어오쇼. (Come in, and bring that pretty girl behind you too.)"

Jaewon looked back at Volkia with worrying eyes. "얘는 여기서 빼라. (Don't get her into this.)"

"그러면 못하겄네. (Then the answer is no.)" The thug slyly shook his whole body as if he was dancing, making Jaewon more and more frustrated. "아이고 참~ 미안하게 됐네. (I'm sooooo sorry.)"

Jaewon glared at the thug, sighed, and motioned Volkia to follow him in. The thug then opened the gate and let Jaewon and Volkia in, not missing a moment to appreciate Volkia's flawless body.

There were crates, boxes, canisters, and other miscellaneous doodad littered all across the interior of the building. There were nobody in the building, although it seemed like there were some human activity in the recent past as there were leftover Chinese food, opened bottles of liquor, and an unfinished game of Korean card game. Some of the walls were plastered with lewd images of bikini models and Korean liquor advertisements.

"쫌만 기다리소잉. (Wait here a moment.)" The thug chuckled as he went upstairs, leaving Jaewon and Volkia alone on that first floor.

"Is he going to get my clothes?" Volkia asked, a bit doubtful but otherwise putting up hope.

"I don't think so. Knowing him, he's probably calling up reinforcements to beat me to a pulp and kidnap you." Jaewon muttered under his breath, his eyes scanning the surroundings like a hawk.

Jaewon had suspicions that the thugs won't play fair. However, he really didn't expect it when several of the thugs, all geared up with a blunt weapon of their choice, emerged from the second floor with the same thug who answered the gate shouting "아그들아, 연장 챙겨라! (Ready your tools, boys!)

"I knew it!" Jaewon growled in disgust as he immediately kicked the front door. "Come on!"

Volkia fled to the fenced grounds with Jaewon, but their attempt at escape was interrupted when a dozen more Seven Star gang members, brandishing anything from a two-by-four, an aluminum bat, or a steel pipe. They all looked eager to strike, get their hands on Jaewon and do whatever they want to do with Volkia. Soon, Jaewon and Volkia were surrounded by the Seven Star gang, outnumbered 2 to 24.

"I can open a path for you so you can flee." Jaewon whispered to Volkia.

"No way. We're going to get out of this mess together." Volkia frowned as she channeled her magic to the staff. Blood seeped into her staff, forming a scarlet blade and turning the staff into a scythe. The thugs were taken aback by Volkia's supernatural deed and, just noticing her horns, shuddered in fear and unease.

The fear was not enough to dissuade them from proceeding their assault. However, every single one who stepped up to Volkia fell by her scythe. When multiple approached her at once, she used torrent of blood to stop their movement before terminating them. It took Volkia merely 2 minutes to finish off the last of them. By the end of it all, Volkia was panting, covered in sweat and blood after the massacre.

"와이씨... (Holy shi-)" Jaewon could not help but mutter foul words out of shock as Volkia returned from her sadistic spree back to her giggling self.

"See? I told you I could put up a fi-" Volkia smiled proudly before her eyes slid shut and she collapsed, unconscious due to using too much blood than was safe.

Cecilia smiled, pulling the two a little faster. "Ah, I can already smell the good food! I wonder which one we should eat at? I wonder what the menus look like!" She was absentmindedly squeezing the Greater Dryad's hand. "Oh man, I wonder what kind of desserts they'll have! I love all kinds of desserts, they're just so sweet and tasty~!" the brunette exclaimed as they were just arriving at the district. "Sephiroth, why don't you chose where we eat?" She smiled, looking to the taller girl. 'Ah, she really is cute... Her hand feels nice... Those benches look like a great place to be, kissing under a tree... K-kyaa, what am I thinking? She probably doesn't like me, she never compliemented my cute dress or my hair being down...' her thoughts rushed from one extreme to the next. 'What if she does love me? That would be amazing, it'd be love at first site! We'd be able to go on dates... And do other things too... I would buy her all sorts of presents...'

"Well, I'm okay with anything that does not contain meat."

Sephiroth immediately regretted what she said just now. As a Greater Dryad, it was very important to respect the nature and not consume a meaty product. But... but whaf if Cecilia was an avid meat lover? What if she's disappointed in her because of her restrictions? What if she doesn't like me because of that? Sephiroth's skin paled; if it already wasn't pale enough, and started rectifying herself. "Eh- no, I- I mean-"

                          "..."

Lynne stopped Sephiroth's rambling by tugging on both her and Cecilia's skirt hemline. After she grabbed their attention, Lynne then pointed at cafe built out of tree logs and surrounded by picket fences, giving the look of a peaceful cottage in the Alps. It was called Heidi's Cafe, and in front of their entrance laid a sign featuring their special menu of the day: Salad Aglio e olio sphagetti flavored with nothing other than garlic and parmesan cheese.

                            Trinity Soul University - Orientation

As the Headmaster heard Trista's question in her shy, and nervous voice, the Headmaster rubbed the back of his head as he chuckled lightly. Not because he found her funny or anything, but rather because of how it makes the girl a lean a little to the adorable side. Other than that he then let out a calm sigh as he simply nodded.

"No. It's not too much. I mean it's kind of a requirement of my job to answer questions for students. Now what is it you'd like to ask?" The Headmaster replied as he placed his hands behind his back while speaking in a calm, and peaceful tone.

Trista began to fidget on the spot. While the Headmaster made it clear that he was all ears on what Trista had to say, the girl was simply too embarrassed to ask her question. The important question. And because of it, more and more signs of her shyness began to show. While it was such simple question for any ordinary magician to ask, for Trista, trying to find the right words to say; trying to find the confidence to speak up was but the most difficult task of all. It should be so easy, one would think. But not in Trista's case, as she paused and lingered before attempting to speak up once more.
"I... You... Y-You see, I... Erm... I-I..." Trista mumbled. But as clear as night and day, Trista was in no capacity to speak. The sheer embarrassment and child-like fear that Trista was experienced was becoming a bit too much to bear. Was it because of her surroundings? The sheer number of people in her immediate presence? Or was it perchance that, without someone beside her, Trista had no confidence to speak? Whatever the case was, it left Trista to continue hovering around her question. Incapable of forming a clear sentence.

Trinity Soul University - After Orientation

Seki the vampire had made herself scarce during the duration of orientation. She was able to listen in on the headmaster's speech from within campus walls where she was guarded from the sunlight. But it wasn't the sun that kept her secluded from the rest of her new classmates. During the whole portal indecent Seki had revived a phone call from her father, one which she could not afford to ignore. Having not been able to bring sufficient amounts of blood with her via public plane or bus, her father had to ship it to the school separately and it was important that Seki know when and where it would arrive. Her father still didn't understand why she insisted on public travel when she could have easily had a much more luxurious trip to the school, and of cores he gave her hell for it.

When she finally got the information she needed, orientation was already over. Seki hadn't been paying attention to everything like she originally planned to but she got was able to remember the important bits. Such as when she would be going to class, why it was at night and about tomorrows event. Putting her phone back in her pocket, Seki couldn't help but think how her poor room mate must be faring without her. after all it was pretty obvious Trista had been depending on her to get her through orientation, but on the other hand, it wouldn't be possible for Seki to constantly hold her hand until she graduated, so leaving her on her own for a bit might have just been good for her. Regardless though Seki had assured her she wouldn't have had to go through it alone. Knowing that she had let her roommate down Seki wasn't about to return to her side empty handed. Seki made her way to the school cafeteria. She bought a couple of cold juice boxes and began making her way back outside to find her room mate.

By the time the vampire had made it outside, most of the students had gone back to whatever it was they had been doing before, leaving significantly less people, but still enough to make a sizable mob. It didn't take her too long to spot her room mate however, ther was no way she was in the crowd of people and if she was, she would have probobly been in tears. luckily however Seki found little Trista up on stage talking to the headmaster, who seemed a lot more relaxed now that the portal was gone and orientation was over. The vampire made her way over to her being unnoticed by the shy girl at first as she listened to little Trista stumble over her words. Realizing her poor state, Seki stepped to rescue the maiden. Stepping forward spoke as she reached to hand the girl her juice box. "You wanted to ask him about your powers right? How quickly we forget." She said, playing it off as though Trista had just forgotten. "I got you some juice,"
