    Orientation | Trinity Soul University

Cecilia smiled meekly, walking with Lynne. "Thanks Lynne. I don't want to have the blood lash out... Sometimes it has a mind of it's own." Closing her eyes, she pricked herself with her pin, her blood first dripped out. "N-nnnn, finally, it's feeling a lot less stuffy." Her smile was bright as the blood coming out more rapidly, forming different shapes. "Heh, look at the bats..." She giggled, some of the blood splattering on her face in little droplets. "Isn't lovely? What I could possibly do when I can control it?"

Noticing the brief surprise of the seal user, the redhead simply spoke "The temperature is reflected by my emotions, if I were sad, it would feel colder, and so it changes with happiness, and anger would be cold enough to burn and so on." she explained while making a small ice sphere from her rings and bracelets. Kris then noticed the girl´s tail uncovered from the clothing. "By the way, the tail is showing" she spoke just enough for Sonya to hear

        Trinity Soul University - Library

The vampire wondered through the many rows of bookshelves, searching for the missing staff member. The smell of mortal blood in the room was unmistakable from the moment she entered the library, it was just a matter of catching up to them. The vampire quickly sought up to them, hiding herself in the shadows as if she were stalking her pray. She waited for the right moment to reveal herself. Just as the woman was turning a corner to look down another row of book shelves, The nurse would run into the eerie red eyes of the vampire as she turned to look down the next row of book shelves. This stopped the woman in her tracks, weather it was from surprise, fear or a combination of both was anyone's guess. At any rate Seki didn't give off the frendlest of looks. Seeing the woman was in a nurse Uniform and seeing how there had been no nurse or medical personal on the stage, this lead Seki to assume that this had to be one of the missing staff members.

"You're late." She said to the nurse in a rather heated tone. "Hey dovakin i fo..." Just as she was about to alert her dragon companion that she had found the nurse, she sought wind of the cent of fresh blood. She was still for a moment as she tried to mantain her composure, but the young vampire didn't hold out for very long. Her puples got larger, and then smaller as her mind raced. Finally she lost control as she ran past the nurse, knocking her to the ground. She ran past the dragon boy with amazing speed, not even stopping for the door. The library door now lied on the ground about 70 centimeters away from the it's frame. The door and it's frame were still in tact but the hinges that once held them together were destroyed beyond repair.

        Trinity Soul University - Orientation

The vampire girl ran through the halls faster than any mortal could ever hope too. It would only take her a few seconds to reach the sours of the cent. She had somewhat snapped out of her trance within about ten meters of Cecilia and the source of the cent. She slowed her run into a normal walk, with her hands holding her head, she spoke with a great strain in her voice. "Pull yourself together... one, two, three" upon reaching the number three her voice started to slowly return to normal, and she removed her hands from the sides of her head, placing them back by her sides where they belonged. "four, five, six." Her voice almost completely back to normal now, she regained her composure. "seven, eight." She stopped walking at eight and stood still, although by that point she was within visual range of both Cecilia and.. what was her name, Lynne? "nine....ten" The vampire stood there for a moment with her eyes closed, knowing if she saw the blood it would only make it more tempting. Even though she couldn't see, it was clear as day to the vampire where the other two girls were. Knowing she needed to break the silance, Seki did the only thing she could. "Hi Cecilia, any luck finding the missing staff member?"

          Trinity Soul University - Orientation

For Trista, it was very reassuring to know that the young man understood Trista's perspective on things. While he did not quite know about everything which was affecting Trista, he at least understood as to why Trista was the way she was. He may not know of Trista's powers nor of what exactly was on Trista's agenda but he at least knew of one way to help Trista out. And that was in finding her roommate, Seki. To Trista, nothing was more important to her than simply being safe. And, right now, the only person Trista felt even fractionally safe around was Seki. While the young man before her was a big help and very nice to her, Trista simply did not know a thing about him. Not even his name. And if there was anything that scared Trista greatly, it was the unknown. The inability to know if something is to be trusted or despised. A grand void that could help or harm you. One who's true intent could only be unveiled by diving into the abyss itself. It was this reason alone that Trista wished nothing more than to return to Seki's side and continue on her day. Safe and sound.

As the young man spoke, he propose a few options for the duo to take in order to find Seki. Wait in position with the boy until Seki returned and sought Trista out or attend Orientation without Seki and then search for the vampire. When the options were proposed to little Trista, her mind was divided over the two options. While it was only logical that Seki would at least come back for Trista, Trista really wanted to find Seki as soon as possible. And the only two effective ways of doing that would be to wait for the young vampire or search for her when the madness that was Orientation was over.

But, in thinking over her two options, Trista heard something. A sound of running. And not just a light jog either. It was a sprint. An inhuman one at that. It sounded like a large gale of wind had bursted out of the nearby university building and lunged its way towards the crowd of students. The source? Unknown. While the sound concerned Trista greatly, she assuredly herself that it was merely a student running late or something completely unrelated to the situation at hand. That was until Trista caught a glimpse at the source of the sound. A blur. A blur of black. Given the speed that it ran at, it was near impossible for Trista to identify the runner. But, even if she knew not why, Trista had a suspicion that it could be Seki. It was only an assumption but it was the only one she had.
"S-Seki?" Trista spoke as words slipped out of her mouth. With little hesistation, Trista can turned her attention back to the young man and spoke up once more.
"That... Th-That might be her! I don't know if it is but... b-but it... it looks like her." Trista quickly spoke as she rose up from her sitting position. With little else to say, Trista quickly departed the scene and made her way over to where she saw the blur head towards. If Trista knew anything, the blur ended up within about 10 metres of her immediate vicinity. Hopefully. Just hopefully, that blur was indeed Seki.
Smash through the blocks that bar your way; No time for fear, just let it all fall away; Nobody believes in me and you, Just look at the way they stare; So what if we live in a walled garden, As long as I've got you then I don't care!

Before the nurse could even react after looking down one of the row of bookshelves in the Library, she got startled upon seeing the eerie red of a vampire's eyes. Instinctively the nurse jumped back, but ended up falling onto the floor when the vampire girl dashed towards her at a terrifying speed. The nurse simply covered her face with her arms and screamed in fear as Seki ran past her, however she did not lower her arms as she did not notice the fact that Seki practically flew right by the nurse.

Orientation - Up on Stage| Trinity Soul University

As the the Headmaster and the librarian were conversing about the problems that have arisen with the absence of the Sound Magic Teacher, Ms. Mauvelle, some of the other teachers with the exception of Master Hama the Wind Magic teacher who remained calm, grew more curious about the Headmaster's conversation with the Librarian.

The Headmaster upon hearing that there were some relatively minor, yet still possibly important spikes in energy from beneath the University did raise a bit of concern.

"The Underground Library... I almost entirely forgot about that place... Aside from a few dormant magical artifacts and the thousands if not millions of ancient text within that library... what could have caused those spikes of energy? Then again that entire place hasn't even been completely explored. Perhaps there is something we haven't seen yet down there and whatever it is it had caused those spikes... Either way I already have someone down there exploring. Well he should be... but I will contact him and tell him to keep an eye out. Just try your hardest to find a way to get Ms. Mauvelle back into our dimension. Is that clear?" Replied the Headmaster as he tried to keep as calm as he possibly could in a situation like this.

            _____________

Meanwhile in the back of the crowd where Trista and Andrew was, Andrew just remained quiet as he heard Trista speak up, saying something about... seeing her friend? Despite Andrew's observant nature, he was too focused on paying attention to the crowd to notice the quick blur that was Seki. As such Andrew just turned to Trista with a curious look on his face.

"Huh? You saw her?" Andrew spoke as he watched Trista quickly get up to follow what is hopefully her friend. Not wanting to be left behind he quickly got up and began following Trista.

              Orientation | Trinity Soul University

"..." Lynne merely watched over the outburst of blood flowing from Cecilia's arm. One of the shapes that her excess of blood made: a raven with sharp talons, landed on Lynne's head, cawed three times, then scattered; into tiny little droplets of crimson liquid that fuels a human. It was quite inspiring to a budding artist like Lynne, and she wanted to draw something, but she didn't. She didn't want to bother herself by drenching her sketchpad papers with blood.

Off in the distance she saw the familiar figures. Verrena and her skeletal father Amos was closely tracking Cecilia, while someone she met in the dorms was behind them, her eyes closed. Lynne could not ask what this person's name was, or why she had her eyes closed, because of her instinct alerting her something's wrong with Verrena.

"Oh... they're beautiful..." Verrena was entranced by the sight of shaped bloods sprouting from Cecilia's arm, splattering all across: including on Cecilia and Lynne themselves. It was as if they were being showered with strobing lights of scarlet. Her heart began to beat faster. She began to feel something warm stirring up inside her, starting at her heart and spreading all the way through her veins. Her mouth curled to a wicked smile as one of the blood-shapes traveled far enough to land on her face. "Blood... precious, beautiful blood... must spill more... MUST SPILL MORE!"

Verrena's grin erupted in a maddening laughter as she seemingly conjured a golden sword out of nowhere. She grasped it in her right hand while her left hand grabbed the collar of her dress and ripped it downwards. She was panting as if she ran a marathon, and her eyes were fixated on Cecilia, as Amos too gleamed with dark energy.

"I WANT MORE!" Verrena, crazed like a lunatic, blasted forth with incredible spurt, her golden sword poised to strike the same people that guided her.

Her assault, however, was to be temporarily interrupted by Lynne.

"..." Lynne's eyed glanced at Verrena menacingly as soon as Verrena underwent her psychological transformation. Her sketchpad was already open, and a doodle was drawn: a hellish warrior brandishing a giant mace of sorts, with a signature of sorts written underneath the doodle alongside the doodle's name.

              Space Pacter Gaunix

As Verrena charged, from the paper appeared a sort of aperture. Moments afterwards, an enlarged form of the drawing was summoned in real life, blocking Verrena's sword slash.

              Spoiler:

Space Pacter Gaunix was a rather large fellow, tall enough to barely fit in the hallway. His upper torso was seemingly made of obsidian with lava core underneath, while his legs were relatively smoother. He had no face, but a cross-shaped crack with a small circular hole in the center of the facial mask replaced it. His mace-like weapon was revealed to be actually a battle staff of sorts, with a levitating golden orb surrounded by the staff made of obsidian.

Gaunix did not speak. It merely turned back to Lynne, nodded as if he was given a command even though Lynne did not say anything, and pushed Verrena away from Cecilia and himself.

"FUN!" Verrena smirked, licking her sword and preparing her next strike as she met Lynne's eyes.

              "..."

              Lynne's eyes were pupil-less.

"Very well, headmaster." Cassandra nodded. "Also, headmaster, do tell this year's freshmen to treat their library books better... I've done a catalog check and I'm already missing 13 Class-IV books. 13! How preposterous is that, headmaster?"

Lotus leaned back a little as she stretched. "Gah! 5 minutes feels like an eternity right now."

"I wonder what part of the Orientation actually requires those staff members." Selene muttered under her breath. "I wonder if it's actually been 5 minutes already."

Lotus glanced at Selene, checking her if she had a watch before noticing the 7 clocks on her belt. "Why don't you check the time on one of those?" She said gesturing to Selene's belt.

"Oh! Ah, they're decoration mainly. Not accurate at all, y'know?"

"Really?" Lotus then turned and sighed as she glanced around before noticing the man next to them was fidgeting slightly. "Anxious to be done with this Orientation too, hm?"

As she waited for Sonya´s reaction towards her new appendage, Kris kept gazing at the ice sphere, sometimes it would get clear and you could see the hand holding it, but it would get cloudy on the inside. The redhead was looking at it with curiosity and the sphere changed its content to a more liquid form as it swayed on its own accord. Then her face showed the faintest hint of uncertainty and the content again solidified but covering everything in a grayish cloud. Another emotion showed faintly of anger and the content became a small core with spike protruding from it that barely touched the sphere´s edges. Finally the wolf sighed and let the sphere become again the accessories for her arms and fingers.

                    Trinity Soul University - Orientation

As the vampire stood there, her eyes closed and her mind racing with adrenalin, the response she received was far from what she had expected. A female voice could be heard calling out, demanding more and more blood from the girl. The sound that followed sounded like the clashing of steel. While Seki still couldn't see, she could tell that Cecilia was in some manner of danger. Without giving it a second thought or knowing the full extent of what was going on, the vampire use her sense of smell to swiftly locate the Brunette. I the blink of an eye Seki had lifted the girl bridal style and brought her back to where Seki had been initially standing. She placed the girl back on the ground before she would have even realized she had moved at all. She then took a defensive stance between the girl and whatever threatened her.

However much to the relief of Seki it seemed someone else was already defending the girl. At the very least Seki had pulled the girl out of the line of fire, whomever was protecting her need not worry about the girl's safety now. Seki still wasn't able to open her eyes, nor had she been able to memories the cent of the other two girls, as a result of her being weekend by the sun during their first meeting. Thus she had no idea the two girls were two of the same girls from before. The only thing she was certain about is that neither of them were vampires. It puzzled Seki why either of them would have been so crazed for blood that they would attack her. Specially when Seki herself was demonstrating such self control. It was then the vampire realized that some of the blood from the girl's spell had gotten onto her hands, coating them with the girl's smell. The smell left Seki's visibly trembling as she stood there between Cecilia and the battle being fought between the two girls.

                      Trinity Soul University - Orientation

Despite the young man's questioning as he followed Trista, Trista had but a hunch that the blur was in fact Seki. There was no mistake. Thus far, Trista had only seen but a few people who wore as black as Seki did. But given the unnatural speed of the blur, there was no doubt that the source was either kind of mage who could possibly accelerate themselves to high speed or someone who wasn't even human. Like a vampire. It was only a hunch on Trista's part but, deep in her heart, the small girl held but a small amount of faith in her assumption.
"I... I-I don't know but-" Trista explained to the young man. But her speech was suddenly halted by the sight before her. She had found Seki. But the reason as to why Seki was here was something that Trista could not fathom. A sight which had Trista immediately stop in her tracks.

A battle. A clash between a mysterious, horned, magmatic monster, and a strange young lady with long blonde hair and an unusual regal or bridal dress. Surrounding the combatants were a strange small black haired girl with a notepad, Seki, a petite brunette with a bloodstained arm, and... a skeleton. A tall, foreboding skeleton whose bones were stained a horrible black. Trista did not know how to comprend the sight before her. Had Seki rushed over here because of the battle that was taking place? Or was there another reason?

Trista felt scared. More so than she had in long time. Two people, battling right in front of her very eyes. Trista knew that magical combat was a possibility, but never once did the girl imagine that she would ever be faced with one. On the first day nonetheless. To Trista, the thought of two people battling was something immediately terrifying to the little Trista. But, should the battle grow out of hand, Trista could find herself at the receiving end of the two warring combatants. Or worse yet, so could Seki, the young man, or any other innocent person in the immediate area. The idea of being attacked was scary enough to Trista. The idea of being in presence of others being attacked, especially if they were friends or loved ones, was just as scary.

Terrified and afraid, Trista quickly descended to her knees and began to cower. Starting as but a small whimper, Trista began to cry out in fear. Right now, as weak and as powerless as she was, all Trista could do was await her fate. Even if she was within immediate reach of her roommate, all Trista could think of was as to how dangerous the current situation was.
"SEKI!" Trista yelled out in panic in between her anxious cries. Trista knew not why. But the only words that Trista could let slip were that of her roommate. The very same person that was currently spectating the brawl unfolding before Trista.

You're shaking and... what is going on?" Her blue green eyes widened as she saw Lynne and Verrena. "W-what are you guys doing? Did I do this?" She lifted her bloodied arm, before looking at it. "I must have released too much. But, Seki...?" She was cut off, hearing another girl call out to Seki with a panicked tone. "Lynne, please don't hurt Verrena! We're all friends, right? Right!?" The brunette's arm trembled as she brought it down to her side, stepping towards the two girls in their violent clash. "Verrena, we need to find the staff members still. We shouldn't be fighting." Her voice was serious, quite different from how she normally was, her hands clenched in a fist. "Stop fighting, both of you! It was my fault, wasn't it? I released too much blood and now you two need to stop."

Amongst all the chaos, the vampire found herself unable to keep track of anything that was going on. All she could focus on was the blood on her hands. That was of cores until she heard the families voice of her room mate cry out to her. Her scream echoed through the hall, sure to alert anyone who was near by, or anyone with adept hearing. The vampire managed to stop shaking, knowing the situation had changed for the worse.

The vampire seemed calm, almost tranquil as she stood there in the hall with her eyes closed. As if all the chaos around here had halted, as if time itself had stopped. The vampire knew she couldn't allow anything to happen to Cecilia or little Trista, there was too much at stake. a moment of so passed before Seki finally opened her eyes again. "I'm sorry Cecilia." was all she said before taking the girl's arm and placing her lips over the hole she had made with her pin. Seki didn't sink her fangs into the girl but she sucked on the small opening hard enough to pull out three mouth fulls of the girls blood She took a little less that what was normally taken from a blood donor before releasing the girl's arm. Feeling refreshed, the vampire let out a small sigh before returning her attention to her room mate. "Trista... Don't worry you aren't in any danger while i'm here. Go back to orientation, I'll be there shortly."
