I don't think it will end well... that or maybe they might become permanent partners or something, forming their own organization of sorts for mercenaries only kind of like the Maverick Hunters, but only working for money (While the Maverick Hunters work for the protection of humanity)...

Well, I'd say that the only real differences would be their ideologies.
Six is a hitman/mercenary, but he does have honor. He won't take up certain jobs if they include killing innocent people.
That being said, people still try to hire him for jobs, due to his results.
HUNK seems like the kind of person that doesn't care, just as long as he gets paid.

That whole starting a organization part was kinda a joke ^^;
Also HUNK could be considered one of the most mysterious characters within the franchise, as practically nothing is known about him (be it his age, or his early life, or even his real name) aside from his role as a mercenary.
Also apparently HUNK seems to have some sort of psychological problems as HUNK only seems to have a soldier side and that any human side seems to have vanished. (According to a report that was a part of a promotion campaign for Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City.)

Not much is known about Six either.
Everything was either blacked-out in the reports, or just not mentioned in the Halo universe.
