That's the thing. When Flandre announced that the main group had won at defending Cirno was there cheering and I have no clue what's going on with Dai, Wriggle seems to either have:
Completely Forgotten
or
Is too focused on other things.
Duo is already following Yuuka and John though.
Also Duo still doesn't know where Cirno is.

Aah, what happened to Dai in relation to the avalanche...Well, I dunno about you guys, but I recommend leaving HM in the snow because A. It's a burial within itself and B. When he revives, I want his insane laughter to howl through the night like a wolf.

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

I'm not REALLY going to. It was just a threat to make sure your characters don't try to do everything and throw off ENTIRELY EVERYTHING I planned to make things a bit more... Unexpected.

Don't forget some notable achievements of Wesker's superhuman speed, accelerated vision, and agility included being capable of dodging bullets at practically point blank range with nearly no effort (including rapidfire, multiple shot weapons, grenades, and Rocket Launchers.)
In short... the sniper is going to experiencing a hell of a lot of pain.
