Why I'm asking is because I am trying to necromance the arcs. However, I only have so much power. If everyone in the specified arc left the rp, there is nothing I can do. However, if only one person is alive, I can arrange a practical revival, resulting in leaving the arc and creating a new one. These are called endangered arcs. If an arc is at a stand-still because of the inactivity of otherwise active people, I constantly try to jump-start the arc back to life. These are called threatened arcs.
