Garden of the Sun
The sunflower field in the Garden of the Sun, and a quaint wooden manor, was the source of Yuuka's joy and peace. She did have her moments of comfort with other Characters that treated her with hospitality, but this was the condition Youkai should be in: Quiet, alone, and uninterfered.
"Well, today was a long day." Yuuka stretched out of tiredness and boredom. "I think I'll go to sleep too."
As Yuuka was changing, she heard a knocking on her door.
"Who is it?" Yuuka opened the door to find Medicine Melancholy, a poisonous doll youkai.
"Miss Kazami..." Medicine was crying. She was holding a baby doll similar to her.
"Oh what's wrong, Medicine?" Yuuka asked.
"I had a bad dream and I can't sleep... Can I sleep in your house?" Medicine sobbed. Oh how cute she is.
"Aww, of course you can." Yuuka embraced Medicine with a hug. "Come on in, I'll make you some tea after I finish changing, ok?"
Medicine fell asleep on Yuuka's bed before Yuuka could even prepare tea for her.
"She must've been tired." Yuuka smiled as she examined Medicine. Medicine was young, even so compared to a human. But because of her dangerous ability, people and youkai alike shunned her. She bore all that hatred, and yet she still sleeps like an angel.
"Foolish Yuuka, you're no different from a human compared to what Medicine had to go through." Yuuka whispered to herself as she sipped on the green tea she brewed. "Ouch, hot, gotta let it cool before I can drink it."

Axl and X had finished their training. X decided to go run some of his systems scans to make sure nothing is wrong with his systems. Axl on the other hand had decided to go into sleep mode until the next morning.
X continues to run his scans but the thoughts of his new friends keep interrupting. "I made so many new friends lately... I promise to protect them with all of my might... even if it involves risking my own life to protect them..." Said X as he leaves the Sleeping Quarters. He then goes back to the courtyard and decides to sit under the tree there. Looking up at the large palace that belongs to Shinki. Going deep into thought as he does so.

Zero goes into his chamber room again. Opening a panel on his arm a small screen can be seen. He pushes a few buttons and the sound of beeping can be heard. "If X is in this world then I should be able to contact him..." Said Zero as he waits for some kind of response. After a while of waiting a No Signal message comes up on the screen. "Damn... guess he isn't in this world after all..." Said Zero as he gets another idea. "Maybe Axl is in this world..." Said the red robot as he gets the same No Signal message. He then tries to contact Pallette and he does get some sort of signal, but she did not respond. "Maybe she is busy doing something." He said as he continues to try and connect to Layer, but no success either, he then tries the old leader of the Maverick Hunters Signas, but no response from him either. He then remembers Alia and tries to connect...
... ... ... ... ... ... ...
"Hello?" Said a distinct female voice on the other end.
A small smile comes over Zero's face as he finally got a response from one of his old teammates. "Ah Alia... I did not expect you to respond..." Replied Zero to Alia over their inbuilt communication system.
"Z-Zero is that you? It's been a while where are you?" Replied Alia as Zero thinks of how to respond.
"Well... you see...." Said Zero as they begin catching up.

Shinki's Courtyard
As Shinki came down on him, Hank charged a punch with energy, lightning crackling off his hand as he punched Shinki in the gut with a force that sent even the Auditor reeling when Hank fought him. As he did so, after the punch landed, he cut through a layer off the wall, allowing him to leap through.

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

When the old man wakes up again he look around him, looking for any form of threat. All he saw was a hospital looking area.
A man was sitting next to him. The same one that lead the guards. "Hello. Are you feeling better?"
("Feeling better? What do he mean by that?"). The old man tries to remember what happened finding only a big wall and lots of pain. He can't remember anything, not even his own name.
"You was attacked by a powerful character? We still don't know who but we are currently tracking him. It's lucky you're still alive."
"Characters? What do you mean by that?" ("Good, it seems i still remember how to speak").
"Looks like you have quite a memory loss." The man the proceed to explain what had happened over the few last years.
After he's done explaining what happened there both of them just sit there for some time.
After about 5 more minutes the old man answers "I'm not an character!".
"Off course not, you're just as plain and boring as everyone else here".
The old man than falls unconscious again.

The fight took its time as Mara was already asleep since a patch of snow was formed around her on the tree branch, both Nera and Renamon were starting to get exhausted as Nera decided to make her last atttack.
Nera was running really fast as Renamon´s senses barely catched up to the jackal "You may have stealth, but I have speed" Nera said making a flying kick towards the fox
Renamon met the leg and grappled it by using its force to her advantage by sending the jackal to the ground "Sometimes speed isn´t he best thing she said as she fell too to the ground.
"This was a good training, let´s just enjoy the stars tonight" Nera said looking at the starry sky and so did the vixen

"God Sign - Fatal Illusion."
Five clones of Shinki appeared, firing faster-than-ever bullet walls and homing lasers

Train wreck, Nevada; Otori
I looked inside the train, and it was a mess. I had a feeling that if Komachi were here, she'd crack a joke about how much of a train wreck this place would be.
Too bad she wasn't. Or Shikieiki. It was better this way.
I walked around the interior. I saw a lot of bodies. I stole all the weapons from their bodies. Force of habit.
I started from the caboose all the way to the train engine. I took all the weapons and put them in a bag I brought along. I went out of the hole made.
I couldn't believe what I saw.

The lasers gained on him fast, but a backflip made them lose track of him as he continued firing.
"Gutsy is my middle name, Shinki." Hank chuckled.
Somewhere in Nevada
Sanford was about to head over to the train, taking a shot of vodka before he went, and he also polished his hook, though he knew it would get coated in blood again, it did help in terms of it's lifespan.
