"Nitori should be back soon, and Iku is on a ship near the beach.", Isaac said.
"Tell you what. I could call Nitori and say that she has visitors, if you want to say hi. Besides, she's been gone for a while now."

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

Isaac watched as they entered the elevator and left the floor.
(Hmm. Where is Nitori anyway? The whole night has gone by and she's still not back.), Isaac thought to himself as he rubbed his chin.
Isaac then turned to EVE.
"EVE, I need you to keep repairing the barriers in Zero's programming. I'm going to look for Nitori. When Lt. Trewalney wakes up, tell him that I went out to find her.", Isaac said as he began running a quick diagnostics test on his suit.
All of a sudden, the pink-haired girl appeared in one of the chairs.
"So, tell me more about yourself. Who are you?"
"Dah! How did you do that? I closed the door.", Isaac asked in a surprised tone.

The gangster man took Nitori to a man with a peg leg. The man with a peg leg also had no left arm, which was replaced with an axe.

"Give her the USB." The peg-leg man motioned, and the Visor nodded again, taking a USB drive out of his jacket pocket and handing it to Nitori.
"What is this?" Nitori asked.
"That USB contains every dirty things US government committed, both public and private, for the past 100 years, dating all the way back to the World War II era." The peg-leg man answered. "Once you read all the files, you should think twice about whether you can really trust those around you."

"EVE, I want you to put this conversation in private." Nitori commanded, and EVE did so. This conversation was now inaudible to anyone but Nitori and EVE.
"What happened? Feeling better?" EVE asked.
"No. I want you to access every file in this USB drive." Nitori answered, plugging the USB drive she received from the peg-leg man into ADAM's USB Port. The files sync'd to EVE, and the folder opened up in front of Nitori as a holographic data.
"These are all labeled SS-rank or higher..." EVE reported, observing the file classifications. "Are you sure you want to access all these? These files must be encrypted harder than the National Bank..."
"They aren't. Trust me. Open the one labeled: Vietnam01." Nitori assured. EVE opened the file out of doubt, and the file opened without any ACCESS DENIED page.
"Whoa, a SS-ranked file that isn't encrypted? Where'd you get-" EVE gasped in surprise and shock.
"Don't ask, just access." Nitori gnarled. EVE pouted, but did her job nonetheless. Nitori then started reading: all 253 text files, pictures, videos, presentations, and other media format files, her face distorting every time she moved to the next file.
