John followed Yuyuko to the dining hall. The dining hall was a grand room with intricate designs and crystal chandeliers hanging from the ceiling.
Unsure of the procedures to get food, he mimicked Yuyuko's actions.

"Hello Louise." Yuyuko greeted the server, Louise. "What's today's special?"
"Clam chowder." Louise answered. "I got some sweet potato breads from the Aki Sisters, too. They're divine, if you catch my drift."
"Ahaha, nice." Yuyuko laughed, "I'll take servings for 3."
"Right you are." Louise said, and turned to John. "And how can I help you?"
"Hello Louise." Yuyuko greeted the server, Louise. "What's today's special?"

Somewhere on the border of New York state
Marisa was travelling south since her earnings at the Inventory, and stopped in a little town on the border of New York, and she lied down in a small, albeit nice hotel room, switching on the television to watch the chaos known as the news.
"Breaking News has just occurred in the Sea of Japan, where one of the Category G Akrid has been killed. This is the first ever Cat G Akrid to be killed, and is a big breakthrough in fighting them, since they have appeared all over the planet. The Cat G, which has been dubbed by many to be known as Red Eye, and was killed by a group of four characters known as Salvador, Kliener, DAR, Pontius, and Mima. The other four claim that Mima did most of the work, and that she should get the reward, though she has rejected these claims." the news reporter said.
Marisa chuckled. "So, that's where Mima's been, ze? Well, I guess I know where i'm going."
"The killing of the Cat G, however has caused mass amounts of energy, dubbed thermal energy, to be released, causing massive climate change around the Sea of Japan, and for it to start to freeze over. The Japanese, Korean, and Chinese governments are dealing with the situation as we speak, and may mean for the moment that Japan may go into a deep freeze if not handled soon." the news reporter continued. "The four have not been seen since the incident, but rumors have been circulating that they may have headed to Russia, to escape the wrath of the three governments."
Marisa switched off the TV, and headed out of the room, checking out and flying across the border on her broomstick.

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

(3? 3 meals? At least I have a reason for eating a lot, I'm larger and have a higher metabolism due to my augmentations. Maybe she's taking it back to the Infirmary...)
"And how can I help you?"
John's attention snapped right back to reality.
"I'll take 2 servings of clam chowder and sweet potatoes."
"I'll take servings for 3."

(Shouldn't Korean Government be worried about it, too? Seeing how Sea of Japan is right next to them... (And I believe the proper name was the East Sea... being used for over 2000 years.)

John took both meals to a nearby table, but didn't sit down.
(I'm way too heavy for these chairs. I guess I'll just have to stand up and eat...)
John placed his food on the table and reached into his helmet for the emergency valve. The helmet gave of a faint hiss as his suit depressurized.

(Actually, the proper name is the Sea of Japan, not the East Sea, as many people think. At least that's what the Japanese goverment says)

"These sweet potato breads are so good, they really are divine." Yuyuko said to Louise.
"Thank the Aki sisters. They're the ones who made the bread, not me." Louise snickered.
"Okay!" Yuyuko smiled, and resumed eating.

John took off his helmet, only to be greeted to the sound of "Omnomnomnomnomnom."
John slowly turned his head toward Yuyuko's direction to see her gorge herself, eating faster than he has ever seen anybody eat.
His face contorted to one of shock and astonishment.
(What the hell!? How can somebody eat that much!? She eats as if she's starving! She's only about 5'7 or 5'8. She doesn't look like she would have a very high metabolism.)

As Yuyuko was eating, a young girl came to the dining hall. She had a short silver hair, dark blue eyes, and carried two katanas.
"There you are, Yuyuko-sama!" The silver-haired girl shouted angrily as she stormed towards Yuyuko. "Everyone at Hakugyokurou is waiting for you. Let's go!"
"No, wait, I'm not done eating yet-" Yuyuko objected, but the silver-haired girl was unyielding, dragging Yuyuko by her hands out of the dining hall. From the distant, Yuyuko shouted: "Youmu you are a meanie!"
