I'm not going to make two characters for once in my life.

Every single time a duo or at least a main person amd their partner.

Female Dorms | Room 108

Raiko crossed her arms and watched as the fox walked away with that indecent picture of her still in the girl's possession.

"Alright then, Aya." She overemphasized the fox girl's name, making sure to make it obvious that she knew that it wasn't her real name. "Go choose your room, I'll take last pick."

She scooped her lighter clothes and headed toward the bathroom. Just before she closed the door behind her, she said out loud, "Maybe I'll just scry your name and make you my servant."

Male Dorms - Hallway

Svinn internally grinned to himself as a scream rang through the hallway and he almost cracked a grin to himself as he saw the maniac who let out such a bloodcurdling screech sat in front of the door with the same number as the tag on his key. Amusing roommates indeed.

He jangled the key next to the demon's ear while clicking his tongue at him. "For shame, you should know that always having your dorm key on you is the most vital part about living at a university."

Where the humans at?

Joel Arken
Name: Joel Arken

Race:
Human (Mechanically augmented: eyes, brain, and stomach)

Age: 23

Appearance:
Joel is 5 foot, 11 inches tall and has dark brown hair. He sports lean muscles on his arms and looks as fit as anyone else his age would look. At the back of his head just below his hairline, there is a scar left from the augment implanted into his skull. His eyes are red in color and look mostly like normal human eyes, but he actually has telescopic lenses in them which gives him the ability to focus his vision by up to 50 times.

His normal attire consists of steeltoed boosts, jeans and a black flight jacket over a plain t-shirt.

Personality: The calm, collected type. Whatever trauma he may have, he makes sure to never show it. His outlook on life is rather bleak, but he made a promise to himself to protect those in need. He doesn't trust super humans and sides with the psychics and animalia, though he could make an exception for a good drinking buddy.

In battle, the decisions he makes are based more on his allies' survival more than anything. He can't bear to simply watch someone though his scope get slaughtered while he does nothing.

Biography: Joel was born before right when the entire incident started, a year after the reactors began putting out their radiation. As he grew up, he didn't think too much about how different the other children were since they were decently common and he was the same age as some of them and he actually thought it was kind of cool. His parents taught him to accept such things as normal, while they themselves seemed to be unable to fully comprehend the situation.

As the situation began to descend into madness and riots began to break out, his parents sent him to live with his uncle in a smaller town, far from cities. At the town, he learned a few tricks from his uncle, who was an ex-military engineer. The entire town was oblivious to how bad things were getting in the cities until one day, Joel's uncle went to the city and returned with wounded children, most of which were psychics and animalia. Everyone was shocked as he explained the situation and his plan to save all the children, but all of them stayed to see the plan through, the town had become a refugee camp. Every day, people would drive out to nearby cities to search, some never returned.

It was when Joel was 17 that his uncle began to teach him about using guns. "You might need to defend yourself one day, as much as I'd hate to see you find a need to." His uncle had said. He practiced every day under his uncle's watchful eye until his uncle decided that his talent could be put to use with a rifle. During a day of practice, a friend of his uncle had arrived, another ex-military engineer except this one was a master of bionics. With his suggestion, Joel's uncle's approval, and Joel's determination to get stronger to better protect the town, they modified Joel's body. When Joel turned 19, he was already a near perfect deadeye and he had perfected his ability to control his bionics.

The sun was setting, Joel was preparing to leave his practice grounds and head back to town when he heard gunshots echoing across the valley. In the growing darkness, he peeked over the hill to see the town ablaze. He zoomed his eye in as far as he could and placed the rifle's scope in front and saw the carnage clearly. Bodies littered the street, a small group of heavily armored soldiers walked around, making sure that none would survive. The way they acted was simply... inhuman. Jumping from the ground to rooftops, moving faster than a car, the ability to see anyone hiding even through a wall, it was no doubt that these were super humans.

Joel continued to watch, petrified in fear but also feeling rage boil up within him. His finger was on the trigger but he just couldn't pull it, he had not fired at a live target before, he subconsciously couldn't bring himself to take another's life. He ground his teeth as he watched, finger still frozen on the trigger. That is, until he saw his uncle. His uncle jumped out, holding an assault rifle pointed directly at the super humans. His uncle didn't even have a chance to fire, he was immediately brought down by the speedy super human. Through his scope he watched as his uncle was killed. Tears filled his eyes and he pulled the trigger, the sound of a supersonic bullet rang through the air. He dove back behind the hill with his heart racing, not knowing whether he hit anything and not knowing whether they knew where he was.

Four years had passed since then, now he has no problems with killing and regrets every moment that he couldn't pull that trigger. He's simply a wanderer, helping out camps of psychics and animalia while taking out government soldiers and whatnot.

Abilities: Augmented eyes, telescopic lens with highly reactive light-adaptive properties as well as a thermal imaging lens. Optical zoom up to 50 times, light-adaptive lenses work for sun and are quick enough to nullify the effects of a flashbang. Brain is augmented with a tiny computer that provides extra processing power to help calculate optimal adjustments for aiming, also used to activate or deactivate certain augments at will. Metabolic interchange allows for creation of energy from food. Ethanol burner can generate power by using alcohol as fuel.

Skills: Joel is a sniper who has had six years of experience, his aim is extremely accurate and precise to the point that he almost never misses. He can spot great hiding spots for both himself as a sniper and enemies waiting to ambush. His skill with a handgun is decent at best, but he at least can give himself a chance were someone to sneak up on him.

He picked up a few skills for working on guns, machines, vehicles, while he can't deconstruct then reconstruct anything blindfolded, he can do mild maintenance and repairs if he needs to. He can also knows how to make traps to help him as a sniper, cheap alarms and wire traps are the most common things he uses.

Other: Weapon of choice: Anti-materiel rifle with a flash hider.

Raiko clicked her tongue in annoyance, this girl was seriously trying to mess with her, there would be no way that a phone that literally just took a picture would have run out of battery.

"Yes, very believable." She deadpanned as she slipped her full outfit back on. She held out her right hand to the fox girl while letting tiny bolts of electricity arc from her index finger on her left hand. "Maybe I can help you, I do know lightning magic you know." Behind her smug smile, Raiko actually doubted that she had enough power to keep an electronic device running.

Trinity Soul University | Male Dorms

After drinking down the vial of blood, Svinn was taking no chances and washed his mouth thoroughly with water to ensure that nobody would be able to detect the scent of blood on his breath. Once he finished that and took the liberty of slicking back a loose cluster of his hair, he headed back out toward the Male Dorms. He checked the tag on his key as he walked, musing about how he was guaranteed to get interesting people as his roommates.

"Oh you're..." Raiko began to fidget nervously. "Some of the branch families are foxes so I know, but with someone I just met..."

She turned around a thought silently to herself before looking over her shoulder at the fox girl.

"Only if you delete it first."

Raiko let out an audible sigh of relief as she heard the door close. Her ears twitched as she heard a virtual shutter and immediately turned to face the girl who called herself Aya.

Eyes wide and outfit still clutched tightly to her chest, Raiko ran up to Aya and began begging, "No wait, please delete that, I'll do anything!" As soon as the words left her mouth, she immediately regretted them considering that the girl was a fox, a race with a particularly bad reputation for tricks.

Raiko heard the door slam open behind her as she slipped her outfit's sleeves off her arms. She didn't even dare check who it was, she turned her back completely to the door and covered up her bare chest with her outfit. "I'm so stupid, why would I even think of changing here, of all places?" She thought to herself, biting her lip.

Shadows moved across the ray of light shining in from the door, some even stopped for a moment before moving on. One was there from the beginning and it stayed there, silently watching. As Raiko stood frozen, her face began to steadily flush the longer as the person continued to stare at her, leaving the door open. The air around her buzzed with electricity, though it was hardly enough to give anyone any more than a tiny shock.

"C-close the door." She said, her voice barely a whisper.

No response, perhaps they didn't hear. Or maybe they were ignoring her.

"I said close the door." She repeated, this time her voice more stern, but still shaky.

There we go, a triple backflip and a perfect setup for a certain bisexual trickster of a fox girl.
