BTW here is the ship that X and the 17th Elite Unit is using

    With this as their Emblem

Oh and here is the uniform for the human members (video game human characters/actual humans) of the Maverick Hunters (it was originally used as the uniform for the Hunters Guild in Mega Man ZX.)

The uniform is designed to be bulletproof, heat resistant, and shock (both impact shock, and electrical shock resistant.) The the suit also comes with a standard plasma energy semi-automatic rifle that is capable of full auto, a small energy dagger, and a small plasma energy handgun as a sidearm.

The helmet is capable of nightvision, and heatvision as well. All this gear is supposed to help completely human members of the Maverick Hunters handle missions much more easily.

        Name: Aya Drevis

        Game of Origin: Mad Father

Appearance: used to be young, but encounter with Mathael caused her to age. She now looks like this.

Morality: a time bomb. She is now true good, but if faced with certain conditions she will turn into a chaotic neutral/evil

Personality: Aya is a good natured girl that truly loves her family. Despite of her father's morbid activities and affair she continually strives to think positively and try to live a normal life. Aya maintains a cheerful attitude with only Snowball, her rabbit as a constant companion. It is noteworthy that despite witnessing things that are too horrific even for most adults or could drive one to insanity Aya is still able to keep a level head at a very tender age.

Her love for her parents is one of the driving forces in the game. It is shown in flashbacks that she is raised normally by her parents wholeheartedly, cementing her belief to love family to the end. Lack of outside life didn't hinder her maturity because of her parents' attention and constant care. This fact is what causes Aya to believe that her parents are genuinely good. Her devotion to both of her parents is what encouraged her to face tasks that are seemingly impossible for a girl her age to even consider undertaking.

She would try everything in her power to save a loved one; even potential enemies. When the curse started, tormented spirits began to reanimate to relive their desperate last moments. Whenever faced by these spirits, Aya would help them to gain freedom at the cost of her safety. One incident showed Aya's compassion was when their maid, Maria, was betrayed and injured by her deranged father. Despite being hunted by the very same person, she mended her wounds and tried to help her. She has an uncanny talent to mend wounds much like Maria.

In the true ending, though, it was implied that Aya might have turned out to be what her father was when she grew up; a sociopathic murderer.

In the RP, Aya will keep her traits as a young girl, but having been forced into being an adult, who is now a psychopath like her father, she has conflicting personalities. She will be as pure as she was, but if she is introduced to extreme stress, her psychotic nature will expose itself.

Biography: Aya was born in Northern Germany, and spent almost eleven years within the confines of her family's mansion. Despite this, and the peculiarities of her family, namely her father's penchant for live experimentation on both humans and animals, she had a good childhood that she reflects on fondly. After her mother died, though, her life took a slight turn for the worse, as she wasn't fond of Maria, the woman who she thought was going to replace her mother.

Things would become even worse on the anniversary of her mother's death. At midnight, Aya was awoken by the sound of her father screaming, only to find that corpses, ghosts, and dolls had all come to life, and were roaming around her home. Despite the dangers, the young girl would set forth to save her father. She wasn't without help, as some of the corpses were more than willing to aid her. In the process, she would learn of her father's darkest secrets.

In the true ending, a woman comes up to a clinic deep in the woods. She knocks on the door and Aya opens it. The woman explains that her doctor has given up on her due to her lack of funds and that she has heard that Aya works with patients for free. Aya asks for her name and the woman tells her that she is Jean Rooney. Aya invites her in and tells her to lay down on the table. Aya makes a remark about Jean's eyes being "beautiful", commenting on how she can't stop looking at it and asks her if she is nervous. She then tells the woman that she will not suffer from now on. Maria, in the room next to the one Aya and Jean are in, then remarks that Aya is just like her father.

Some think that Aya is actually a good person as the phrase "she is just like her father" may mean that she got the part of her father that saved Maria off the streets.

However, if you pay attention, Jean says that she was helped by an old lady with a carriage. She hears hooves in the back of the house, then when it pans over to Maria, it is clearly shown that she has aged (to the point of being called an old lady...). A door can also be seen behind Maria, (from the back, where the hooves were), the red anatomy book her father had, a small collection of dolls...and to seal the deal, a ladder to a basement to Maria's right.

This implies that Maria tells people that there is a nearby clinic that gives free treetments, takes them there, and then Aya turns them into dolls, thus continuing her fathers work. It is also implied that the father wanted to turn her into a doll to prevent her from becoming "Dirtied" like him.

In the RP, she is found in her room by Ocelot and Phantom. It was later that her father found her and he pursued them. Maya hid them in the basement, but was killed by Alfred. Phantom fought Alfred and won, but entered hibernation. Mathael intruded, and Aya tried to stop him, but was quickly pulled away. Not fast enough to prevent aging. She became an adult. Mathael finished his business and the mansion was destroyed. Ocelot took her and Phantom to an apartment. She now lives with Ocelot in an apartment in Hollywood along with her spirits.

Now here is my app for Claire Redfield.

Chris Redfield, Alia, Phantom, Gate, Zero, and any others I had forgotten are on their way. I just need to get finished with them.

          Spoiler:

          Name: NeoFox

          Timezone: EST

NPC Character of Choice: Claire Redfield

Game of Origin: Resident Evil (2 to be specific.)

Power: When Chris was temporarily with the U.S. Air Force before working for S.T.A.R.S Chris taught Claire in military combat techniques. Due to that training has learned how to handle herself in hand-to-hand combat, as well as being able to wield a multitude of weapons including combat knives and firearms.

Weapons: She always has a basic combat knife on hand, as well as a standard H&K VP70 handgun. Other than that she uses whatever weapons she can find... that is whenever she needs them of course.

Weaknesses: Over all Claire is still human. She is susceptible to everything a normal human can be effected by, but that does not make her useless. She is skilled in combat, and is a very reliable person to have on almost any team.

Appearance: (I'm using her Resident Evil: Degeneration appearance for Season II. Yes I know it's from the movie Resident Evil: Degeneration, but the movies Degeneration and Damnation ARE within the games canon with Degeneration taking place between 4 and 5.)
She stands at 5ft 6.5, and according to my math (actually SUSTIC told me this) she is about 37 years old. 34 at the current point in the games, and 37 within the RP due to the 3 year gap after the Horizon Incident.

Personality: She is the quick witted, strong-willed younger sister of Chris Redfield. Claire also develops very close relationships with other characters like Leon, Steve, Sherry, and Rani to name a few. She is also very close to her older brother; Chris.

Claire is very much a tomboy, but she has some traits that make her more girly than she appears. In Darkside Chronicles, Claire mentions she is scared of spiders and cockroaches. Claire is also one of the few characters to show fear in the series. In Code: Veronica, Claire scampers around when she sees zombies for the first time, and shows fear of hunters in Darkside Chronicles. Claire is very emotional, and one of only two characters to be shown crying in the series.

Currently in the RP before the 3-4 month distance between Season I and Season II Claire had met up with her brother once more, with Six, and with Gerard. She had gotten in a relationship with Six despite Six being 7 years younger (hey maybe she likes younger men XP?)

          Morality: True Good.

          Biography:
          Spoiler:

          Early life:

Claire grew up with her older brother Chris. Eventually, Chris skipped college and joined the US Air Force, while Claire became a student at a university, and took an interest in motorcycles. Claire has been trained in military combat techniques by Chris, and has learned how to handle herself in hand-to-hand combat, as well as being able to wield a multitude of weapons including combat knives and firearms.

          Raccoon City Incident:

Claire arrived to Raccoon City in search of her brother, but found something much worse. After she is saved from a zombie by Leon, Claire and Leon hatch a plan to get out of Raccoon City as soon as they can. After being separated by a zombified trucker, Claire and Leon headed towards the police station from opposite directions, where they hoped to rendezvous. Claire managed to get into the Raccoon City Police Department.

Claire explores the deserted police station and eventually finds Chris' Diary in the S.T.A.R.S. office, which she reads and finds out that Chris is no longer in Raccoon City, as he went to investigate Umbrella Headquarters in Europe, and asks Claire to forgive him for not informing her as to where he was going. Claire eventually runs into the corrupt Chief Brian Irons, who then attempts to kill her, and twelve-year-old Sherry Birkin, the daughter of two important Umbrella researchers, William Birkin and Annette Birkin. Claire encountered Annette on at least one occasion, during which she accused Claire of being a spy for Umbrella.

As Sherry and Claire looked for a way out of the city, they were stalked by the mutated William Birkin. Whilst inside the sewers, Sherry and Claire were separated, during which time Sherry was found by William and infected with the G-virus. Upon reuniting, Claire attempted to find a cure for Sherry within Umbrella's underground labs. While in the laboratory, Claire ran into Annette one more time, before William arrives and fatally wounds his former wife.

Before dying, Annette gave Claire the instructions for creating the G-virus antidote. Claire contacts Leon to take Sherry to an escape train before the lab self-destruct sequence activated. She manages to create the antidote, and when finished, attempts to flee. However, she was thwarted once again by Birkin, forcing her to fight the monster, Claire then rushed to the train, joined Leon, and successfully administered the vaccine to Sherry. Unfortunately, Birkin, now a gigantic amorphous blob, attacked the train, thus triggering another self-destruct sequence. Claire, Leon, and Sherry escaped moments before the train exploded, destroying William once and for all. Not long after their escape, Leon urged her to leave them and go search for her brother, but goes to the neighboring town first to wash off the nightmares she experienced.

          Rockfort Island Incident:

Three months after her escape from Raccoon City, Claire infiltrated Umbrella's Paris facility in search of her lost brother, Chris. At some point in her investigation, her presence was detected, and a security team was dispatched along with a military chopper to eliminate her. After evading the security force, and having narrowly evaded helicopter gunfire, she was ambushed by the team's remainder, and captured by Rodrigo Juan Raval. She was then taken to Rockfort Island to be imprisoned. Upon her arrival, she is knocked unconscious. She later awakens to the sound of explosions and is freed by a wounded Rodrigo. Due to her strong will to survive and to find her brother, she was able to find her way through the island once it had been attacked by an unknown enemy. Another viral outbreak happened on the island. During her attempt to escape, Claire ran into Steve Burnside, another prisoner on the island, and the two eventually joined forces. Soon, after finding out that Umbrella was spying on her brother, she contacted Leon to tell him and to come get them. During this time, Claire also encountered Alfred Ashford, who insisted that Claire had led enemy forces to the base, and who then released multiple B.O.W's to stop her. Claire also had a run-in with her brother's old rival, Albert Wesker, who decided to leave her as bait to get Chris to arrive at the island. As all of this happened, Claire soon found out about Alexia Ashford, and had a supposed run-in with her, only to be saved by Steve, who then shot "Alexia", revealing that it was none other than Alfred, calling him a "cross-dressing freak". As the two found a cargo plane to escape the island, Alfred then sent out a Tyrant (T-103 Model) (model number 078) to deal with the two survivors, and also had the plane's autopilot redirected, sending the two survivors directly to Antarctica. Upon arriving at the base, Claire and Steve found that the entire facility had been infected by the Tyrant virus. They managed to locate an Australian research base nearby. After having one last showdown with Alfred, she and Steve used a snowmobile to escape the Australian base, but were forced to deal with Nosferatu before leaving. Things seemed fine as the two headed for the base, until a dying Alfred managed to awaken the hibernating Alexia from stasis, who then held them captive.

When Chris had finally arrived at the Antarctic facility, he managed to rescue Claire, but was separated from her once again by Alexia. To make matters worse, Claire soon found Steve, who had been infected with the T-Veronica virus, thus causing him to mutate. Claire was forced to escape from the monster, only to be nearly killed by a giant tentacle. Steve suddenly came to his senses, and freed Claire, only to be mortally wounded in the process. As he reverted to his human form, he confessed his love to Claire, and died by her side.

Though emotionally distraught from what happened to Steve, Claire managed to give Chris instructions for initializing a self-destruct sequence, before eventually reuniting with him. After Chris killed the mutated form of Alexia once and for all, he attempted to escape with Claire, only to be interrupted by Wesker.

Once their confrontation was over, Chris and Claire evacuated in a harrier, determined to bring Umbrella down, once and for all.

          Harvardville Incident:

After Chris rescued Claire, the Redfield siblings parted ways. Chris joined the BSAA, while Claire returned to Sherry's side to offer emotional support during the daily tests and experiments conducted against her. Eventually, she joined a non-governmental human rights organization called Terrasave. Seven years after the Raccoon City incident and the Rockfort Island incident, Claire arrives at Harvardville Airport to meet a friend who was part of Terra Save as well. Claire's friend, Aunt Chawla, asks Claire to watch over her niece, Rani Chawla, as Aunt wants to bring the "limo" around front. Claire and Rani introduce themselves and wait for Aunt to come back. As Claire and Rani are waiting, they see senator Ron Davis comes on the airport TV and passes a comment which Claire and Frederic Downing find rather pathetic.

Frederic introduced himself and then leaves. Ron, in disguise, and his bodyguards try to leave the airport until Rani spots him out as "The bad guy we saw on T.V!". As Ron pushed past the reporters, he spotted a man standing around acting like a zombie. Claire takes off the man's mask and he is arrested by the police. The Police Chief asked if Claire was involved with the protest and she responded cautiously, knowing the cop would arrest her too. The cop then thought he spotted another protester, so he went to stop him. It turned out that it was a real zombie, which attacked and killed the cop instantly. Moments later, Ron's bodyguards were killed as well.

The airport was in chaos, and Claire went to go get Rani, who was still in the rest area. She spotted her and ran in her direction until she ran into Curtis Miller, who seemed rather suspicious. Claire focused her attention on Rani and was stopped once again when the senator grabbed her arm and begged for help. Moments later, a plane crashed through the terminal, and Claire threw herself and the senator to the ground to avoid being hit. The airplane door opened, and zombies started coming out from it, bringing Claire back to her nightmares in Raccoon City.

Claire, Rani, Ron and others took refuge in the VIP lounge of the airport. Claire sent out a 911 call for rescue, which was received by S.R.T. member Angela Miller. After calling 911 and waiting for help, a sudden scream followed by gunfire gave Claire the knowledge of other survivors. Equipped with an umbrella, Claire made her way into the hallways to find the scream. She eventually came into contact with her old friend, Leon S. Kennedy, and S.R.T. members Angela Miller and Greg Glenn. The group headed back to the lounge and tried to think of an escape route. Leon suggested they head through the lobby, seeming as if it is the widest area. Ron disagrees until Claire agrees with Leon, saying that the zombies are slow and the group can get around them.

Ron lets out his frustration on Claire until Leon informed the senator that she was one of the survivors of the Raccoon City incident, giving the reasons why she knew what to do with the outbreak. The group ran through the lobby with Leon, Angela, and Greg killing the surrounding zombies. As the group reached the end of the lobby, Greg is bitten, and tells the group to go on without him. They sheltered themselves up on a large broken piece of debris caused from the plane. The zombies start to surround the group, and zombies from the plane managed to get the door down and attack the group. Ron decides to leave without them and knocks Rani off the debris.

Claire hears a scream and notices Rani is being attacked by zombies. Claire, without a weapon, jumps down to protect Rani. Leon goes to help Claire until he is pinned by a zombie. He throws Claire his gun and she kills all of the attacking zombies in an instant. Claire and Rani then rejoin the rest of the group, and make it out of the airport alive. As Rani reunites with Aunt, Claire meets back up with the Senator and Frederic Downing, the man she saw earlier in the airport. As Frederic talks about a vaccination, Claire is convinced that the current outbreak is Terra Save's fault. Leon comforts Claire and tells her that it isn't her fault. At that time, the vaccine trucks blow up, which makes Leon, Claire and Angela investigate. They meet up with Ron and Frederic and Claire tells them that she thinks Curtis Miller might be the terrorist.

Eventually Claire heads to WilPharma with Frederic. After hearing a conversation between Frederic and Ron, she learned that the G-virus was being researched there, just as Frederic had to go fix the server. As she called Leon, a time bomb was set off, causing a shard of glass to embed itself within her leg, severely affecting her mobility. Leon found Claire, helped her get to an elevator which would lead to her escape and hands her his backup gun. Instead of leaving, Claire found the control room and tried to help Leon and Angela escape from Curtis, who had mutated due to a self-injection of the G-virus.

Once Curtis was disposed of, the three survivors meet up outside along with Ron. Claire finds out that Frederic was behind the whole incident at the airport. Leon, Claire and Angela went to arrest Frederic Downing, who had a sample of the G-Virus with him. Angela arrests Frederic, and the cops come and take over the rest of the situation. The next day, Leon and Claire met up with Angela. They told Angela about Frederic's plans and that her brother Curtis was innocent. With the threat of any further outbreaks temporarily subdued, Leon and Claire hope to meet again under more normal circumstances. Leon rushes off to his next mission in a helicopter whilst Claire decides to leave with Rani and Aunt in their vehicle.

After she had been in the real world she lived with Chris for a short time before Chris went to work for the US Military. She had heard that one day Chris was stationed in London, and since she was a few towns over she had decided to try and pay him a small visit. However she had ended up getting caught in the middle of a war between the Neo-Yakuza Base of London which was led by Albert Wesker, Chris Redfield's most hated enemy, and Prometheus Labs. While she was on the way to the labs she had encountered Six, Gerard, and more importantly her brother.

Since then Claire had helped out the Prometheus Labs recover from when Albert Wesker led an attack on the Labs. She had also gotten in a pretty nice and even somewhat slow relationship with Six A.K.A. Noble Six. Now she occasionally visits Six and her brother at the Labs as often as possible, and her brother even took part in the Spartan Program and is now working with the Prometheus Labs.

Traumas: Easily suffering through the Raccoon City Incident. Almost every Zombie Outbreak she had suffered afterwards brought back memories and nightmares of her the Raccoon City Incident.

Notes: None that I can think of.

            @NeoFox

One more thing, get rid of the Spartan-IV skeletal enhancement in Chris's app. He doesn't really need the enhancement if he already has the Spartan-II version of it.

              Double post, but important.

              @Wriggle

I found some of your old info for the Neo-Yakuza. Here you go.

We go to X's base on Okinawa using military helicopters, (metal birds) stock up on weapons and other general stuff, and hit the bases one by one, recruiting Characters as we go. Here are some of the clients info that Yuuka has been talking about, and whatever Characters there are, if I have any idea.

Hokkaido Hotel - A man by the name of Ken Shizuhana, a descendant of a long line of samurai. He has sleuth of sword-wielding bodyguard, as well as Elesis, Kanavan's Ruby Knight from Grand Chase. I am thinking of Renamon to handle this Character.

Hong Kong Triad Branch - Code name: Xie, a man from the Slums of Shanghai who lived believing on his fists and nothing else. As he gained fame across the Triad, the head of Triad allowed Xie to temporarily run the business on Hong Kong. To increase his influence on the island, Xie bought two Characters, identities of them I do not know of. (THIS IS UP FOR IDEAS)

SK Gaming Headquarter, Seoul - President of SK Gaming, Lim Yo Hwan AKA BoxeR, was an ex-pro gamer who earned heaps of money through his excellent career as "The Emperor of Terran". With this money, he buys SK Gaming, and turns it into a gamer monopoly. To ensure his safety, BoxeR buys various minor Characters from Starcraft scene, including Matt Horner, Aaron Stetmann, and Rory Swann (I didn't add Jim Raynor because of the fact that Jim Raynor has a high-probability for being picked as a character for RP.) Suika, you reading this? I UNDERSTAND SC2 TOO

These are the three closest clients from the list. Most likely, these will be the first to be raided by the main party.

Here is finally my app for Dante.

                  Name: Mega134

                  Timezone: EST normally.

                  NPC Character of Choice: Dante

Game of Origin: Devil May Cry.

Power: Dante is an extremely adept combatant. He is incredibly proficient with any type of weapon, displaying near-mastery of them within moments of picking them up. He is also quite skilled in unarmed combat, managing to disarm and subdue Nero (who is a powerful fighter in his own right) barehanded in their second fight; his hand-to-hand combat skills are also displayed by his usage of gauntlet-style Devil Arms.

Dante's skill with firearms is impeccable. He has displayed enough accuracy to hit targets as small as the pommel of his sword; shoot his opponents' bullets out of mid-air; and hit the same target over and over with such unerring precision that his bullets stack on top of each other. Dante is also shown to have incredible hand-eye coordination; for example, he kicks the Neo-Generator into the statue above the bridge approximately 20 meters away from where he stands in Devil May Cry 3, and kicks the seed of Echidna the She-Viper back at her to get her attention in Devil May Cry 4.

Dante also possesses extraordinary powers far beyond that of any human being and most demons thanks to the blood of his father, The Dark Knight Sparda, running through his veins. Throughout the course of the series Dante has achieved victory over almost all of the powerful demons he's encountered. It's even implied that Dante's power surpasses that of even his father, a notable example being when Dante defeated Griffon for the final time the latter commented, "[Dante's] are definitely the powers of Sparda. No, even more so."

Dante possesses incredible strength. He can shatter stone with little difficulty, and often overpowers demons much larger than himself. Dante's display of superhuman strength and resistance to injury shows that his physical condition is much tougher than that of humans, allowing him to exert his enhanced muscle power to vast proportions without fear of injury or fatigue.

Dante is blindingly fast, able to dash a short distance to dodge attacks, dodge bullets fired at close-range, and move so fast that he appears to teleport. He is extremely agile as well; able to jump to great heights or even balance himself on a flying rocket, as well as run up vertical walls. In addition, his agility allows him to perform amazing feats of acrobatics that easily surpass even the finest human acrobat.

He is able to channel his power into various physical objects, ranging from his guns to the air itself. Dante can also hold his breath indefinitely, or perhaps even breathe underwater, as he can remain submerged for extended periods of time without taking damage or needing to surface for air. Additionally, Dante possesses great resistance to heat, as shown in Devil May Cry 4 when he casually sat on the flaming tail of Berial and came out with little more than a burnt coat.

Dante can heal from nearly any wound within minutes if not seconds; even the Hell Prides were surprised when he ignored their attacks at the beginning of Devil May Cry 3. Dante's durability has been shown to allow him to simply shrug off wounds that would either disable or outright kill a normal Human, such as being impaled through the chest with his own sword (something that happens in almost every game), struck by opponents with superhuman strength (such as when he showed no discomfort when Nero repeatedly punched him in the face with Devil Bringer), or being shot point-blank in the head and stomach.

Dante rarely shows himself to struggle in battle and wins most of his fights with such ease it's as if he was merely toying with his opponent, however his brother Vergil did defeat him once, then again as Nelo Angelo. Nero apparently defeated him at the beginning of Devil May Cry 4, but Dante admitted the battle only ended the way it did because he underestimated Nero. In their second fight Dante soundly defeated Nero and made the latter realize he was being toyed with from the beginning.

In Devil May Cry 4, it is implied that Dante's strength is not just due to his father (his regenerative abilities and physical strength though are purely genetic), but also from his will to protect others. It is suggested that any Demon who possesses the will to protect and love others rather than to simply destroy will gain the full might of their demonic power, though Dante, Vergil, and Nero may simply be exceptions due to possessing both human souls and demonic power.

Weapons: Dante like mentioned above is proficient in most types of weaponry. However there are two weapons he prefers to use over any other.

His handguns Ebony & Ivory: The Ebony & Ivory are his most prized possessions aside from the Rebellion.
                  Spoiler:

Ebony & Ivory are both M1911-style handguns chambered for the .45 ACP round, and boast a plethora of customized features:

Both pistols have been modified with pivot-style triggers as opposed to the 1911's usual straight-pull trigger
Both feature custom sight systems; Ebony uses a set of target sights, while Ivory uses a pair of combat sights
Both feature ported muzzle compensators that reduce recoil and counteract muzzle flip. Both barrels are extend through the compensators and are ported to match the cuts in the compensators.
Both use custom slides that have been noticeably thickened and reinforced along the slide travel rails and around the chamber and firing mechanism. The result is a slide that bears a resemblance to SIG-Sauer's M1911 line.
Rails have been bolted to the forward portion of both frames. These rails are used to hold the compensators in place.
Both use double-stack magazines with slam-pads.
Both have gold-plated magazine releases, hammers, safety switches and triggers.
Ebony features a hooked, two-handed trigger-guard, while Ivory uses a more traditional rounded trigger-guard.
Both weapons use ergonomic wood grips which are inlaid with portraits of Victorian women; as befits their names, Ebony's is dark-haired, and Ivory's is fair-haired.
Ebony's Ejection port is located on the left side of the weapon, as opposed to the right side (as Ebony is meant to be used left-handed, this causes spent brass to be ejected away from Dante.)

                  Rebellion:
The Rebellion is a Devil Arm. A Devil Arm is a weapon either made from a demons energy, or a demons soul. Devil Arm's are much stronger than normal humans weapons, and are one of the only things actually capable of hurting demons significantly as fire-arms are not very effective against demons. Devil Arm's cannot easily be broken as they take TREMENDOUS amounts of physical, and demonic power to break, and even more power to repair.
                  Spoiler:
The Rebellion is especially important to Dante, as it was an heirloom passed down to him from his father. The Rebellion is a 2 handed claymore that thanks to his strength he can wield single handedly, and with relative ease. As a Devil Arm it's incredibly effective against most opponents. Especially demons.

Weaknesses: Even though none is explicitly stated, Dante does have obvious weaknesses. Dante is arrogant and cocky, and despite powerful enough to take on any foe he comes across he can get a little too ahead of himself. Dante also as a half-demon and having demonic blood in his veins is effected by weapons of holy or demonic origins, and light and dark magic. Being attacked by weapons of such attributes deals more damage than normal, and even though he has a high pain tolerance attacks from these weapons can kill him if he is either attacked faster than he can heal or is attacked with enough force would cause significant damage and would take a bit longer to heal. Complete decapitation or complete destruction of his entire head (and in turn brain)can also kill him. However getting shot/stabbed in the head (as seen in DMC 3 when Lady shot him point blank in the head with a handgun and he just shrugged it off.) Approach Dante with caution. Use weapons that would normally be strong against demons such as demonic/holy weapons, and light/dark magic as wounds from those kind of weapons take slightly longer to heal and do significantly more damage to him. Not only that, but when it comes to things outside of combat he tends to have incredibly bad luck. Especially with gambling.

Appearance: He stands at 6ft 3.

Personality: Earlier in the series' story, Dante is incredibly flippant, casually mouthing off to even the most powerful of demons, and he generally enjoys rubbing people the wrong way. He does mature as time goes by, but never really loses his attitude. Dante is sometimes presented as a show off as, on several occasions, he performs exaggerated and over-the-top moves. Dante is seemingly unflappable, not showing fear whether he's being attacked by the Seven Hells in his office or being swallowed by a giant serpentess demon. With the exception of Devil May Cry 2, Dante rarely shows any seriousness. He can be serious when the situation calls for it, but he still maintains a laid-back demeanor during such situations and is never without a witty taunt or comeback. Dante can seem at times to be uncaring or even callous, but actually has a very strong sense of justice and prefers to fight fairly. He can be counted on to do the right thing, even if he makes cynical quips about it the entire time. Unusually, while he has issues with his own demonic side, Dante has little qualms about accepting demons that choose the side of good, such as Trish and Bradley. Though Dante is quoted as believing that "Humans are often worse than demons" in the anime, he refuses to kill full-blooded humans for any reason. Dante values family and friends very highly. He cared deeply for his mother and, despite their differences, for his brother, Vergil. Even after all the fighting the two did over the course of Devil May Cry 3, Dante still tries to save Vergil from falling into the Demon World, and goes so far as to cry over losing him.

Dante also enjoys fighting, shown when he sometimes does not fight at his full potential so he can toy with his opponent or make a fight last longer. In the anime, Dante gets bored with fighting weak opponents and finds entertainment in fighting strong opponents who will give him a challenge. Dante's enjoyment of fighting was reflected in his dialogue with Echidna during which he asked her if she agreed with him that a fight every now and then makes life more interesting.

Despite verbally complaining about being in debt, Dante seems quite willing to perform missions solely for the good of them, and rarely enforces payment from poor clients. In fact, Dante will typically refuse any job he dislikes, regardless of how much it pays, but will immediately take on any paranormal cases, especially those involving demon hunting, with or without pay. Many of his clients take advantage of this good nature of his, and leave bills for property damage caused during the mission instead of paying for his services. He often borrows from Lady or gambles to repay these debts. However, he has extremely bad luck with all forms of gambling (Dante even has bad luck with a simple coin toss), and loses any game not involved with demon hunting. As a result, he is horribly in debt to Lady, and is often left with no money at all after she takes her cut. However, in Devil May Cry 4 Lady actually pays him a small amount for his "assistance", implying that he no longer owed her money.

Dante has a fondness for pizza, and while he complains about olives, he always ends up with them on his pizza. His liking for pizza was added because the director believes that pizza is the "best food ever". He also enjoys strawberry sundaes, and he also has a habit of getting roaring drunk when there is nothing to do.

Morality: He may not act like it, but he is an honest good. He will always do the right thing, even though he does not seem to care.

Biography: Dante is the son of the Legendary Dark Knight Sparda and Eva, and is the twin brother of Vergil. At a young age Dante had been a pretty happy, yet rebellious kid. He always got into sparring fights with his brother. Sometime before Dante and Veril's eighth birthday, Eva gave Dante and Vergil each a half of the Perfect Amulet. Eventually, Sparda died, and Eva and the twins were left alone. When Dante was eight years old, he and his family were attacked by demons. Eva was killed, and though both Vergil and Dante survived, the twins were separated, and Dante believed Vergil to have died.

After that happened Dante had grown up, and eventually went into the demon hunting business. He eventually opened up his shop (which didn't have a name yet.) Dante ever since had gone through many life saving, and even tear jerking moments. He had saw his brother who he had met up once more fall into the demon realm, he had stopped Mundus once more, and named his shop Devil May Cry. Dante's reputation as a Demon Hunter grew after the several times he had stopped world threatening demon attacks.

Since the Horizon Incident he found himself in China along with his old friend Lady. With her he had opened up a new Devil May Cry with Lady in China. One day though he had actually managed to get lucky and won a trip to Hawaii (which was actually a trap originally devised by an old foe of his the Jester.) While he was there he had enjoyed his stay, and met a shinigami by the name of Komachi. After he met Komachi he had quickly became friends with her. They had since gone to China where his home was. However their stay was not long. After Komachi realized that the Devourer was attacking Dante and Komachi quickly made it to Gensokyo only to find that the Devourer was defeated.

Dante didn't get to fight, but he did get to enjoy the celebration afterwards... even though he made the cute little Inu Sakuya cry he quickly got her to quiet down after giving her some candy. Now Dante lives in Gensokyo for the time being while Lady runs his shop back home. Dante is still friends with Komachi, and even enjoys training with the locals of Gensokyo. Now that it's one day away from Christmas Dante is trying to find out a good gift for Komachi.

Traumas: Easily his mother being attacked and killed by demons, and his brother falling into the Demon Realm during the incident with the Temen-ni-Gru which even brought him to tears.

Notes: None that I can think of except that I did nerf him by giving him actual weaknesses.

                  Oh and his theme:
Do you really think I'm that stupid? *Walks into a door* Okay maybe I am that stupid...

                    Weapons: Rod of Remorse

Weakness: Unknown. tell me if there are any.

Personality: Hates it when Komachi slacks off, helps people repent before they are tried, and is stern, but patient.

Morality: Technically good, but the neoyakuza convinced her that they are good.

Biography:Not much bio, but according to komachi, she used to be a jizou statue before she became a yama. she has then received enough faith to gain divine powers, and was promoted.

After Horizon, though, she was placed in a comatose state and woke up in a Neo-Yakuza base. There she met Otori. Komachi was there as well. They traveled to Okinawa where they chased John and the main group. They hung around them for a while and aided in the raid against Base 3, but encountered Tricky and were sent to Nevada. Shiki and Komachi parted ways with Otori.

Later, on the trip to Hawaii, Shiki was sent back to Nevada, reuniting with Otori. They raided a facility to destroy an Improbability Drive. Afterwards, they encountered Tricky once again. This time, however, Otori was killed. Shiki went to Gensokyo to aid against the Devourer. Otori was revived and was reunited with Shiki again as well as an old friend HM, now a MIHI. They used a unit ship to raid the Consumer, but it failed as a general attacked. With what little life he had left, HM fired a beam at the general, ending both of their lives. Shiki and Daiyousei along with the suddenly appeared John and Gerard, crash landed near the Hakurei shrine.

Later, after a revival of the deceased, Shiki was sent to trial for her powers. After testimony from many, she was spared, but is now on probation. She is now a human in the human village.

                      NPC Character of Choice: Malthael

                      Game of Origin: Diablo

Power: Malthael is the Fallen Archangel of Death, and can sap the life away from any who challenge him. Also, due to his former role as the Archangel of Wisdom, he is bound to see all things.

Weapons: He has two large sickle swords, and is deadly efficient with them.

Weaknesses: Unknown (will get to that later in the story.)

Appearance: He is very tall, and wears long, flowing black robes, with black armor underneath. His face is never seen, and any other distiguishing features are covered by the armor and robes.

Personality: Malthael is an intelligent and noble being who was once said to cherish all life. It is said when he speaks, all are silent to listen. However, he came to be regarded as melancholy, evasive and even frightening. He rarely speaks, is slow to anger and can be ponderous and slow to act, but was revered by other angels for his insight. When he does speak, his voice is said to have enraptured other angels through its melody and the wisdom it conveys. However, as his demenour darkened, his voice became chilling and could provoke thoughts of forboding and feelings of angst. Mendeln was one such example, Malthael's voice filling him with thoughts of permenant, empty death.

                      Morality: Lawful Evil

Biography: Malthael was originally the Archangel of Wisdom on the Angiris Council, and participated in the Endless War between the High Heavens and the Burning Hells, and watched as Imperius, the Archangel of Valor struck down the Lord of Terror, Diablo. Eventually, the object known as the Worldstone was stolen, and Malthael was obsessed with finding it, as not even he, bound to see all, could not see it. The Wolrdstone wa used to create the world of Sanctuary, where this darkened his mood. Eventually, the Worldstone was destroyed, and Malthael disappeared. After Diablo's second defeat in the High Heavens, the former Archangel Tyrael took his place as the aspect of Wisdom. His location was unknown, nor his intentions.

Eventually, he was forced into the real world, where he sought out the Black Soulstone, which was located in a mansion. In the mansion, he encountered the girl named Aya, along with several other people. He left them in a beaten position, taking the Soulstone and leaving. He then reappeared on the Consumer, trying to absorb souls into it. Isaac, Koishi, and Sariel intervened, forcing his hand and causing him to shatter the soulstone, releasing the Demon Lords into the world. He later fought Sariel and John, and was forced into the world of a game known as Journey. It's unknown where he is now in that dustbowl of a world, but dark energies are beginning to gather there, and their cause is unknown.

Traumas: The theft and destruction of the Worldstone.

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.

You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

                        Here is Chris's app finally.
                        Spoiler:

NPC Character of Choice: Chris Redfield

Game of Origin: Resident Evil series

Power: He is a human, though he is quite skilled. Here is a list of his skills and abilities from BEFORE he became a Spartan at the end of Season I.
                        Spoiler:
Chris is proficient with many types of weapons, particularly handguns, shotguns and sniper rifles. He is an expert marksman and once the S.T.A.R.S. top sharpshooter who won a shooting tournament, being the victor over Forest Speyer. His accuracy, precision and focus is fantastic, enabling him to hit long distance targets accurately. He is also an experienced knife fighter.
In addition to his weaponry skills Chris is very tough as an unarmed combatant. Chris was proficiently trained in several fighting techniques such as CQC. In Resident Evil 5 he has put himself through rigorous physical training to increase his muscle mass, making him incredibly strong and resistant. He is capable of sending lesser enemies flying, and able to bring the largest to their knees with a single punch.

Chris is seen facing Albert Wesker in hand-to-hand numerous times. Though Chris had no chance in beating Wesker in the past, due to his superhuman abilities, Chris managed to beat Wesker in Resident Evil 5 due to his extensive physical training. At some point in RE5 Chris tackled Wesker which knocked him back a foot. While fighting Wesker, Chris also displays great feats of stamina and endurance, as he is seen taking some of Wesker's most powerful hits without falling unconscious, immediately getting up to hold the fight to the end.

Chris' strength was such that he was able to punch a boulder into submission several times his size (and weight) into lava during the final fight with Wesker. In RE6, Chris is capable to press lift enemies such as J'avos in order to throw them away. He can also use his bare hands to rip enemies apart or brutally impale them with their own severed tentacles. Compared to Leon's unarmed fighting style, Chris is a rougher fighter whose moves are often brawler-like.

Chris is also very fast and agile, which is surprising considering his size, Sheva even comments on this in Resident Evil 5.

Also Chris's service in the Airforce has made him an incredibly talented pilot. He was S.T.A.R.S. Alpha team's co-pilot. In Code Veronica he pilots a Harrier in high blizzard winds. Later during Resident Evil 6, Chris pilots a VTOL and uses it to destroy a Neo-Umbrella aircraft carrier. Chris may also have a certain understanding of mechanics; he is able to reactivate a missile and use it to blow down a bulkhead door during RE6. Like Piers, he also has a certain knowledge in hacking doors during Chapter 3 where both him and Piers are locked up in the prototype testing room.

Chris' skills and training always lead to him holding a high rank. He was chosen for S.T.A.R.S. Alpha team, and he was chosen as a Special Operations Agent in the B.S.A.A., later becoming a Special Operations Unit Captain.

Chris, despite his amnesia, was still a very capable fighter and retained most of his abilities from before the Edonia incident. Something which Piers comments on.

His abilities and enhancements that he got AFTER he became a Spartan: (Please note S121 told me these enhancements, and they are a combination of the Spartan-III's, and Spartan-IV's.)
                        Spoiler:

8942-LQ99 (Carbide Ceramic Ossification Catalyst drug) - Skeletons become virtually unbreakable, allowing survival in harder impacts.

88005-MX77 (Fibroid Muscular Protein Complex drug) - Increased density of individual's muscles, allowing heavier lifting.

88947-OP24 (Retina-Inversion Stabilizer drug) - Color sharpness is significantly improved upon, and night vision is adapted.

87556-UD61 (Improve The Colloidal Neural Disunification solution) - Greatly improves the individual's reaction time, decreasing the time taken to react by 300%. (More, due to Chris's genes.) "Spartan time"

Muscular Enhancement Lining - Compound applied to the exterior surface of all muscles, allowing them to flex and strengthen far more quickly, also allowing the muscles to operate at great speed without the risk of breaking bones. (This, in combination with his Spartan-III reaction time, allows him to be very agile.)

Pulmonary Polymer Lining - Greatly increases oxygen intake and retention, helps process toxins from the air and allows SPARTANs to breathe certain non-oxygen atmospheres for up to an hour.

Corneal Implants - Boosted perception and massively increased night vision.

Cardiac Implants - Strengthens cardio-vascular tissue and increases maximum heartrate to safely allow massive adrenaline flow without the risk of stroke or heart attack. These implants supposedly are able to allow an unarmored SPARTAN-IV to run at a maximum speed of almost 40 miles (64 km) per hour. (Thanks to the Spartan-III reaction time boost, he can run slightly above 50 mph.)

Artificial Pancreas Implant - Allows the SPARTAN's body to extract the maximum amount of nutrients and carbohydrates from food with minimal waste.

Artificial Platelet Injections - Enhances the body's ability to slow bleeding and clot wounds.

Speed - Can sprint at a maximum of 58 mph. Any more and he risks injury.

Strength - Weaker than a Spartan-II (Spartan-IIs can lift over 66 metric tonnes). Able to lift about 50-55 metric tonnes.

Reflexes - Reaction time is 12 times faster than the average human. With the armor, it goes up to 60 times faster than the average human. Spartan Time makes it faster.

Misc - It is said that as Spartans age, they become faster and stronger, due to their bodies adapting to augmentation.

Weapons: He used to use the Nine-Oh-Nine:
                        Spoiler:

The Nine-Oh-Nine is, in most respects, a typical 9mm handgun. It has average firepower, and an average-sized magazine. However it has a fast fire-rate, being able to fire as fast as the wielder can pull the trigger.

                        and the

                        Assault Rifle for Special Tactics:
                        Spoiler:

This Assault Rifle features a fast firing speed and a strong firepower. Although excelling in speed, it lacks any unique attachments. This weapon is quite devastating in both short and medium range, however at long range it is recommended to fire it in short bursts.

However since he had taken up work in the Prometheus Labs he now uses any weapons assigned to him.

Appearance: He stands at 6ft 1

                        Chris in his armor:
                        Spoiler:

                        Personality:
                        Spoiler:
Chris is close to his friends and family, specifically with his younger sister Claire and his partner Jill Valentine, whom he would both willingly give his life to protect. He also establishes bonds with the people he works with or their respect (Rebecca and Wesker for example) or admiration. He cares greatly for the life of innocents, something that caused him to argue with his superiors in the military.
Chris has a long-standing friendship with Barry Burton, who was an old friend of Chris' family. Barry was the one who recruited him for the Special Tactics And Rescue Service after Chris left the Air Force and began drifting.

Serving as Point Man in S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team, Chris earned the trust of his comrades. In particular, Chris developed a close friendship with Jill Valentine, the only female member of S.T.A.R.S. at the time. Forest Speyer, the sharpshooter of the Bravo Team, was once a great friend (and rival) of Chris, until the Mansion Incident, where Forest was brutally killed and turned into a zombie.

After the Mansion Incident, Chris became obsessed with the Umbrella Corporation, seeking information to bring the company down and avenge the deaths of his friends. Later, Chris and Jill formed a deadly alliance to fight Umbrella together, the B.S.A.A.

Formerly, during his activity in S.T.A.R.S., Chris exhibited a great respect for the team's leader, Albert Wesker, who also considered Chris as his best team member. However, since Chris ruined, or at least delayed Wesker's plans at the mansion, a powerful grudge formed between them. Their confrontations thereafter were always intense and violent.

However, during the Il Veltro incident, Chris was shown as a generic typical "soldier", focusing only on the mission and ignoring all of Jessica, his partner's advances. When asked by her whether he trusted her or not, he remarked "Trust is measured by actions not words" which Jessica replies "That's so like you Chris. Its always about the job isn't it?" He also has a level of professionalism; he never once berated Jessica for her flirting and just focused on the mission. However, when Jill was in danger, he quickly switched focus completely onto rescuing her.

During a B.S.A.A. mission to capture Oswell E. Spencer, Jill sacrificed herself to save Chris from Wesker, while he could do nothing to protect Jill. Jill's perceived death was a very serious blow to Chris personally. Ever since that encounter, he became distant and cold-hearted. It also psychologically scarred him such as when Wesker opened the bomber door and Sheva was almost pulled out to her death, he had a flashback to Jill's death and how he was unable to do anything and almost didn't grab Sheva's hand to save her.

In episode one of the Resident Evil 5 viral campaign, entitled 'Ceremony', Chris is receiving an award for his courageous performance in Kijuju. However, he is hindered from delivering his speech by a sudden onset of violent memories from his mission. This could be taken as an indicator of post-traumatic stress disorder, which could possibly plague Chris after the events of Resident Evil 5.

In RE5 proper, Chris is initially shows a cold acceptance towards most of the grisly circumstances presented in the mission and shows little concern for its location or who he'll be working with. Immediately after meeting Sheva, she asks him if he'd "rather be in America than in a place like this". Chris dismisses the notion, noting that America "has its own dark side". She notes his lack of patriotism, and Chris merely states that he's a realist, noting that America is "a capitalist society" and that "not everyone is cut out for that kind of pressure". He considers that there are opportunities to be had, but as far as he sees it, "at a price". "If you gain, someone else loses," He concludes. When Sheva says that he doesn't sound like any American that she's ever met, he points out that the great thing about Americans is that "we're all different".

Following the battle with the first Uroboros B.O.W. he and Sheva encountered, Chris comments that if they had arrived sooner to assist DeChant and the rest of Delta Team, they would most likely be dead as well. A substantial part of his driving force during this time is seeking out Jill after he receives intel. that she may still be alive. Sheva has doubts about his "personal stake" in the mission, but later appreciates how much he cares for his old partner.

Chris' reactions to the various threats he's faced vary over the years change with his experience. During his initial encounters with zombies and B.O.W.s in the Spencer Mansion, he was angered that it was all set up by Wesker (though in truth, the outbreak was caused by James Marcus; Wesker simply took advantage of the situation). Following the events at Rockfort Island and the Antarctic Facility, Chris begins to categorize people like Albert Wesker into simple criminal personalities, refusing to acknowledge their views and immediately dismissing them as evil. This is most apparent during his first encounter with Sergei Vladimir, where he refers to him as "another Umbrella psycho", despite the latter's various machinations since before the Mansion incident. Chris then views Wesker's world plan in Kijuju with the same disdain. After he and Sheva board Wesker's stealth bomber, he is even sarcastic about the serious implications of Wesker's ambitions, going so far as to mock Wesker for taking his plans from "comic book villains" and dismissing him as "just another of Umbrella's leftovers."

By the time Wesker is killed, Chris is confident that living in a world without fear is worth fighting for, and the cause of combating bioterrorism exceeds all personal costs.

During the events of Resident Evil 6 Chris shows deep concern for his comrades and men. He is very quick to assure rookie B.S.A.A. operative, Finn Macauley, that his teammates have his back and that "No one gets left behind." He shows anger when his men die in the line of duty. This was farther shown when Leon confronts him and prevents him from the woman in the blue dress, angrily stating "I lost all my men because of her!".

Although during the events in Lanshiang. Chris' focus was primarily on catching Carla to the extent that he let many of his squad members die in his pursuit of vengeance. This was rectified when Piers confronted Chris about his vendetta.

When confronting Jake Muller for the first time, he notes something familiar about him, noting the features from Albert Wesker. Months later when saving him, he learned that Jake is Wesker's son and allows Jake to fire at him for killing his father, though he misses on purpose stating that there are more important things at stake. When asked why he revealed this to Jake, Chris states that he has every right to know what happened to his father, no matter what grudge he has against Wesker.

                        Morality: Good

Biography: This is long so I will just post a link to the wiki. (Which is where I'm getting most of my other information.)
                        http://residentevil.wikia.com/Chris_Redfield

After the Horizon Incident he was brought into the world along with his sister Claire. Since then he had lived with Claire at first before getting a job with the US Military. One day he was stationed in London because of reports of sightings of odd creatures around the town. Turned out that there was a Neo-Yakuza base in London which was led by none other than Albert Wesker. While he was there he had lost his squad once more, but not before meeting Gerard who worked with the Neo-Yakuza until finding out that the Neo Yakuza was planning on infecting all of London with the T-Virus with a bomb.

Chris and Gerard tried putting a stop to the Neo Yakuza in London, but encountered a Nemesis T-Type that they had to temporarily defeat. Afterwards they fled to Chris's apartment to think of a plan. The Nemesis however had recovered from it's wounds and went after Chris and Gerard. Eventually going on another rampage after Six had taken care of it... until the Nemesis had reverted to a more basic, yet weaker form. However thanks to his sister Claire, Six, and Gerard they had taken care of the Nemesis once and for all....

It was all a trap though. Wesker knew that Chris would find a way to destroy the Nemesis, but it would still stall him. While Chris and the others were busy Wesker launched a full on attack on Prometheus Labs. Wesker's army of Neo-Yakuza soldiers, B.O.W.'s and such had caused massive damage. However Chris and Six eventually arrived and began to fight Wesker who had infected himself with the Oroborus. After they had defeated Wesker for the final time, Chris left the US Military and went to work with the Prometheus Labs after he had helped some Spartan's destroy the Neo Yakuza base. After that Chris had taken part of the Spartan Program. Currently now that it's almost Christmas, Chris had just gotten back from a mission.

Traumas: He has quite a few. Ranging from when Chris and his S.T.A.R.S team went to the Arklay Mansion and most of his teammates died, and Wesker betrayed him. To when his squad was killed before the events of RE6 which he felt so much guilt over that he actually had repressed the memory.

                        EDIT:

Okay now here is Phantom's App.

                        Spoiler:

NPC Character of Choice: Hidden Phantom (goes by just Phantom.)

Game of Origin: Mega Man Zero.

Power: As a Reploid clone of the original X, Phantom is an extremely powerful warrior in his own right. Having his design based around X's stealth capabilities, Phantom's fighting style and abilities revolve around various ninja-like arts, such as stealth, deception and misdirection. He is capable of creating fake duplicates of himself to fool opponents, vanishing almost completely, creating a field of darkness around him.

He also has a special form called the Armed Phenomenon where all his abilities are enhanched as well as having more control of darkness and such. He however does not use this form much, as it is incredibly risky and he has not much experience using this form.

Weapons: Combined with his ninja skills he has a matching set of tools such as smoke bombs, a katana-like blade and a large shuriken which can break apart into several kunai and serve as a flying platform. His EX skill makes the whole background dark and throw 4 kunai in different directions. Together with the fact that he is the first boss in the first Mega Man Zero game with three health bars, arguably makes Phantom one of the most difficult bosses in this game.

Weaknesses: He has no known weaknesses. Though in this RP I would consider him to be quite weak in physical endurance, and physical strength. He is obviously more of an assassin. Relying more on strategy, and stealth to take down his opponent rather than a straight up approach.

Appearance: He stands at 5ft 5

Personality: Phantom has a calm, quiet demeanor. His major trait is his unwavering allegiance to his "Master X", displaying more loyalty than his three counterparts (none of whom were willing to sacrifice their lives in order to protect Copy X, possibly since they knew he was not really their "master" only a flawed replica of him). Phantom has no mercy for those who oppose Neo Arcadia. His sacrifice may be considered admirable, despite the flawed nature of its cause. Now since his "Master" is not in this world (at least he thinks so. When he discovers the real X is alive he will do his best to find him) he roams the world, looking for another reason to start fighting again.

Morality: Heavy Neutral. He travels alone, looking for another reason to fight.

Biography: At some point, Phantom and the other three Guardians were cloned from X's DNA; for exactly what purpose is unknown (and exactly when is unknown), though it may have simply been to be bodyguards for X as they have been for around a century in Neo Arcadia. At some point, the four became military generals of Neo Arcadia, responsible for the overall safely of its inhabitants, both humans and Reploids. Phantom became the leader of the Zan'ei Army, Neo Arcadia's stealth units and anti-Resistance intelligence unit.

During the events of Mega Man Zero he sacrificed himself to save "Master X" (Copy X) by self destructing in an attempt to kill Zero. He eventually became a Cyber Elf and entered Cyberspace to face Zero once more. Now he has been revived and brought into this world. A world without a master to serve, and without a nation to fight for. He then wandered the streets of Idaho with nothing but a ragged brown cloak and hood to cover his shame of having no one to serve.

Eventually he encountered Ocelot and began to travel with him for a short while. That is until they came across a mansion in the middle of the woods in California. While there they had encountered a young girl named Aya, and her mostly insane father who attacked them. Ocelot had fought against Aya's father in an attempt to stop him. Fortunately for Ocelot he had managed to, but not without a cost. Phantom was severely damaged and was sent into a state of sleep of sorts. Since then his injuries had been repaired, and he will wake up soon... in fact he will be waking up real soon.

Traumas: Realizing he was in the real world, and that he no longer had a master to serve, which caused him to stop fighting altogether as he feels like he has no purpose in life. However since he met Aya and Ocelot he feels like he has a new purpose. To protect Aya.

                        Notes: N/A

Well, it seems that no one owns Base 4 of South America, sooooo.....

                          Name: Vaas Montenegro

Game of Origin: Far Cry 3

                          Appearance:

                          Weapons: mainly a pistol

                          Morality: chaotic evil

Personality: violent, unpredictable, prideful, and downright nuts

Biography: During Jason's and his friend’s trip in Bangkok, they hear about an island where you "can do anything" from Doug, the nightclub DJ that works as a spotter for Vaas. They then decided to do a blind skydive over the Rook Islands. After landing, they are soon captured by Vaas and his Pirates. While Jason and his older brother Grant are tied up, Vaas explains how he is going to ransom them for large amounts of money from their parents. It is revealed later that even after receiving the ransom money, Vaas was going to sell them all off, to make more money. After Jason and Grant escape, and make plans to save everyone, Vaas shoots Grant in the neck, killing him. Vaas decides that instead of killing Jason, he lets him run.

While on his campaign to save his friends, Jason learns that Vaas is keeping Liza Snow hostage personally, as a way to make Jason come to him. When Jason assaults a slave prison that is said to hold Liza, he is knocked out and captured by Vaas. When he wakes, he, Liza and Oliver are tied up in chairs in an old abandoned building, while Vaas is pouring and covering them in gasoline. He then sets fire to the building and leaves Jason and Liza to die, but he takes Oliver with him. They escape just as the building is engulfed in flames and collapses on itself. After being given a mission by Citra to save some of her warriors, Jason is ambushed by Vaas again, opening a truck that he believed to house the captured warriors. Vaas then ties Jason to a cinder block and kicks him into a cenote, intending to drown him. Jason escapes, then proceeds to kill more of Vaas’ men to acquire a helicopter and escape. After the helicopter is shot down by an RPG, Vaas comes up to Jason and shoots him point-blank in the chest. It is later shown that Jason survived the shot by way of a lighter, the same one Vaas tried to light him and Liza on fire with.

After becoming intimate with Citra in her temple, Jason is finally given the task to kill Vaas at his compound, who is throwing a party in celebration of Jason’s "death". Jason is lead to believe he is infiltrating the compound successfully, but is surprised when Vaas sounds the alarm and broadcasts that he knew Jason was coming. After fighting through all of his pirates, Jason stumbles into a larger warehouse looking to confront and kill Vaas once and for all. When he confronts Vaas in a similar dreamy state in which he confronted Buck, he plunges his knife into Vaas' chest again and again until Vaas falls to the ground wounded. In the last scene, when Jason collapses next to Vaas after the long fight, Vaas’ eyes look straight into Jason’s one more time before Jason wakes up, proving that Vaas may have survived. Vaas' ultimate fate remains unknown.

After the Horizon Incident, Vaas was captured by the leader of Base 1 and due to his performance, was placed as the leader of Base 4... 1/2...

Here are my apps for Alia, Layer, and Pallatte.
                            Alia:
                            Spoiler:

                            Name: NeoFox

                            Timezone: EST

                            NPC Characters of Choice: Alia

Game of Origin: Alia first appeared in X5

                            Power:
As a former Researcher, Alia is highly intelligent, possessing both advanced engineering and analytical skills. She is able to compile and construct new Armors when in possession of the necessary data provided by Dr. Light's holograms, and has even managed to reconstruct damaged Armors, although to date none of her reconstructions have ever been 100% complete due to how complex the armors were and because she never usually had the time to finish one.

Weapons: None. She is not a fighter.

Weaknesses: She is smart and intelligent, but is in no means a fighter. She's a Navigator for the Maverick Hunters. Navigators are members who stay at the Maverick Hunter base, and supports units that have gone on missions by giving them intel on the area, any possible Maverick, and sometimes even attempting to hack through stuff such as computers if necessary. Due to this if connection between Alia, and the Maverick Hunter she is helping is cut off or jammed she won't be able to help said Maverick Hunter until communication is back.

                            Appearance:
                            Spoiler:

Personality: Alia is a very dutiful character. She tries to set her personal feelings and concerns aside (especially during the Nightmare Incident) to carry out her work for the sake of everyone. She cares deeply for the members of her team and does her best to guide them through their missions without them being harmed. Alia rarely shows any weaknesses, but the Nightmare Incident revealed a deeper, more emotional part of her personality, where she blames herself for Gate's reasons for becoming a Maverick and trying to wipe out all low-level Reploids to create a new nation under his ideal. Due to her past emotional confrontations and her scientific nature, Alia is a realist, claiming she does not believe in "miracles."

                            Morality: Lawful Good.

                            Biography:

During the early years of the Maverick War Era Alia used to work at a research lab analyzing the potential of Reploid engineering. She also used to have longer hair during that time (which she restored to its original length in Mega Man X8). One of her colleagues was Gate, who was believed that Alia held feelings for. Gate, who was obsessed with the unanalyzable DNA of X and Zero, devoted all his time and power into creating Reploids with DNA that had similar attributes. Eventually, he succeeded and was praised immensely, but unfortunately this also created jealousy and contempt between him and his colleagues. Though she regretted it afterwards, Alia was drawn into the conspiracy of the other researchers sabotaging Gate's creations, either by trapping and destroying them during their missions or having them declared Maverick for dubious reasons. She was directly involved in the destruction of Blizzard Wolfgang and Gate's business acquaintance Ground Scaravich; but was forced to do so in both cases much to her chagrin. After Gate left full of hatred and bitterness, she decided to start all over again herself, becoming a member of the Maverick Hunters.

Alia made her official debut in the X series as X and Zero's navigator in X5. While she played no crucial role in the plot aside from aiding in level navigation, she does talk a bit in the ending where Zero went Maverick and X's memories of him were erased, commented on her doubts of X's return as a miracle and believing something to be behind it.

Alia's character was greatly expanded in Mega Man X6. Gate, her former colleague, obtained a piece of Zero's remains and had analyzed it, creating the Nightmare Virus, as well as the Reploid High-Max and the Zero Nightmare, a purple copy of Zero which was blamed by Gate as the source of the Nightmare, and started a made-up campaign against Zero to become a new hero for the people and Reploids. While X (and the later recovered, original Zero) investigated the areas and defeated the Nightmare Investigators, Reploids resurrected by Gate to analyze the Nightmare, Alia revealed to the Hunters that she used to work together with Gate in a Research Team and was part of a conspiracy to sabotage his Reploids, which had now been revived by the Nightmare Virus. Blaming herself for Gate's bitterness, she tried to convince him to surrender and stop his plans of creating a new nation for only top-level Reploids before he ended up being killed himself.
Although she tried her best, Gate didn't listen and fought X and Zero, ending up being defeated by them and damaged beyond repair by a revived Sigma. She was given a choice by X who had dragged Gate's remains out of his destroyed lab whether to try to repair him or not. What exactly became of Gate afterwards was never revealed.

Alia also assisted during the events of Red Alert by aiding in stage navigation like before. She did not have a major impact on the plot like before, but she did show up in all three endings. She contacted Zero in his ending to wake him up and appeared in X and Axl's endings to discuss Axl's progress.

During the incident with the Jakob's Elevator (elevator to the moon) Alia was assisted by Layer, and Pallatte. She had did her usual work by aiding the Hunters with information about the areas they were heading to, and the Leading Maverick of that area.

After the Horizon Incident Alia was unable to find a decent job. As such she eventually ended up working at a Hotel in Hawaii as a receptionist, and eventually did find Zero, X, and the others. She had helped Isaac repair the then damaged Zero, and helped X, Zero, Isaac, and Yuyuko save Axl from Lumine's grasp. Afterwards she had helped the group during the Devourer Arc by providing assistance as a Navigator.

Since the 3 month time skip Alia had went to work with the Maverick Hunters once more. Working alongside Layer, and Pallatte as well as others. Serving as a Navigator once again.

Traumas: Possibly Gate her once fellow colleague/possible love interest at the time had went Maverick.

                            Layer:
                            Spoiler:

                            NPC Character of Choice: Layer

Game of Origin: Mega Man X8

Power: Layer has a pretty high amount of processing power. Capable of analyzing scan data sent to her from the fields in a matter of minutes. She is more skilled in scanning data about Reploid's/Mechaniloids more than anything. Capable of finding the strengths and weaknesses of Maverick Reploid's, and Mechaniloid's within minutes.

Weapons: None. She is not a fighter.

Weaknesses: Like Alia she is not a fighter, as a Navigator she stays back at the Maverick Hunter HQ to support her team. Due to this her skills as a Navigator along with Alia and Pallatte can be made useless if her connection with the squad she is supporting is cut off.

                            Appearance:
                            Spoiler:

Personality: Layer is cool and collected, though she seems to get a little flustered when working with Zero. Around him, she shows more concern, even blushing when talking with him after the second boss is beaten. Pallette's comment on how she "waited the whole time for Zero" heavily suggests Layer has a crush on Zero. Another heavy implication is when she asked X about Sigma's plan to create a virus using Zero, followed by X asking her if she was worried about him. Which she pretended to say that she was asking about it to ensure the teams safety... which is mostly a lie... she obviously has a crush on Zero. (Wait until she finds out about ZeroxNitori...)

                            Morality: Lawful Good.

Biography: Layer was one of three Navigators in the game Mega Man X8. A new member of the Maverick Hunters, appearing as Zero's Navigator and counterpart, Layer is trained as a Navigator specializing in Reploid and Mechaniloid development. Her high processing power allows her to quickly analyze scan data sent back by Hunters in the field and determine a target's strengths and weaknesses. After defeating Vile atop the Orbital Elevator, Zero seems to have gotten close to Layer, even asking her to be his navigator during their conversation before the battle with Copy Sigma. Though there relationship had not gone any farther than that.

When in the real world Layer had helped out with reforming the Maverick Hunters. Now she is one of the top Navigators. Currently in the RP she is assisting Zero and his squad as they go through Italy which is also under attack by Mavericks.

Traumas: None, though hearing that Zero was once used to create a powerful virus to destroy the world had made her quite depressed, and made her worry about Zero.

                            Pallette:
                            Spoiler:

                            NPC Character of Choice: Pallette

Game of Origin: Mega Man X8

Power: As a navigator, she specializes in route analysis and is a skilled cartographer, excelling at finding hidden areas or structural irregularities. Alternatively, she runs the hunters R&D lab and will process Rare Metals found on missions into items to assist the Hunters.

Weapons: None. She is not a fighter.

Weaknesses: Much like Alia and Layer, Pallatte is not a fighter in any sense of the word. Also like all the other Navigators if connection between Pallatte, and the Hunters she is helping is lost then she is unable to assist them until connection is back once more.

                            Appearance:
                            Spoiler:

Personality: Pallette seems to be the youngest, and the most upbeat of the Navigators. She usually talks in a cheery, higher-pitched tone of voice and even seems to tease Layer a bit about her crush on Zero. Pallette can also have a bit of a short-temper at times and hates being ignored which shows signs of her craving attention, because in X8 if you ignore her calls she'll eventually just yell "Listen to me!" in an attempt to get the players attention. Other than that Pallette is easily the more social, and even a bit carefree of the Maverick Hunters Navigators.

                            Morality: Honest Good.

Biography: During the events of X8 Pallette had assisted X, Zero, and Axl by serving as Axl's personal Navigator (Story-wise.)

In the real world she was brought into the world along with Axl. The two had at first started their own mercenary business doing whatever odd jobs they can get, with Pallette serving as Axl's Navigator/Manager. Pallette had been living with Axl for a while, and even began to develop a bit of a crush on him. However one day when Axl was on a mission investigating the source of strange noises on a farm Axl had nearly blown himself up, but was repaired. Axl then without telling Pallette left with John and the main group into the Makai for rest, then into the Hawaii for an actual vacation. All without telling Pallette which made her worried/mad at Axl.

When the Maverick Hunters was reformed Layer had contacted her and Pallette began working as a Navigator for the Maverick Hunters, as well as helping in research on Rare Metals (not actual Rare Metals on earth. Rare Metals as in special minerals from the Mega Man X universe. Rare Metals are powerful metals that have been used to make upgrade chips and such for the Maverick Hunters. Along with the Horizon Incident the Rare Metals were brought into the world, and was scattered all over the globe. Within those three years Rare Metals had actually multiplied quite a bit, and is now as common as Iron but are much harder to analyze and forge.) Pallette is a master at analyzing Rare Metals, and even developing parts from them

Traumas: None are known. Except going through the incident with the Jakob's/Orbital Elevator was a bit jarring even for her.

FINALLY I FINALLY FINISHED ZERO'S APP
                              Spoiler:

                              Name: NeoFox

                              Timezone: EST

                              NPC Character of Choice: Zero

Game of Origin: Mega Man X series

Power: Zero is a very adept combatant on the battlefield. His power far exceeded, but now rivals that of X's. His power as a robot from a past age is considerably exceptional in the Maverick Wars. In Mega Man X, Zero was equipped with a powerful buster weapon known as the Zero Buster, but X2 and onward, Zero wields a melee energy weapon known as the Z-Saber, a weapon with a blade composed of pure destructive energy. Zero is also equipped with the Z-Buster still, though he prefers to use his Z-Saber for combatant.

Zero is skilled enough to keep up with opponents far more skilled in combat than him. He is also known to be adaptive in any situation, capable of fighting in almost any terrain or location. Whether it be on a mountain in the snow, or in a muddy swamp, or even on the moon he is capable of fighting with exceptional skill. This does not mean he does not have his faults though.

Zero is also precise. Preferring skill rather than raw power in combat. Not only that, but Zero is also quite mobile. Even more so than X.

Unlike his comrades X and Axl, Zero does not copy the powers/weapons of defeated Mavericks, but instead, learns Techniques which are attacks based on techniques utilized by opponents he has faced. This goes to show that Zero is a dangerous opponent in combat, but can be dealt with.

                              Weapons:
                              Z-Saber:

A energy saber made out of "pure destructive plasma energy." It's a dangerous weapon that can cut through most materials. However it is only of 2-3 ft in length (well the blade is.) Meaning Zero has to get in quite close to actually use it. However in close quarters Zero is a deadly opponent.

Zero also gets much stronger when infected with the Maverick Virus, but at the cost of his original programming to activate and in turn causing him to go Maverick. The reason behind him able to grow stronger is because he was the original carrier of the Maverick Virus which was created by the same person that created Zero... Dr. Wily. When in his "Awakened" State due to the virus his physical power and endurance increases significantly, at the cost of his sanity.

                              The Z-Buster:

The Z-Buster is Zero's main means of closing the gap between him and his opponent. The Z-Buster much like the X-Buster is an Plasma Energy Arm cannon that fires bullets of plasma. The power of the Z-Buster is greater than the X-Buster, but the range is significantly. Having a max range of 15 yards (45 feet) it still is his greatest means of ranged combat. The Z-Buster can be charged for a more powerful blast, but it takes a lot longer to do so when compared to the X-Buster. It's fire rate is also significantly slower. Being able to shoot only one shot at a time when compared to the X-Busters 3 shots a time.

Weaknesses: Zero lacks a few things.

Zero lacks a lot of physical endurance to compensate for his high speed. Preferring to dodge and avoid attacks rather than take them. Something he is capable of doing, but whenever he is hit he will suffer quite a bit.

Zero also lacks high physical strength due to his high speed and such making him a sort of glasscannon that focuses on long combos rather than pure high speed and power.

Against opponents that can move faster than Zero, or opponents that can take a beating Zero will have a hard time. As if they can avoid his attacks and be able to hit him before he can do the same he would suffer. While opponents that can take a hit and survive his onslaught of attacks would be able to attack whenever Zero grows weak or tired from fighting.

                              Appearance:
                              Stands at 6ft 0.

Personality: Prior to Zero becoming a Maverick Hunter, Zero was extremely maniacal and relishing in destruction, due to a programming bug in him during Wily's creation of him. He frequently laughed maniacally and screamed ferally during his fight with Sigma who at the time was the Maverick Hunters leader. Outwardly, Zero appears cold and emotionless to others, even towards partners X and Axl. However, it is shown that he has the capacity to care for others. Zero keeps his cool under most circumstances. No matter what his enemies do to him, he is always able to come up with a retort.

In spite of not viewing himself as a hero, Zero has often displayed a tendency to sacrifice himself for the sake of others. He also shows distaste for innocent deaths as shown in the Zero series (which is canon.)

Even though Zero does not openly show it, he, too, seems to long for peace between humans and Reploids. However, he has said that he doesn't have any problems fighting, unlike his more pacifistic friend, X; whether his enemy is a Maverick or a human, he will fight at his best. Another notable trait of his is that, despite his great power, Zero views X as the superior Maverick Hunter, and considers him a hero, though he doesn't consider himself a hero. A prime example of this show of respect was in Zero's ending in Mega Man X6: when the scientist who was performing his sealing process asked what would happen if the world faced another crisis; Zero firmly said that the world is in good hands (X's), even when he's gone.

                              Morality: True good.

Biography: This is quite long and lengthy like Chris's. So here is a link to his Wiki page.
                              http://megaman.wikia.com/wiki/Zero

After the Horizon Incident he had woken up outside of his capsule in the Pentagon, but had almost immediately gone into stasis once again. Skip a few years later when he was woken up once more. However when he woke up this time he had came face to face with Nitori Kawashiro. At first Zero was a bit hesitant and did not even know that he was in the real world yet. It wasn't until Trelawney a person working with the US Government told him so. Afterwards Zero was sent into a Simulation chamber where had fought against several simulated opponents before finally fighting Nitori. However something had happened when he fought against Nitori... he was reminded of the time when he fought his once beloved Iris... this caused Zero's original programming to temporarily kick in, causing him to go insane temporarily. Nitori had then ended the fight by attacking herself.

Once the fight was ended Zero and Nitori had gone unconscious. Zero's damages were repaired and Nitori's wounds were treated. The next day they had heard that they were going to an Engi-Con in Hawaii. It was then that Zero had met Isaac Clarke. When they finally got to Hawaii Zero had met up with Alia, but had gone off on his own since he is not very social. While he was on his own he had met Hina, and was attacked by a swarm of Nobodies where he was left quite literally in pieces. Fortunately Zero had some of the best people to repair him. His creator Dr. Wily who had secretly infected Zero with a bit of the virus (though not enough to actually cause him to go into his Awakened State), he also had Isaac Clarke and Alia who had repaired him successfully. He then had met up with X once again, and X was happy to see Zero walking again. After that he had helped Isaac, Alia, Yuyuko, and X save Axl from Lumine.

Once that was over he then had gone to Gensokyo where he had helped in the fight against the Devourer. After the Devourer was defeated Zero had stayed alone in the celebration at first, fearing of what were to happen if he were to go fully Maverick, as well as feeling depressed that he was built for destruction. Isaac and Dr. Light however had told Zero that what he was built for does not have to decide his fate. It's up to himself to decide what he wishes to do. Feeling more assured he had found Nitori, and he had confessed his feelings to her.

Skip a few years later. Now Zero works with the Maverick Hunters, yet he had still kept in touch with Nitori. Zero is now on a mission of his own with his own squad leading an investigation on a recent attack that had happened in Spain.

Traumas: Easily the death of Iris in the events of Mega Man X4. He had to kill her personally as she had ended up being labelled a Maverick (and she was stopping him from fighting General due to Zero being tasked with killing Iris's brother Colonel.) This had actually left a pretty bad mental scar on Zero.
