@Wonder.
Remember. Reploids don't have a permanent arm cannon (Well some do, some don't.) Dynamo had his arm cannon activated because of a rock got stuck in it and he couldn't transform it back. The transformation from hand to Arm Cannon happens almost near instantly for Reploids.Comment

Nope wonder you are not the only one. I get confused if I miss a few posts or so sometimes.
Also the best picture I could find of Dynamo (Shows him from the front, and back as well as showing his arm in normal mode and arm cannon mode.)
