Alrighty then. Since chances are that when Wriggle gets back, he'll be tired as fuck and will go to sleep as soon as he posts, so I'm going to share the blueprints to the perfect being arc.
Characters that may be concerned: John, Otori, Gerard, possibly Samus
Grade of importance: Just under the importance of the devourer arc.
Plot: HM has finally figured out that the one who killed Gerard was John. After a fight with him, HM runs off to an unknown place in his 'perfect being' mode. He then finally activates an underground solo operation he's been working on ever since his enrollment to the Neo-Yakuza: the Terracotta Army of Peace-Keepers (I shit you not, one of my choices were the Terracotta Army of Mechanically Programmed Operatives for Neutralization. But then I started laughing my ass off. You'll see why). He then sends his army to all worlds by any means. This is to be stopped, for if they get a hold of all worlds, he can gain access to all technology in every world. He desires to open the portals to every world for easy access to any world, eventually making the worlds collide amongst eachother. However, his priority is also on John, not only for vengance, but also for the simple fact that John is a major hinderance.
Goals:
1. Stop the TAP-K from advancing to each world.
2. Make sure that any worlds infested with the TAP-K are cleaned out as fast as possible.
3. Find HM and either decide to convince him out of his plans or somehow killing him.
So guys, whaddya think? Is there anything you guys don't like?

Almost.
HM's goals.
1. Achieve what the Neo-Yakuza didn't in order to have everyone acknowledge the power of a MIHI.
2. Destroy the Neo-Yakuza for them not caring to give out a search party for Gerard, now sure that he is dead.
3. If time calls, any sightings of John will result in any TAP-K going towards John's location. They are dangerous in numbers.

I had my own idea for an arc. One that would pretty much undo everything if the heroes don't win.
Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.
You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

We're still forgetting the AAHW, The Organization, and The Neo-Yakuza.
We still have to stop them.

@Mima
But, but... the Atlas project is already a artifact of time traveling. It would also be sad to end the whole thing.
@S121
John now have stronger darknessBorn in the light.
Molded in the dark.
Never Forget,
Keep Fighting.–Don't Forget.
Always, somewhere,
someone is fighting for you.
–As long as you remember her,
you are not alone.
