Actually, it's not very hard to fix the tails.

Youkai can regenerate within a couple minutes to a couple of days.

That being said, all they really need to do is get Eirin to cut the stubs and put the tails on top of them.

They'll fuse back together and there you go.

EDIT:
Just ran a speedtest. The download is crappy(0,09-0,2) as it's probably a somehwt far away The upload however is more than three times(1.68) the upload that I have on my home network.

I still can't upload that picture I was talking about as it's on my desktop and I'm on my laptop.
