I see a few problems with the app. Firstly, no primary weapon?

Secondly, the powers don't drain the person, they drain the suit. She just would be unable to use abilities for a while. (That and the fact that if her shields are about to go down, she can just use Shield Absorb, and bam, shields back.

Thirdly, 25-30 MPH for running speed? Hate to tell you, but Mag's a pretty slow-ass Warframe. I would lower it a bit.

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.

You just discard their guts and keep on driving.

Okay here are some very quick "NPC" Apps. These following three guys are only going to be minor characters, as such their apps will be a bit shorter.

              Midori:
              Spoiler:

NPC Character of Choice: Mirdori (Japanese for the color green, since he is a ninja he goes by his color for his name instead of his actual name.)

              Game of Origin: Blazblue

Power: Midori is a very skilled and talented ninja among the likes of say Bang Shishigami. He has a knowledge of poisons, traps, stealth, and weaponry. He may not be the best ninja, but he is a ninja nonetheless. Other than that he is still human in every other aspect. The one thing that Midori specializes in is his accuracy, for he has one of the best throwing arms, and is a deadshot with shurikens and kunai's.

Weapons: Midori is a proffesional when it comes to using shurikens and kunai's. As such he carries a pouch on his belt that contains thirty shurikens, and another pouch on his pants that contains about ten kunai's. Of which he uses one for cqc when things get nasty.

Weaknesses: As a ninja, and a human Midori uses his stealth and accuracy with shurikens, and kunai's to strike opponents from a distance before hiding in the shadows (not literally the shadows.) Other than that Midori is still very much human. As such he can be killed and harmed by nearly everything a human can be harmed by.

              Appearance:
              Spoiler:
              He stands at 6ft 1.

Personality: Midori is very loyal to those he trusts, and is best described as the "leader" of the trio of ninjas that follow Bang. Whenever Bang is not around he is there to lead his two bretheren. Other than that Midori is very calm in a lot of situations, thinking rationally albeit does jump to conclusions often. He usually has a straightforward mindset, and usually focuses on the task at hand rather than other smaller details.

Morality: Heroic Good, he and his 2 bretheren follow Bang, and treats him as their "Boss."

Biography: Not much is know about his or his brother's past except that they were part of the same village that Bang was from. During the fall of the village of Ikaruga, and the death of their master Tenjō Amanohokosaka they were forced to leave and travel the land. Since Tenjō gave Bang his signature weapon they began to follow Bang, and due to Bang's undying will to continue even after all their loses the 3 of them began to respect Bang. Eventually Midori, Gosai, and Kiiro became Bang's disciples. Traveling and aiding Bang throughout their Boss's quest to avenge their village.

In the real world Midori, Gosai, and Kiiro all followed Bang as he travelled the world. However recently when Bang, and his three disciples made it to Gensokyo they were attacked by a Youkai and in turn were separated from Bang. Now they are looking for their Boss.

Traumas: The destruction of his village, and death of his master Tenjo.

              Gosai:
              Spoiler:

NPC Character of Choice: Gosai (Japanese for Red since he goes by the color of his outfit to keep his identity a secret.)

              Game of Origin: Blazblue

Power: Gosai is a very skilled and talented ninja among the likes of say Bang Shishigami. He has a knowledge of poisons, traps, stealth, and weaponry. He may not be the best ninja, but he is a ninja nonetheless. Other than that he is still human in every other aspect. The one thing that Gosai has over his two brothers Midori, and Kiiro is his knowledge of stealth and poisons. He knows how to make and craft a variety of different poisons, and illusions to fool his opponents. Using special hallucenogenics to disorient his opponents, then striking them while they are unable to fight back. He prefers a more indirect way of tackling his opponents.

Weapons: Gosai does not posses any notable weapons aside from a pouch on his belt containing a few dozen small smokebombs, each one capable of filling a 15 x 15 foot bedroom in a matter of minutes. He also has another pouch containing man small viles of different poison darts and a blowgun he uses to fight his opponents.

Weaknesses: Gosai like his brothers is a skilled ninja, using his stealth, and knowledge of poisons to combat his opponents. Other than that he is a human, capable of getting harmed, poisoned, and even killed by anything a human can... that is if you can catch him off guard.

              Appearance:
              Spoiler:
He stands at 6ft 1 as well.

Personality: Like his brothers he is loyal, but a bit more so. He is always the first one to follow and pursue an assignment when told to do so, showing that he is eager to do anything his brothers or Bang ask him to do. Other than that he is a bit of a loudmouth, getting easily excited and even downright ecstatic over certain things. For example when he first saw Gensokyo he was in awe and would not shut up. He also is usually the first one to detect when something is amiss.

Morality: Heroic good, for he and his brothers follow Bang Shishigami. Treating the man as their Boss, and Master.

(This is a repeat of the above Bio. So please deal with it. They are supposed to be Minor characters.)
Biography: Not much is know about his or his brother's past except that they were part of the same village that Bang was from. During the fall of the village of Ikaruga, and the death of their master Tenjō Amanohokosaka they were forced to leave and travel the land. Traumas: The destruction of his village, and death of his master Tenjo.

              Kiiro:
              Spoiler:

NPC Character of Choice: Kiiro (Japanese for Yellow since he does not use his real name to keep his identity a secret.)

              Game of Origin: Blazblue

Power: Kiiro is a very skilled and talented ninja among the likes of say Bang Shishigami. He has a knowledge of poisons, traps, stealth, and weaponry. He may not be the best ninja, but he is a ninja nonetheless. Other than that he is still human in every other aspect. The one thing that Kiiro specializes in is trapping. He has a vast knowledge of traps, and how to make traps. As such he is the strategist of the group. Always staying at the back aiding his brothers by laying a network of traps to well... trap his opponents.

Weapons: Kiiro does not possess any weapons aside from those similar to his boss Bang Shishigami. He has a pouch on his belt containing several kunai in the shape of nails. He also has a variety of small hand-tools to help him build traps. These tools range from small singlehanded shovels, to a role of some razor wire.

Weaknesses: Like his brothers he is a skilled ninja, using his stealth, and trapping knowledge and prowess to take on opponents. Other than that he is a human, capable of getting harmed, poisoned, and even killed by anything a human can... that is if you can catch him off guard.

              Appearance:
              Spoiler:
              He stands at 6ft tall.

Personality: Kiiro is the more calm and quiet of the trio of Ninja Brothers. He always remains quiet unless spoken too, or unless he is caught off guard by something outstanding, or jaw-dropping. Other than that he is rather calm and quiet, always thinking of different traps and the safety of his brothers. Whenever he is not doing anything important he either goes off to think about his now gone village, or just works on honing his skills. He is also the most intelligent of them all.

Morality: Heroic Good, he and his brothers Midori and Gosai follow Bang as his disciples. As such they are always willing to help whenever needed.

(Same as above as they all share the same wiki page and have nothing else noted about their past.)
Biography: Not much is know about his or his brother's past except that they were part of the same village that Bang was from. Okay sorry for these short low quality apps. I had to work with what I got, and when all you got is this wiki page:
              http://blazblue.wikia.com/wiki/Ikaruga_Ninjas

You have a hard time with making an app for them. So I had to improvise quite a bit.

                      Name: SereneGrace

                      Timezone: EST

NPC Character of Choice: Carl and "Ada" Clover.

                      Game of Origin: Blazblue

Power: Carl does not appear to have much in the way of fighting ability, but uses the power of seithr in order to create mechanical constructs such as cogs and the like to attack his opponents. Accompanied by the Nox Nyctores, Deus Machina: Nirvana, the two are a deadly duo. Nirvana attacks using her blunt strength and steel claws, but like Carl, she does not appear to have much in the way of fighting, as she is often seen in a hunched position doing nothing until commanded. However, she reacts strongly to seithr, other Nox Nyctores, or those who have great power such as Hazama, Valkenhayn R. Hellsing, and Rachel Alucard.

Weapons: Carl himself does not possess any weaponry of his own. Instead his only weapon is his ability to use natural energies of Seither to use his magic, and his nearly living puppet Nirvana who due to a mental side effect Nirvana has on him, he believes that Nirvana is his deceased sister Ada of whom Carl's father actually did use Ada's body when she was alive as a catalyst to resurrect Ada. Carl's father did not tell Carl of this. Anyways Nirvana aka "Ada" is a powerful puppet who follows all commands that Carl gives her. She has enough physical power to overturn a pickup-truck with relative ease. Along with her sharp steel claws she has on her hands she is a dangerous combat aid for Carl.

Weaknesses: Carl himself is still a human kid, being vulnerable to everything... well... a human is vulnerable to. Along with that Carl is still young, only being 16 and due to all the stuff he has gone through he is not the most mentally stable. When Nirvana or "Ada" as he calls her is around he is very calm, collected, and intelligent. Though due to the fact that he has an obsession with his sister in the sense that he is highly dependent on her, and that he believes that Nirvana IS his sister he becomes highly mentally unstable. Without his "beloved sister" around or if she is damaged he can have a mental breakdown on the spot, being driven to tears the moment he is separated much like a child separated from its mother. Also without her around he lacks the one thing that makes him dangerous, as he does not have any real combat prowess without her. When she is around though he is completely the opposite, almost like he is literally a completely different person.

Also without his puppet doll Nirvana (whom he calls and believes is his sister Ada) he has to use Seither to fight. Seither is a natural energy in the world of Blazblue with large amounts of Seither existing in certain locations. Seither in an area can be drained if enough of it is used. Meaning that whenever Carl was in an area and used too much Seither in a fight, he would be unable to fight on his own until the Seither in that area recharged. With Blazblue characters in the real world Seither does exist, but in even rarer quantities. Meaning he has to be careful where he fights. He is trying to find a way to store seither, and have reserves of it. Since "Ada" reacts greatly to seither (she becomes more "active"), Carl pretty much has a seither radar.

                      Appearance:
                      Spoiler:
He stands at about 4ft 8.7, and weighs in at about 77 lbs. Nirvana aka "Ada" stands at around 6ft 1-3, and weighs in at about 187 lbs.

Personality: Carl has a very professional mindset, and dislikes being treated as a kid. He is always calm and collected, even when staring down a foe.

This, however, is a side effect of Nirvana. Behind his mature facade, Carl hides an almost crippling dependency upon his sister Ada. He suffers greatly on the inside because he has practically lost his entire family to his father Relius' experiments. From the get-go, the incident with Relius caused him to believe that all adults were liars who would only use him for their own ends. With the help of Litchi, Carl learned that his beliefs are not entirely true, and he overcomes his sorrows. Carl now wants to grow up to be someone like Litchi and Bang – good people who help those in need. It is for this reason that Carl did not condemn Litchi for siding with Relius and NOL, and instead shows concern that she was in danger.

Even though he overcame it, he still does not trust all adults at first. Though is willing to trust them just enough until he can be sure that they are not going to use him.

Nirvana aka "Ada" does not speak, nor shows any emotions. Though she is capable of feeling emotions. As a puppet she just cannot show any emotions. When not given a command she does nothing, just follows Carl. However when asked to do something she would do it. She also has some level of sentience, as when Carl is in grave Danger, Nirvana will actually react aggressively to the attacker. Something that his father Relius did not put into Nirvana. Is it possible that the soul of Carl's sister IS in fact controlling Nirvana? Maybe we'll find out.

Morality: Heroic Good. Like Bang Carl wishes to help, and protect others without any rewards in return.

                      Biography:
                      Spoiler:

A talented young boy and first class vigilante, Carl has brought many criminals to justice with the aid of his mysterious doll Deus Machina: Nirvana, which he believes to be his elder sister, Ada Clover. Carl heads to the 13th Hierarchical City of Kagutsuchi to retrieve the bounty for Ragna the Bloodedge. He is a former classmate of Noel Vermillion, Jin Kisaragi, Makoto Nanaya, and Tsubaki Yayoi when they were in the Military Academy, but he dropped out. Carl wants to get revenge on his father Relius Clover, for what he did to Carl's older sister, Ada. In some part of his story, Carl meets Bang Shishigami, and Bang calls him his "cute little disciple".

In BlazBlue: Continuum Shift, he follows Ragna the Bloodedge to find out what he is looking for, and seems to have memories of his sister being destroyed from one of the other timelines. Hazama and Nirvana remember each other from the Dark War, hence the reason she attacks him on sight.
In his Story Mode, Carl has seemingly taken a sort of drug that made him increasingly violent, especially in his pursuit of Relius, turning down even Bang, who has helped him recover after being knocked out by Ragna, and even called him out for attacking Noel out of blue. His pursuit led him to the Librarium headquarters, whereas he encounters Litchi Faye-Ling, presumably after joining NOL. This infuriates Carl even further, as he thought that she is just the same as other adults and his father, discarding their goodness for their own self-desires, and her sincerity is a fake one. After attacking her, the drug's effect wore off, and he started breaking down in tears. However, Litchi managed to comfort him, and restored his self-esteem and view towards adults.

Shortly after, Relius arrived and attacked the two with Ignis as Carl responded even more violently, due to Relius' atrocities on him and Ada. In the end, however, Nirvana teleported both him and Litchi out of the base. Later, Carl left Kagutsuchi to head for Ikaruga, hearing that both his father and Ragna are heading there; thanking both Litchi and Bang for being kind adults (compared to his father); and wished if he grows up, he will be a kind person like Litchi.

In Chronophantasma Carl and Ada go to Ikaruga to look for Relius. Carl overhears that he will use Litchi for his "experiments". This is, however, proven false when Relius admits that Litchi's soul was too unstable for any experiments. But even so, Carl remains determined to defeat Relius. On the other hand, he had to avoid the traveling performer Amane Nishiki who wants to draft him into his troupe, taking interest on Carl's youthful look.

When brought into the real world Carl was at first feeling insecure about the new location, but since his "sister" Ada (Nirvana) was with him he was more secure and felt safe. Eventually they found themselves in London, and now live there currently. Struggling to make a living.

Traumas: Carl lost his entire family to his own father's experiments, including his beloved Sister. His father did not tell him what happened to his sister, though due to the fact that Nirvana is a Nox Nyctores, and that Relius did use Ada's body as a catalyst to rebuild it, it has an odd effect of looking like Carl's sister but only to Carl. Carl also does speak with "Ada", almost like Nirvana can talk with him on a mental level. Due to all the stuff done to him, and the Nox Nyctores he is highly mentally unsound when "Ada" is not around. As he became highly dependent on his sister (or what he thinks is his sister.)
