Just a note about Meyneth's:
There is another piece that is somehow tied to it, it looks like a golden hexagonal (more triangular) shapped prism with the same triangle pattern that is on her Monado. It harbors Meyneth's Soul.

I'm going to wind up turning Jack and Takoizu's fight into a Clash of the Titans...
...Luckily I don't think I can bring in the Bionis and Mechonis...Otherwise that statement will be even more true...

Yeah, it would be too convenient. Why the hell would sprawling catacombs have a waterway? That just doesn't make any sense. Also, the reaper is killable. It's just a bit difficult.
