I think a lot of games use the concept of flexible titanium and that would explain CASTs in PS.
And of course I can't find anything on CASTs because the PS fandom is more about the algorithms and what not of the game and how it works and thus how SEGA could make it better.
Quite literally, there's an entire group of people in PSO-World forums that just go into the game and test the mechanics to death to figure out the inner workings of the game.

    @ Katrix
    aw...that's a shame really :<
Typically I use a character's theme to really figure out what the character is like...
Though...what's like the first theme you hear when you first meet him?

Example: This theme plays in Xenoblade when you first encounter Metal Face and he kills Fiora (Shulk's (The main character) gf) along with some other scenes.

This plays when you meet Riki

There is plenty to work with for an anime of the X series.

A serious plot, plenty of action along with some nice drama. Axl and even a few other characters would obviously be a little comedic relief.

Sadly Luxord is kind of depicted as a side character. He isn't too important to the plot. As for the music that plays when you first meet him.

This is played when you first see him, but in that cutscene he is simply looking a chest with his hood up. He is just another organization member.

When the party first meet him it's kind of "Hi. I'll just drop of this boss here. Now fight it". He is still just another organization member tough.

This is where he is truly introduced. Sadly not much music.

        Born in the light.
        Molded in the dark
        .

        Never Forget,
        Keep Fighting.
        –Don't Forget.
        Always, somewhere,
        someone is fighting for you.
–As long as you remember her,
        you are not alone.

They would have plenty of material, that's for sure.

All this talk of shows reminds me of that Halo show that's supposed to be made.

The real question is if it will be any good.

I'll watch it regardless, if just for the canon info... and for the action scenes.

I don't really think it will be bad, but I hope that it's good. Maybe it's because I hold it in high regard...

Oh btw If you want, John and Cortana could input some speculation in EG:SoS.

            ...
Also I should post again in AtWaP...I'll go there....

I'm just here to remind :P

And I'm already thinking up scenarios here for Eleos.

                Scenario:
Characters enter a cave, Eleos is hiding behind a ledge high above lying in wait for them.
One of the characters notice his presence and he goes into a more defensive state.
Then, when one of the characters is about to find his hiding spot, he lets loose a flashbang and fires off a round with his revolver, injuring one character.
He makes a run for it while they're all dazed and once he clears the cave entrance, he triggers C4 he had placed at the entrance and buries it.

He might not want to do that with a Spartan. From what I can gather, Spartans' helmets have a polarizing visor that adjusts the brightness levels of the area, sort of like a pair of adaptable sunglasses. The noise would be sure to bother the hell out of them though. They would have to know in advance before they could shut off their armor's speakers. I would say that maybe John or Six would not be good people to ambush, maybe someone without a radar or shields...

If that scenario happens, just be sure to try and come up with a distraction for them, possibly SCAE soldiers sent to back Eleos up.

With Spartans, he might just set traps instead of trying to snipe them. Set a few pit falls and if there's a cliff...well...you know what happens when you put explosive traps on cliff-side paths :P
                    Also...
Maybe it could be a special grenade developed by SCAE to counter the Spartan's abilities?

                    EDIT:
Oh and curious...Spartans know how to use sniper rifles...what's the max range they can go for and still hit the target?

Well, I would say possibly a plasma based weapon to remove the shielding. Bullets have a very hard time piercing the shields, but plasma can easily destroy shields. The armor is resistant to plasma, so you might want to switch it up for that. .50 caliber weaponry is said to pierce the armor. EMPs have no effect on MJOLNIR armor, neither does radiation.

That being said, you also have to make sure to take the Spartan's reaction time into account. Who's to say that they won't catch the grenade in mid-air and throw it back. If need be, nothing says that you can't hire Characters to help. SCAE wouldn't turn away a Character's help, but then again SCAE might just dispose of them afterward.

Eleos would be the one who would...dispose of someone after their usefulness. He actually does that in his substory "Reaper's Call."
He gets help from some treacherous seeming person and after they do what they were there to help with, Eleos shoots them in the back.

                        Oh and,
                        for the happy couple

I'm back from a power outage.

I actually wonder how that's going to play out in the RP, the whole relationship.

There's hundreds of different possibilities, much harder to predict than usual.

Though I will pity the bed frame...

I don't think John would even be able to lay on a bed in the first place. The guy weighs 400 pounds without the armor.

That would have to be a bed made out of reinforced steel, or some other strong metal.

He's just too damn heavy, period! He would break a chair even without the suit!XD

You know in the sequel I will be introducing one of my favorite armor upgrades for X from the X series.

                                The Blade Armor:

It's my favorite armor in X6, and one of my favorite of all of X's armors.

The Blade Armor will grant X:

Head Parts: Decreases the amount of special weapon energy consumed by 33%. Basically meaning he has more ammo for weapons he gets from opponents and such. It also reduces all damage he receives by 50%

Body Parts: Halves received damage, and converts damage accumulation into Giga Attack energy. The Giga Attack releases a double energy wave from the Z-Saber (because in X6 X uses Zero's Z-Saber which he found among the wreckage of the battle against Sigma after X recovers and Zero presumed dead.) Since X does not have the Z-Saber he will be using a custom energy blade similar to the Z-Saber built into his Blade Armor X-Buster.

Arm Parts: Allows X to fire a smaller Plasma Shot that can deal repeated damage when the shot hits an enemy, although not as powerful as the Plasma Shot used by the Ultimate Armor (both the Ultimate Armor and the Blade Armor's charge shot leaves behind an orb that will continue to deal damage for a few seconds after impact.)

Leg Parts: X can performs the Mach Dash, a special air-dash in which X can dash in any direction he chooses. Increasing his aerial capabilities. In the RP it will be doing that, as well as increasing his mobility on the ground as well.

This armor is more combat oriented than the Falcon Armor, and Fourth Armor (though the Fourth or Force [depending on which name you like better] armor is generally like default upgrades to X's default abilities.)
