"Who are you..." The shogunite warrior rumbled as he swung his blade down at lightning speed. The blades seemed to spark as it brandished in the air.

John had either two choices, jump out of the way and let Koakuma be hit, or take the blade.
(It never really is that easy...), John thought as the blade crashed against his shield, causing it to phase out.
John's helmet protected him, but it left a scratch on the back of his head.
John spun around and fired 5 armor piercing, high-explosive rounds out of his pistol at point blank range.

John still couldn't believe that the higher ranked Nucleoids always introduced themselves before fighting.
John was used to Guerrilla Warfare tactics from his enemies.
"Koakuma, I need you to go to Patchouli as fast as possible. HM and I will take care of this guy.", John said as he stood up.
John then turned his attention to General Itatai Yumugachi.
"It's not like there was any other choice. I had to do what was necessary.", John said to the General.
"HM, watch the blade. It's sharp, and this guy has a strong swing.", John said to HM.

I moved to the side, the sword barely scraping me.
"Oh, you're good. No one's ever been able to touch me. But now, it's go time!"
I changed my hand to the LAYZOR cannon.
"Don't worry, I won't fire. But this will hurt!"
I rushed over and went to hit him in the head.
I heard a gun shot.
"Meiling watch out!"
I tossed her aside, but got shot in the arm.
"Augh!"
I looked in the direction the bullet came.
I moved to the side, the sword barely scraping me.
