the manga is called TOUHOU DJ - CIRNO TO REIMU NO ONE TWO THREE

Its a shoujo Ai manga about the Reimu and Cirno, so far its most updated chapter is on volume 9

I thought so. I remember wanting to put up the yuyuko death scene on the sad touhou threads. I've never seen that chapter yet.
