Banished Library - Gensokyo | Day

At Jason's questions, John became even more confused. Just what did he mean?

"Do you mean this?", John asked Jason as he held his hands out in front of himself and ignited them with Light and Darkness.

"Or do you mean something else?", John asked.

"That- that's what I mean. What's the deal with that?"

"Well, he's probably one of the most powerful beings you'll come across aside from me and a few others. Be very weary, if he really wants to kill you, he will." HP said in a dire tone. "Other than that, you'll have to see what or who else he has. Think of it like a scouting mission as well."

Sometimes when you're driving down a road, a bug hits your windshield. It's ugly and unpleasant, but you just activate the wipers / cleaning fluid and it's gone in a few seconds. It's just part of driving down the road. You don't dwell on it, because that'd be silly. Bugs aren't worth the time.

Banished Library - Gensokyo | Day

"That's magic. It was four months back, during one of the times we first visited Gensokyo. We went to the Ancient City, where we fought against a group from a game called 'Kingdom Hearts' called 'Organization XIII'. Most of them left, except for a guy named Ansem. He tried to leave, but I grappled with him and was about to drag him into the city, but he sucked us both through a portal into his world, the Realm of Darkness. Once there, we fought, and with Yukari's help, I killed him.", John said to Jason, but suddenly stopped.

"Killed", John said, making quotation marks with his fingers.

"I defeated him, but he somehow integrated himself into my mind. I have his abilities, but he sometimes tries to gain control over me, every once in a while. After that, we went to Hawaii, where I was trained to use the Darkness by a girl named Rumia. Of course, one thing led to another when Ansem started to flare up, and he temporarily gained control over me, forcing me into my own mind. Once there, I found my inner light and fought back, regaining control over myself in the end. Of course, that led to The Devourer Incident.", John explained to Jason.

"I have videos of the events. I could show them to you if you want. Maybe they'll tell the story better than I can.", John said.

Takoizu nodded at The Higher Power when he finished speaking, feeling a little bit better that there was a secondary purpose to her mission, other than making a deal with someone that was her father's enemy.

"Then I guess I should get ready.", Takoizu said to The Higher Power.

After a moment, Takoizu took a deep breath and closed her eyes, and after a few more seconds, Takoizu began to alter the boundary of alteration and preservation, giving her an immunity against any alterations to her being, should she get in a fight with The Auditor. As she continued to focus, she then gave that boundary inherent immutability, making it so that the boundary couldn't be altered until a certain amount of time had passed. According to Takoizu's calculations, the boundary should be safe for a good hour. After that, Takoizu altered the boundary of connection and separation, separating a small fraction of herself and placing it outside of reality.

Once that was finally finished, Takoizu looked at The Higher Power and spoke.

"Wish me luck.", Takoizu said as she opened up a gap and focused on the center of the galaxy, where The Auditor's base would be.

            Auditor's Fortress

The alarm in the control room in the station started, indicating an intrusion. It could detect the slightest foreign subsance of distortion. The Auditor looked to the energy signatures and his eyes narrowed.

"Yukari's gaps. Get several squads of various types down to that energy signature, and have and have an Improbability Drive at the ready in case she tries anything. Within a minute, the area where the sensors picked up the energy signature was surrounded by demons, various creature's from Mental's arsenal, Corpus security robots, and many, many other things including the Auditor himself, who was simply tapping his foot.

Nera was back to her normal form as some bandages were on her four limbs, you could see little red patches on them, but otherwise she was on her normal state "Everyone, if you are recovered, let´s move, if someone is tired, we can take you on our backs" she said taking something from her backpack. There were four bracelets of similar black color with a different gem one each of them. The lucario put the bracelets on each limb preparing for what could be the last room. The bracelets started glowing and claws of both fire and lighting appeared. "If we are going to hell, let´s go with style"

Meanwhile Renamon was crosslegged on a small bonfire she made with the used bandages. Her flask was filling up in a matter of seconds until it got full and the fire disappeared leaving just a black spot on the floor "I feel you will need this more than I do Patchouli" she handed the estus flask to the magician and held her pendant close to her.

"I feel the next area will be the last, be prepared everyone" The fox spoke crushing the pendant as its energy engulfed her body. After the light there was a person with a brass armor holding a katana on her hip

                Auditor's Fortress

All of a sudden, Takoizu appeared from the gap. To anyone that didn't know about her, she looked to be a female Spartan in black MJOLNIR armor with a turquoise visor.

Takoizu looked around the room and saw all the demons, beasts, robots, and many other enemies were there to greet her. Takoizu felt a little on edge about how many grotesque creatures there were, but she remained calm.

"Is that how you treat a house guest?", Takoizu calmly asked, her voice almost exactly like Yukari's.

                  Auditor's Fortress

"Why, yes it is. And don't be trying to fool me, time traveller, i've had spies tell me about you." The Auditor said. One demon tried to lunge for Takoizu. It was cut down by the Auditor.

"And that's what they recieve for not following orders." The Auditor glared at the demons, which slightly backed up.

                    Auditor's Fortress

Takoizu was a little surprised that The Audito would have gotten intel on her within just a couple hours, but she didn't mind. It only served to shorten the amount of time she would need to be here. Takoizu looked at the dead demon on the ground with indifference, then looked back over to the various creatures in the area. After scanning them with her vision, Takoizu looked back to The Auditor and spoke.

"If you know who I am, then you know why I'm here, correct?", Takoizu calmly asked The Auditor.

                      Auditor's Fortress

"My spies are quick. Not that quick." The Auditor replied. "Guards, you can leave. None of you could probably handle her anyways."

The demons roared in protest, but they were silenced. Literally. And only then the two were left alone in the cold hallways of the Auditor's Fortress.

"Why don't we go somewhere a bit more...scenic?" The Auditor then walked off down a hallway.

"Very well.", Takoizu calmly said as she followed The Auditor.

Takoizu walked behind the Auditor, looking at her surroundings. She didn't really know what to expect, but she was ready for the worst, just in case. After all, it would take a while for her to gap away, if she needed to escape.

Eventually they came to an inclosed blacony, looking out onto the heart of the galaxy. To the sides the extent of the station could be seen, and it was enormous, going around the core as far as one could see.

"Lovely, isn't it? Built it all myself." The Auditor said.

Tkaoizu could see that the entire base was colossal in size, possibly able to house billions, if not trillions of people at once. out the window, Takoizu could see the very heart of the galaxy, a supermassive black hole in the distance. It was clear that they were too far away from the black hole to be affected by its pull, as evidenced by the base remaining stable. It reminded Takoizu of the stories her father would tell her, the ones where he would describe the stars, and how massive the ships in his universe were. Takoizu had to admit, it was quite a sight.

"By hand, or by magic?", Takoizu calmly asked The Auditor.

John simply nodded at Jason, not needing to say anything. Now that it was time to get ready, John pulled out his Barrett .950 JDJ Sniper Rifle and readied himself for a possible battle. If anything got in their way as they walked, John would blow it away with a round capable of shredding through tank armor like a hot knife through butter.
