@Wriggle
You're not alone when it comes to that.
Mine flickers. It will be on for a couple of seconds, then turn off for a couple of minutes. It repeats that.
Does yours do anything weird like that?Originally posted by S121Every time I see a new post on the Forum, I feel like a little kid during Christmas, all giddy.sigpic

You know S121
I imagine that by the sequel Chung becomes one of the youngest employees in the Prometheus Labs. Working as both an engineer or something. He would probably be in charge of the development of the Disfrozen Portal's.
Also what if by the sequel there would be a whole new type of Spartan that is primarily designed to work with a Disfrozen Portal? What I mean is what if by the sequel after there are at least a dozen Disfrozen Portal's developed the Prometheus Labs decided to try and make SPARTAN Armor with a Dizfrozen Portal for the main power source? In turn wouldn't they need to also try and make a SPARTAN that is capable of using the Disfrozen Portal to it's fullest?
Hell Chung could even help the Prometheus Labs develop special Destroyer's for these SPARTAN's. These SPARTAN's could be called Guardian Class or something.Last edited by SUSTIC; 09-20-2013, 05:48 AM.

@SUSTIC
Well, I was planning to introduce Spartan-IVs.
The only reason the Spartan-IIIs were named as such was because of a lack of technology.
They were going to be renamed Spartan-IVs once they got their new armor.
There could probably be a certain division dedicated to Portal tech.
I'm pretty sure that the Spartan-Vs could fill that role. They usually test out all the fancy stuff, like their experimental MJOLNIR armor.Originally posted by S121Every time I see a new post on the Forum, I feel like a little kid during Christmas, all giddy.sigpic

Ah, well a Spartan division dedicated to portal tech, and are equipped with Destroyers would also need Chung to teach them the ins and outs of it. You know like how do you fire those special attacks like the Dread Chase (the barrage of homing missiles) and the Carpet Bombing:
I mean there aren't buttons on the Destroyer for each special move. All Chung will have to do is tell them how to activate each move, and that's it.
Also the Destroyer may be a large cannon, but it seems as though it is a weapon catered to taking out large groups of Infantry, and large targets rather than vehicles. Though due to the homing missiles and all, it could be also useful against small vehicles.
A good strategy for a Spartan using the Destroyer would be to hold your ground, and act as a line of defense by activating the going into a Siege Shelling stance. Which is a stance where the user stands their ground and readies the Destroyer.
